wait, and we will see you out on the road high crime junkies, I'm your host, Ashley flowers and I'm for it and the story
I want to tell you. Tat is another one that was picked by our fan club members and truly it is one of the most unusual cases.
I've ever seen and one that I have actually been following since it unfolded a few years ago. This was one of the cases that was just so
brutal. So in your face that when it happened, everyone
sure that this was gonna just be resolved quickly like it had to be, but instead of being solved. This mystery has only gotten deeper and a killer is still on the loose. This is the story,
of Missy Beavers.
In the early morning, hours of April. Eighteen, two dozen, sixteen a group of adults in their work are closed, gathered at the creek site Church of Christ in MID loathing Texas for their regular fitness boot camp class now
Son is even up at this point that there already and looking forward to the work out, because their teacher Terry Beavers, whose most people just call Missy, is one of the warm as most passionate and most driven instructors. Around Missy teaches the program called camp Gladiator and she's even posted the night before
and her face, but page that, even if their normal outdoor work out gets reigned out, there still gonna be training inside now. It takes a lot of energy for Missy to get up that early, because in order to be
class on time. She has to leave her home in nearby Red Oak, where she lived with her husband, Brandon and their three daughters at like three
thirty three, forty five in the morning and she comes straight to the church, to lead this high intensity work out before most support even like awakened me long before I am even more sure so ready.
Get started. The students head inside the church around for thirty five, a m m. They make their way towards the classroom that are always an x
Dean, define Missy like finishing up her preparations. Maybe
resting her might getting some equipment ready, but instead they
find something they never could have imagined. Missy's, broken and battered body is
lying on the floor, surrounded by blood and broken glass. She doesn't
look like she's breathing and although no one wants to think about it is impossible not to jump to the most horrific conclusions
the students hurry to call nine one one and according to them and loathing and police departments, official timeline officers from both the police and the fire department get to the creeks I church of Christ within ten men.
Paramedics are some of the first on the scene and they confirm the worst. Missy is dead and there is literally nothing they can do to try and save her. So amidst the grief and whore Missy, students are just
totally stunned, and none of them can wrap their heads around it because who would possibly want to hurt Missy. She was the type of person, everybody,
loved and made friends everywhere she went plus there
having been a murder amid Lothian in literally
seven years, homicides are for Dallas and Fort Worth, like all of the big city
He's a few miles to the north remoter just doesn't happen here, except it died because right away, police can tell this was no accident and the students, darkest thoughts are true. Missy
has been murder and, although they won't know for sure, until the autopsy it looks like she died from puncture wounds to her head and her chest instantly police get to work, searching the building for any trace.
The perpetrator, broken glass from vandalized interior doors, basically, trails like breadcrumbs leading investigators on a course of damage through the church. No, it's weird because
research. It said that there was broken glass around Missy's body too, but I couldn't find any dieter
on this and it actually drove me crazy, o case like was there like a window near by or was it a huge like sign of struggle or anything? That's that
obviously know I've, I'm not familiar with the church. I couldn't find anything in the police's documentation or a news reports after that indicated was there
struggle: what was the glass from
and her was it from the room that she was in, was it carried from a different
we like literally nothing- and this might not be a big deal, but for some reason I just like stuck on it so hard yeah. That's that's super confused,
that glasses like around her and trailing away or around her, but like you can't confirm anywhere that there's even any glass nearby right
It's so again. This might be something that I'm getting stuck on. Police are like every dimension. It is it's not a big deal like there's a broken glass and in the room, but first x out right:
something worth noting so, along with the broken
lass, all over police also found forced entry marks on the churches, backdoor from a pry bar, so police wonder if maybe this was a robbery
gone wrong with that through their minds go to first, maybe this person wasn't expecting anyone to be there so early in the morning and they.
Start open, Missy showed up and kind of a product in the worst possible way. Ok but like this is a church and not like a huge, like mega,
search that may be having like millions of dollars in the bay.
