How to separate the problem from the solution

Due to open an ombudsman bump bump everybody come on in here. What is today
today, Sunday happy!
I will be all have your beverage. I've got up piping, hot mug of delicious coffee and I'm gonna sit,
I'm going to at the same time that some of you are something we call it. The simultaneous and arrogance.
Ah, that's good
Let's talk about Syria, so it appears,
that Syria has
perpetrated large chemical attack on its own citizens.
and so we wonder, what's gonna happen. Next I heard some people are saying: BS.
So some of you are not believing that the chemical attack is a real chemical.
or maybe you believe that its,
Slag of some kind
isn't it a big coincidence that the moment the Trump said, let's get out of Syria, that there was a gigantic chemical attack, the only
We could pull him back into Syria giant coincidence, maybe maybe
it's a weird situation, because either
so it is probably better if the United States stays there. Suicide mother said well
the best thing we can do. We don't want the United States to leave because ISIS will just come back, so maybe, as I just said,
well just gas over my people that will keep America around awhile. Now it feels unlikely
Because maybe we would attack him too, but aside with they gather. Never
Attack me cause Russia's, my daddy.
so we ve got is interesting situation where president from
has endured a year and a half of being accused of being in Putin's back pocket.
And now he's got a situation where their backs down from something.
the clear red line
back down and let's burden just
though the neighbourhood or
does something big and dangerous.
or you do something clever like last time, which looked like a big response, but now
in the way of of death, so he's got a few ways to play this. Let me tell you one way: the planet.
I don't know if this has been on the table. Yet one way to play it used to go to Russia and say publicly here
The real Syria you're a little puppet just crossed the line you need to bomb them, so you could
Putin do the dirty work.
now I dont know if we would be able to confirm it happened. I dont know that Putin would do it, probably not going to happen to them just running through the possibilities
One possibility, as you say, look use your puppet. Your public crossed the line.
they're gonna cost yours, gonna cost burden, I'm sorry it's either
was youporn or it's gonna cost aside. You get to pick.
One of you is gonna, pay a really big price for this
we might actually give potent barmecide not impossible.
Very likely not predicting, but I'm just
through all the possibilities,
One possibility is: we just do something that makes
big explosion over there somewhere and say? Are we told you we'll be back we'll be back if things get bad, so
it feels like you used to do. Somethin care do nothin. I don't think you. I don't think
There is an option to do nothing. Someone says bread ended. Her brain gets blame for everything.
So I think they're probably do little more investigating to find out who did what, but I would expect some very large explosions in Syria,
And it will either be also Russia or US work with Russia, but
something big is gonna, be exploding in Syria. In all likelihood, I don't know if we have any, she has walking away
My main topic today was telling them
in between the problem and the solution, we see a few examples where this has happened.
Did all of you see the the clip this going round about Tony Robins getting in trouble for the me to his comments about me to how many of you saw that cause virulency that
next bar, will be as interesting whether the summary is.
That Tony Robins was doing? One of his big events and people in the audience were asking questions were commenting and
the me to question. Came up
tony Robins stayed consistent
to Tony Robins philosophy, which is
really up to the individual up to you to make your world a better place
it's not really up to other people to fix you so Joe,
being consistent said yeah? There may be true that, while it is true that
who have done bad things to you talking about the victims of the meat to, but.
those people who did bad things. Do you are your problem,
I'm paraphrasing now. This is now what Tony Robin said, but it's the same same thought so,
other people who who were the perpetrators, the things you did.
Things? Do you were the problem, but there
your solution, if you punish them well
be replaced with. Other people do the same stuff,
The totally Robins approach is that you can separate who's the problem from what is the solution
The problem is the people who did this stuff to you
due to other people that are the problem, the people, but
no solution there,
killed all of those people tomorrow they just be replaced with new people who were the same
The problem is that men exist. That's not really a fixable problem within the constraints of civilization.
So Jonah, using the best you can do, is here you have to deal with the problem of somebody breaks the law. They gonna go to jail assembly, bricks, corporate rule, they gonna be fired. I'm sure he's in favour, while those things in doubt you say otherwise,.
But doing all that stuff doesn't solve your problem.
It deals with the people were the problem. It deals with. The purpose of does was society needs to do, but they can't fix your problem. Punishing people doesn't fix your problem, so the so.
Talks about the solution, the things you do internally, the things you do with your mind, the way you
think about your ears. You situation the way you frame it and he saying that you need to take the power back from the perpetrator
put the agency in yourself all the power and then Rio,
I'm getting yourself right now. The trouble with us,
There's no way to say what I just said or what Tony just said without them.
Few people say I know you're not serious about this may do stuff you're part of the problem and that's that's what happened to him bullets? Let's take this to another topic: black lives matter. Some of you saw tweeted yesterday a speech by HAWK Newsome user. They look like
a black church somewhere lusher were in which he gave probably just one of the best speeches. I've ever seen, two without notes.
where's, insanely, skilful, capable charismatic. There was really strong, but and here's the things that
square and critics of black lives matter will say no say
You have made. You have identified a problem. Police shoot people who are sometimes
Wasn't there many of those people are black and that people say there.
Many black people being killed by police. Mostly,
I would agree with our statement. Nelson
I would argue the statistics.
but nobody argues the basic fact that too many people are being killed. Bible
A lot of them are black. So if we, if we
now that there is a problem of people who were not guilty being killed? What do you do about it? The problem is that the
problem is that people are getting killed by police in some cases. In too many cases, those people are innocent ones being killed. That's the problem
But there isn't much of a solution. There.
Pollution problem
is not entirely with the police. The solution.
Is the in a neighborhood where you need fewer police and you know if you can't move than to try to
make your neighborhood a neighborhood that needs fewer police because the fewer this
less the crime is the less the police, the less chancery somebody gets killed accidentally,
so here again the solution and the problem are separate. The police
Are shooting people that's a problem that doesn't
the police are the problem. It means
the problem of people getting killed by police who are not always guilty so separate the problem with the solution.
Somebody says we have neighbourhood watch and everyone has cameras.
Somebody says my analysis is suspect.
you're allowed to give reasons,
there are no rules on periscope. That would prevent you from giving at least a hint of the reason, though, you disagree
Disagreeing is invited in these periscopes,
You are allowed to disagree and you have characters that you can use to put a reason for you. Just so go nuts transplanting a person to a better places why California is now Mexico?
A white male probably doesn't understand the problem. Certainly that would be true, but let me
Let me lay out the problem here for you, you ve got you ve got to part of the country who believes that police are killing too many innocent black folks,
or just civilians who had a phone in your hand or they didn't. They
surrender the railway or whatever,
The vast majority of white people believe that's not happening that it just isn't happening.
So we have a problem where a large
the country is trying to solve a problem.
that an even larger part of the country says doesn't exist, so it's it's
or like climate change in that sense, and that there is part of the country.
Who does really wants to solve this problem and then there's
big part of the country who says solve it. It doesn't exist now.
I'm not taking sides in this case, I'm just describing the landscape
If you have a problem where everybody agrees is a problem like starvation,
nobody, nobody is on the side of her nobody starving nobody takes outside, but
These are weird problems in that part of the country, thinks that the problem itself actually doesn't exist. Now it does exist that people are getting killed, who are not criminals and that the police you're doing it. But apparently the statistics do not back up the theory that happens more often to black.
citizens which also doesnt mean that it does
happen. More often, the black citizens, those who now
oh good. Are the statistics are
happen. More often supply citizens, but the statistics are not accurate, so you don't know.
Here's why you can have these two movies playing on one scream. How is it that
I could be so sure the black black citizens are being killed.
police and a higher rate and much of the world LISA just isn't happening and part of that is-
Imagine if your personal experience was.
Hi crime neighbourhood, if you live in.
Hi crime neighbourhood. There was also one ethnicity, let's say
lived a neighborhood, there was all Albanians,
was very albanian neighbourhood. Everybody losers Napoleon and this house.
hi crime neighbourhood is a low income, high crime, neighbourhood.
You wouldn't know of losses situations
where your fellow Albanians had been Russia by police. You would know personal stories of Albanians roughed by placing it would happen fairly,
and the police would be far more rough in Albania,
in the albanian neighbourhood
Then they would another neighborhoods, because it's a high crime, neighbourhood and they're trying to establish you know who's the who's, the alpha in the neighborhood, the worst thing, the plea,
Can do is let the bad Albanians have some kind of psychological advantage.