And I ve never like yeah. This is like a small town like what is there to steal. There's no, like artifacts, there's, no, no you're, like you're, too money being stored there, you're totally right, creek, say church of Christ is definitely not like the mega church you're talking with overflowing collection plates or something plus as investigator
reach out to church officials and keep searching the building like their unable to confirm anything, is
so even the very few
things they might have had. There are still there
rightly the only things that I could think about would be like, maybe like sound equipment or stuff like that, and if that's all there like. What's the point-
and like on top of their like nothing's.
Missing, but because this is like a pretty tight knit congregation in a small town, the church didn't he
any kind of alarm system and the cameras outside work working that night, but luckily for police. The church does have a video security system inside the hallways and it was recording all night long right away. Investigators, hurry to the tapes,
for some insight into what could have happened to missing, and so they go back to the beginning of the days recordings and while Missy
isn't seen on any of the footage which again
one of those things that ice by rolled on, I don't it just says
everywhere, seeing that she's not seen on the footage I dont know if she took a path to her class that just wasn't capture by video, I don't
if something wasn't me
recorded earlier in the day, I don't know maybe she's on video, which just hasn't been released. All I could find is that she's not seen on the footage again, no idea what that means, but
Even though she's not seen on the footage, there is someone else seen on the footage walking through the halls right there on the tapes
is some bone chilling surveillance footage of some one in the church, starting at three fifty that morning, but I'm gonna send this to you see you can check it out right now, one second,
ok. So I'm watching the video and around seven second mark, like a person kind of
just appears out of a doorway, and they look like this,
and so I gear or something the other day
really like it looks like very tactical. It looks official and like official police gear of some kind right, yeah for sure and
the kind of walk through the hall
way there's another shot from probably another camera looks like different hall and their creative opening.
Or is around like the twenty one second mark, but like TAT, the two, this person
those like even the open, a door when the doors open, though even go inside, but they don't like bring anything out with them so ill. It feels like they're looking for something here like,
Obviously I've never been in like a situation. We have had to search the building for anything, but it looks like there's a cop or military
clearing a building like they're, going in through a door they're kind of
in the room and then coming back out the hallway and then going into next door.
Clearing the realm and came back into hallway and is very like systematic and slow its enemies. Bizarre, like there's no rush is no rush.
There's, nothing like even drawn the kind of expect, Blake Garden and the Flashlight Cross kind of position and there's kind of
meandering. To be honest, meandering is the perfect work was even the way like I'm looking I'm
the one twenty one mark and even the way they kind of like tilt there had it. Just like a very curious, like wonder. What's in here, wonder what's in here, and this personal, like
when the door look in leave the door open,
eventually I mean I'm around the one, forty mark right now and then I got here what door, which means that, like us,
mystery, something like that's. What my kids nursery at church looks like there's a there's, a half doors so that like parents can look in the kids can get out and, like I'm, going f
Well, I just caught a glimpse of something around the one. Forty six mark there's like something in this person's hand right but like it here,
that's exactly what I was going to say. It looks like it looks like a hammer, but like I can't get a good glimpse of it
even on the back. So what at the two o four mark issue you can see the back of their jacket actually says
police and it looks like they were
hammering an actual
a door or wall or maybe a window that could have been where a broken glass came from, but still with like no sense of urgency, like is a police were like coming into a situation where they thought that someone was in trouble or they needed to save someone like you
back, some sense of urgency and he just kind of locks of like pounding. The glass like you would to get home of framing done on a house or to break down a wall in your house during her
or like it's, it's very casual authors. I don't others
nothing that says that he is urgently trying to help or find anything
So the other thing that comes up in this video all the time is again. This person is walking very slowly, very methodically, but a lot of people
see a limp in their walk as well. And I again, because
walking. So so it's a little hard for me to see if I can kind of pick up on it and it is
the thing that buddy, I think police picked up on, that the public has picked up on over an overly kind reminds me of the video of the suspect or potential suspect in the Delphi case, like you see his gait,
doesn't give you much more than like. Is that how he usually walks ordinary that intentional right? So the military and police Department has this.
Courage from day one and they actually start releasing the footage right away to the press and they even get a post on Youtube so that people can watch it. They can share it and they reveal some key details that they have been able to pick up on. The first is that day tell the public that they estimate this suspects height to be around or between five foot too.