So the police, in the southern neighbourhood and urgently RAF rougher than they
In the nice, the nice albanian suburb down there,
So everybody in this neighbourhood is gonna, have a personal
or your stories or lots of stories of police, roughing up Albanians and then you say to them. Have you ever heard of the
these rubbing, roughing up a non albanian and they would say I've never even heard of that. I'm
Women's I've, never none the news, I'm having a similar I've, never heard of anybody who got rafter by police except for Albanians cause. That's who you live with that. So you know it's himself court,
that's there would be an experience. So if you went to some of those our bones and that everyone say the statistics show
Then Albanians do not get rough up or shot by police more than other people. What would you say about those two
six there's no way, you believe it.
There's no way no way, no way, you would ever believe the statistics, even if their accurate,
because your entire lived experience is these ones.
After another, and even your own experience of being stopped by police and being treated roughly so
You can't change minds when somebody's lived experience is completely different than what the statistics say. They ought to be so.
that's the deal, is those two movies going gonna be running for a while and not going to change.
No one thing, though: here's an interesting thing that could make things better.
This is the idea that only ten seconds old so,
Have mercy on my idea blessing
run this through the sort of a thought: experiment,
suppose. News organisations started reporting aggressively about white people who are getting shot by police
No, not just the ones who are innocent but just way people getting shot by police support,
We just reported that everyday spoke
became part of our dashboard. The dashboard citizens, everyday there'll, be a report of how many people gunshot by police
I believe that these statistics are kept, but we
see them are not put in front of us, so suppose the statistics that are kept her just put in front of us on a regular basis,
it's a! Maybe it's a Sunday night new, show, let's say every or early I'm.
You're. So good. Let's say that, one day week the news organs
Genes agree: I we're just gonna give you the statistics. This many cops shut this many. These shutters millionaires me. If people saw in context consistently overtime would they still believe that police are shooting black citizens
higher rate. If the news kept showing three the water, whatever the number is
Does anyone know the actual statistics where one is the actual ratio of of innocent wait? Civilians killed by police compared to innocent black civilians on a stop per stop basis is unable even have this statistic impure somebody as somebody says,
one meaning that is roughly the same right twenty one, but I think Ernie on a stop per stop adjust
for the crime level in the neighborhood and everything else. It's probably as are being pretty close right. The ratios or pre pre, similar innocence is determined after the fact, that's true, so that would complicate
So you wouldn't love you wouldn't know at the moment who was innocent were wasn't, so I guess you don't just have to say shootings. Suppose you just go.
track of how many way people in how many black people were shot for then you'd have to adjust if rail. What
and a very high crime neighborhoods in so tough tough statistic. I'm so.
No part of the tony Robins approach to life, which is
similar to my own approach, which is very similar to president trim, trumps approach, which is pretty similar to the power of positive thinking. President trumps pastor, when he was a child Norman.
an appeal here. He saw the the godfather of all this line of thinking that people are responsible for their own futures and
It seems to me that we need a lot more of that people taking responsibility for their own their own success.
Without losing the fact that there are genuine victims in the world. How do you do that.
Somebody said wrong twice, as many whites were killed by police as black, but you have to adjust that by population, and you know how dangerous is the neighborhood and all that you can't take a straight statistic and get everything on it. But the left.
Yeah, you know it's interesting about white people.
I think I'm gonna get a lot of trouble for what I'm gonna say next left,
Lenny lemme get into a lot of trouble for one minute to say next, what the hell I haven't done in trouble for awhile,
you don't really here that much from poor way people do. Why is it? I don't know the answer to that question by the way I don't know, that's news or cultural thing
but it seems to me that poor way people are not
We complain nurse or they're not the day,
don't complain or their complaints are not broadcast. Perhaps ores
possible that I see it, but I don't recognize it
wrong about their right? It feels like poor way. People don't complain as much now Trump tapped into the
sort of the lower class way people axed operates at them here.
Somebody says why do you think that is.
Well, some of it is republican philosophy. The republican philosophy is it's up to you to fix your situation and that the the country does give you the tools to do it,
it's just hard and nobody's gonna nobody's gonna complaint, nobody's gonna cry for you, because your life is hard. So I think I think that's part of it. Part of it is just people just don't feel like victims, because they feel like they have the tools you, if you re poor white person in America,
and I was so I can speak. I can speak to a little bit of experience from this poor
probably an overstatement, but I grew up in a house. There was made of a senior blocks that my my parents, built by themselves, the other they piled up the sinner blocks and put the current Rita.
And you know I wore pants
war pants in high school that were made by my mother, the other like.
who cares, appearances were worn out and she she saw them together and made like one bear bans that sort of looked sorted knew. So I came from quite modest.
Beginnings, but I was also told from birth that I was going to college and that I would be successful
from the time I was born.
I don't remember a time when, from the time I had language skills
My mother was telling me that I would be rich and successful and my life would be good.
and she had no reason to believe that, because she she was born on the farm.
Let me give you an idea of my mother's life born on the farm, so this sort of subsistence kind of a living wasn't a rich farmers like a little dairy farm with forty cows
her. Father was mentally insane and would beat beat the animals for fun and beat his wife, my mother's mother,
would be the kids and one day when he flipped out my mother and her mother.
Ran from the farm with nothing but the clothes on their back ass. He was chasing them with a use chasing them with the two before
the, and so he was trying to kill both his wife and my mother.
So both my wife and my mother just ran away. They just want,
they got their own wages ran and
They started their new life with a close on their back.
So they had taken in by a neighbour
bring town so use far enough away that there were safe
my grandmother did laundry for people took a laundry in sewing, ended sewing
My mother was sixteen years old at the time,
and if she met my father, who worked at a of the only store in town or one of maybe two or three stores,
and she got engaged when she was sixteen they get married. He he worked two or three jobs. She worked too
Ray jobs all of their life and they had kids young. He or she had Jennifer's kid. My brother, when she was eighteen,
but there was no time in any of that process
where my mother had any story that was not consistent and the story was this you're going to college you're, gonna be rich and successful period period, never a doubt, never an option, never anything, and likewise that that same consistency
what was across everything we did. You not remember people used to adhere about her kids would take their report cards home and they would get paid for Ays Slatter, some rich friends.
Who would you like a dollar they give five dollars as they get in a under report card when their school take my report card homes,
mother, and mostly my mother and my father- was lists or a client, so he wasn't. He wasn't wasn't much of Asia and impact on my childhood
but a show, my mother and say: hey. No other kids.
Get money for getting aces.
My mother would just say these,
therefore, you enough for me, and I expect you again there so
she would. She would steadfastly refuse to pay.
For me. Getting is because that was for me. The air was my reward.
You don't need a reward for getting a reward, doesn't make sense.
until he is one of the other great lessons my brother might be watching was so he might recognize unless she she said I talk about this.
I'm used to say when it was time for dinner, should say to the kids. Eighty want
as your vegetable for dinner, a can of corn or a can of beans, it was his always a can of something, and
I would say completely legitimately. Lastly, I say: either
I don't care because
corn and beans about the same, and we would have the
on the next day. It really will make any difference.
So I say I don't care
we're just stop everything and she say wrong. Answer.
This is a world in which you must make decisions. This is not
We do not live in the world wherever things the same. You gotta make a decision.
we have to make a decision, corbians, obviously a trivial decision, but why does she taught was confidence and decisiveness? Now I took that message
to a fault is probably one of the single greatest things I'm ever criticized for I get criticized for lots of things, but
one of the biggest things arrogant criticized for is having too much confidence and being two decisive.
I'm not sure you can beat took off in I'm not sure you can be two decisive because both of those are or positive qualities, but
you can't ever be exactly the right amount of confidence or the right amount of decisive
intentionally make sure I got too much of it. If I have too much decisiveness and too much confidence, that's by preference. That's a strategy.
That's a life decision. I wanna air in that direction. So when I left right
so my mother also never went to college, barely got through high school, and so
I was on my own to figure out how to go to college. I will tell you that story.
imagine if you well, I went to school with. I think there were forty people in my graduating class.
I went to the same building for a kindergarten through
senior year. It was that small of a town with the exception of the fifth grade
I had to go to school in the local presbyterian church. Does it wasn't enough room in the school building
so when I was a junior was a junior,
in your whenever you start getting ready for college? I dont know how to do that
didn't know. People who went to college.