And five foot eight, though, with a couple of inches for the helmet like either give or take away their way re. They also asked the public to be
on the look out for what they're calling that strange walk, because whoever the personal
tape. Is they have got? What Dallas NEWS calls a quote: distinctive gate that was may be caused by it.
Simple foot or leg injuries. They think this is something that people should be on. The lookout for about this
time that they release this video. They also tell the public what MRS official cause of death was based,
It was a head wound with multiple punctures to her chest, which, according to the police records, are consistent with the tools that the person in the video was carrying a gun.
They don't say what those tools are. I see a hammer. I think other people have seen different things, though, so we know none of that for sure within just a few days
apartment gets full blooded with tips, but even with the help from various federal agencies like the FBI,
was marshals and even bomb sniffing dogs. Meaty, F police are still missing something critical. They still don't have a motive
robbery is looking less and less likely after the church officials confirmed, nothing was take. An Missy still had all of her jewellery when she was found, and nothing else seem to be taken from her at all, so without anything obvious or defend,
there's, seemingly no motive for why someone would have wanted to kill Missy, and so investigators have turned to her personal like to learn more about her and they start
by talking to her friends and family, to see if anything sticks out no one of her regular work
but he's a guy named mark, tell CBS News that Missy had seemed off lately,
She was distracted and just like a list,
but more reserved, just like not her usual perky self, so to the police. Think that maybe she knew or thought summers after her, so
Well, that's what they're trying to figure out right, because really this early yawn, it's the only thing,
makes sense of a crime like there, so they subpoena Missy's phone records and take her elect
into evidence, so they can search sorting through everything her emails, her text messages were found
calls for social networks like Ling, DEN and it turns
I'll miss he's been using linked and specifically to do more than just advertise. Her camp gladiator classes, she's also
receiving some private messages that may hold the critical information police are looking for. This episode is me,
possible by audible long before podcast, I relied on audible exclusively for entertainment. I've been a member since two thousand and seven and I still look forward to my credit every single month, because, with my credit, I get all your books. I get exclusive podcast and the best part

All one word: you contacts that two five hundred five hundred.
Missy had been using linked in to chat with a couple of different people before she died and the tones between their like two distinct sets of mess
and the tones between those couldn't be more different. Wine was friend
Lee and a little flirty, but the other was like strange and kind of creepy. Now I couldn't dig up the exact content of these messages, but Tom Steel reported for the Dallas mortar.
News that the MID Lothian police sent linked in a search warrant to access MRS Account and they actually made that warrant public. So what we could gather from
is that the forty one started out just as like this Palais conversation, but the warrant describes the messages. Turning, what police call quote intimate which instantly makes me like perk,
a little bit like just kind of like a moment,
I mean we know, we know Missy's married. This
any kind of smoking dine, but I'm ok
the medical one in like who is this person? And what are these?
the contents of his intimate message, but with ease.
More worrying than that, though, is the other set of linked and messages the warrant goes into
detail about how Missy showed what were calling these creepy messages to one of her friends who
who, basically that yet this like isn't okay, I kind of wonder if these messages have anything to do with, like home per student mark, like now
as she was acting differently like yeah. Maybe she felt endangered somehow or something.
Unfortunately, that friend couldn't remember the name of the person who sent the messages like they remember this interaction of Missy, showing them that mainly goddesses off, but like note no specific details and police, never again, they never released the detail, the messages they never released, persons, contact, information or name, but the warrant.
Say that the centre was mail and that Missy didn't actually know him, which
to me, was really surprising and just so strange like if force
Ranger, to reach out to be sending you creepy messages linked in it.