I don't have anybody in my family with locally who would ever going to college,
I don't know how to do it, but luckily there was a kid from another from the city who came to our town to live,
and whose parents knew how to do this stuff. So they said, oh get these these cattle,
Isabel colleges, the stuff and
and so I just didn't you did. I said all this
you do it. You gonna catalogue from the college and you look through when you it tells you how to apply so I did that
but we do not have much money and I had to widen scholarships which I did
so the man of money for college- and I just figured it out as I went and when I gradually
from college mom,
They gave me a suit. Was my parents, I guess my parents gave me a suit
Two thousand dollars in cash and two suitcases,
I sold my car for a one way ticket to California.
where my brother had already driven in his Volkswagen beetle. He just drove west. He just got his car and drove west and slipped slept in his car and eventually got a job
and made a life. So I followed him left in his car. Applied for jobs, got a job at the bank decided to live in peace.
cornea, because there are very few times in your life,
very few times in your life, when you can just go to the right place to live there, usually you have less time
I didn't have any ties that you were the type that stay at it child. I don't have a job. I can just go somewhere, so
the place. That was the best opportunity with the best, whether as up in this area,
go barrier, and here I am so you can see from the Nile also the entire time through childhood through college. I would have numerous jobs to earn money for college than in college. I had something like four different jobs. I was working simultaneously at different times in college.
so in my case my parents, mostly my mother, laid out a path, their work.
very hard, but also kind of guaranteed. In those days. If you just went to college and stay then a jail
you were gonna, get a job and you didn't do ok, so that that's where we live
but I don't remember any any part of that experience where I was supposed to blame someone else and use that as an excuse.
Oh yeah, I was fine to blame other people, you can blame other
people for anything you want, but you didn't help you a bit
All the blame on the world doesn't help the
we think we can make your life better, as you said,
That's the beginning and the end of the story. The only way to make your but life better is what you do. That's it so.
So why do I have a bleeding heart for minority victims? Well, I have,
busy for anybody who is in a bad situation. I have extra empathy,
or maybe extra interest, not extra empathy cuz. I have plenty of empathy, but I have extra interest in those people whose problems have a psychological
illusion there are people in Leslie, the worst parts of the world that are in dire.
Poverty in the other.
a warlord who's gonna kill them, they have no food, they have a problem. This, not the psychology. They have a physical problem
got the disease, the violence, starvation, those who just real problems,
but in the United States most people have psychological problems.
meaning that they could solve their problems if they can only think about them differently now they could not solve it
problems right away,
I'd be the next generation whose problems are the ones that are solved. It could be that the parents are just gonna, have a hard
but my parents had a hard life and they had.
from day one that the the real the play here was to make their children successful. So there's some day we can deal with wicked buyer parents, a nice house.
and by the way, when I got rich one of the first things.
did with my money, was to buy a house in Florida from my parents.
so they had a nice little summerhouse in Florida that they can leave the leaves us no behind so
their strategy of making at least one other kids rich, so that they can have a good life Sunday work, then very comfortable retirement because less Mangi hard life compared to what? Well? If I told you what my movement,
Others, life was like that was our life, I'm leaving out trust me.
Right I'm leaving out the bad part. How do you fix a lack of self efficacy if you're not industrious?
Well, that's the problem of not being industrious is a big one.
I'm not sure that that's anything but a lot of issues. Natural people are just born with it or not
but there is certainly a component of it that you pick up by necessity as you get older theirs,
extra complication. Now in modern days, which is
technology distractions like a really hard to be industry.
For example- I am right now avoiding my work. I've
to work out what to do this morning, and I am doing this because I prefer it so this is the thing I don't get paid for, but I'm doing this because
joy it and I'm avoiding my work because I have this. I have this distraction.
If I didn't have this technology is this didn't exist and be doing the work. So it's much much harder to be industrious in twenty eight teton. It's not him close. I was talking to step daughter yesterday about shoes, talk about the difficulty of of just focusing, and I thought to myself. If I had tried to become a cartoonist in the age of smart phones, I don't know if I can and does it. I think I think I would not have had the focus
No, there is also an issue of the EU, should read the book sapiens,
I'm only a little bit through it, but already too

were a hunter gatherer society. You dont need to plan too far in advance.
Because if you go hungry, you just go out and grab something on the forester goes you somethin
But if you live in a winter climate you ve got a plan for the winter, so there.
There may have been some kind of evolutionary thing that or maybe just a social thing- that if you, if the only way you can survive is, is by planning because otherwise the winter will kill. You probably makes you think differently and probably does develop a different style of thinking. Why would you plan for the future if it's not necessary, you you would enjoy today. Somebody says this is one of my best periscopes, I'm not sure. That's true. What would you say? Anybody else think that's the trouble with a best periscope is everybody has room their own preference about what mixer?
a good periscope, nor have I ever read focus by Goldman. I haven't how many of you would feel comfortable
dealing with no music and no stimulation. How many of you would feel good just sitting in a chair? Would you feel uncomfortable for that? I thank you. Somebody somebody referred this as old white man values. That is a completely fair statement.
Oh good people did likeness what I'm kind of surprised. How did your mother acquire her good attitude? Dont know cigarettes. That's a good question. I don't know
I dont know enough about her early life to know when she came to those feelings, some people could sit comfortably with perfect quiet. I can put his skin harder skin real ameliorated. Somebody said get back to them.
about poor people and not complaining. Yes, the thing started. This was I fight
It very helpful to separate the problem from the solution. Let me let me put that in the context of my own life
here's, a problem. I have I'm short a bald. I wear glasses, I'm old. If, if I wanted to those things, could be crippling problems, I would just have to
to find my life by my problems, but because I'm not limited by those problems, I can spend my time doing things that are good and useful, and I would also say that I have the flexibility to be useful to other people. That's now something that everybody has
Lex ability to do, but at the moment I can do things which I know are beneficial to other people. Hardly they goes by when somebody doesn't write to me and say: hey your book had a failed, almost everything still wouldn't big. His changed. My life and I gotta reason everything's going good now, because something you said so stuff like that is done.
We satisfying so instead of concentrating on all the things that regarding bad guys, there's always something over mad. I just concentrate on
What does limit. Let me give you another example.
when I was in my thirties, Pfeiffer five,
When I was in my thirty's
always amazed at how I always had something wrong with me: physically, not big stuff, usually.
I always have here. I've got an eerie again, my stomach Kurds, or you know I I sprained my ankle
every every day. There were three things wrong with me: not bad
things that will go away eventually, but
as soon as one of them would clear up, I felt like
and another one. I was just always three things wrong with me. Three physical problem,
and in some real or say this, does me too I've gotta get the gout. I've got the thing. I've got the others the pulled muzzle. I got a headache. Three things
while the other day I was, I was talking about how that doesn't seem to be the case anymore. I will always saying of sorting to Christine. Actually,
saying how is he like when I was thirty? There was all these problems, but today, for example, I said to myself: I have no physical problems and they thought now saying how we're does it. I'm sixty
And being sixty zero physical problems, I don't have an egg and I'll have a pain, and I got through this entire conversation about
I went from always having three problems wrong.
To not having any problems wrong at all and I'm sixty and then I had this realization,
I had recently stubbed my toe on a chair, like a really
one where I thought I had broken Adele
I was an intense pain for two days, not intense, but like a really ache I'll, take them down from
and it s their hurt, a lot when it happened.
it hurt a lot for about a day. So here
I was having a conversation in which also isn't it amazing that I
zero problems, no physical problems
At that moment, I was in pain, is complete, we're just a mindset deference
I had simply defined away my small problems,
used to live in my small problems, but over time
Some have found a way to evolve over them and now
thought about big stuff. I thought about the world. I'm thinking about you know I'm thinking about Syria. Those are big problems and my foot it was gonna. U is gonna be better in a few days. There was nothing to do about it.
I just win now. If I had taken a little more time, I probably could have figured out that I had analogy to maybe I'd something goes wrong. I probably still had three things wrong with me. I just decided that they didn't matter and that something that takes a long time to do right. I'm just here we talked about the syrian gas attacked, is shitless important year for MRS Critical. By the way, if you told me that I can be this at this age, when I was a kid I never would have believed it never would have believed
my weight about one fifty here when you young you compare how you feel to feel imperfect, as there is a good. That's that's a good point.
so everything about how you feel is how you feel compared to how you think you should feel or compared to something else. When you are young, you think you should feel perfect and if you don't you really notice, when you six
you feel like you should have more problems. So, if you know it probably just doesn't feel like anybody, so that may be part of way of why it's easier to have small problems at this age. Physical, fitness reflex into mental faintness does

Yet something we can do, but we haven't evolve to be optimized for that, but walking were very evolved to walk, so walking is probably very healthy.