So platform to do that rightly, this isn't like twitter
Snapchat or interminably, this is a professional networking site yeah and I you know again. I dont know how frequently Missy use this to but promote
services. And maybe this is the one that you just the most active vine. But it seems
super strange that she was getting contacted by
stranger, how would the stranger find her thrilling Dane and why are they targeting her now
dish into her linked in account police notice that Missy use a lot of social media to advertise her camp gladiator classes like I did a little bit of research on the programme. While I was preparing this episode and it turns out that camp
he ate or they don't have like specific locations like a dedicated camp or GM or anything like all of the courses are held in places like parks or event. Spaces are
jeez, basically as bases that can accommodate Ben. So the trainers like Missy aren't employed full time by the company. The camp gladiator website calls them independent contractors, and
they're the ones in charge of arranging everything for the classes are getting the times getting the place assorted. Everything like that, and so regardless
like any industry that you're in, like MRS is obviously this is came gladiator there are two huge parts of successful freelancing of successful independent com.
Which is what she's doing, and that's marketing and accessibility all right. So like advertising yourself, your product and like getting out into the public like that, has
your thing exactly at putting yourself out there. We should have to answer. Questions have to be a friendly approachable like the whole nine yards member wishes in some type of cost
Mercer, but NATO. If Missy wanted to earn money and make a sustainable living as a trainer. She basically had to give up some of her pride
see, even if she wasn't thinking of it as like that way, she posted about her car.
It is all over the internet with dates times places. So basically she is her own brand yeah and so for whoever this person was who wanted her dead, whether they knew her or not. It would be pretty easy to figure out,
Where she was and when all they would have to do is check her pages to figure out her schedule and again, miss
actually posted on Facebook about her Monday morning class the night before she died, reiterating were still gonna have class, even if we get like bad weather. So if her killer was
Packing her movements on social media there's confirmation of her location right there.
Aside from releasing the search warrant police, keep the linked and lead pretty quiet, I think, probably to avoid false confessions
going to waste time, unlike attention seekers, and so, while there quietly pursuing this led through the world wide web, they also focus closer to home, starting with MRS Husband, her husband Brandon is obviously beyond devastated, as you can imagine, but he is trying his best to be strong for their three daughters. Now, when police talked to him for
first time after his wife's death. He says: wasn't I was out of town in Mississippi on this fishing trip when she was killed and when police press him and asked
he knows any one who would want to do this to Missy again
does this seemed like such a target attack. He says no, I can't think of any reason that miss you would be targeted by any
not at least anyone that he would know what. But he does say that he'd been worried.
About Missy in general, just because of teaching those classes so early in the morning, like you didn't think it was safe for her to be alone in the dark in a building by herself, like that
but Brandon knew how much Missy love the Camp Plantier Programme and how dedicated she was to teaching. So many though he was worried, he never tried to stop her and
Missy might have agreed a little bit with him about the safety risk on some level, because police did find a gun that was registered in her name in her car. But it's true
possible. I mean it's text says it all.
It has been like a very regular part of her life to carry Alec. For me, a socially in my family, like we grew up in a really rural area. It's not that uncommon. For my dad and brother to be carrying like pretty consistently and even my sister, sometimes yeah-
and I think about that again and especially Emmy taxes is kind of known for being a gun, stay, definitely, and I think, a lot
people have have conceal, carry permits and even though she might have seemed off to her her suit mark, and maybe if she didn't even think was a hundred and say I think.
It goes to show you that, like I don't think she's
to aiding to happen that morning, because if you are worried about your safety or you thought any one was coming after you have that on a wooden leave it in the car exactly so as brand and continues to paint a picture for peace
Bessie, and up their marriage? He tells them that his in
he's relationship with solid they ve been married for almost twenty years. Things were great at home and listen like MRS in everyone's, like first Rodeo pull
are all too aware that appearances can be deceiving so while they have no
reason to doubt what brand and telling them they do. Keep like a close eye on him just in case and then someone very close to Brandon.
Someone who also knows Missy very well does something shocking. On April twenty second, just four days after Missy was murdered,
Her father in law, Randy Beavers, shows up at a dry cleaners in town with a woman's white long sleeved shirt, that's covered in blood,
Now Randy tells the cashier the dry cleaners, that is animal blood from breaking up a dogfight, but this
boy he is no rocky. They ve been following the news again. This is a small town. They know who misuse they know who re India's, and this does not feel right,
there super sceptical about the dog story said they call police. According to the search warrant police gap for the dry cleaners, the shirt Randy dropped off looked like someone had already tried to clean up the blood before deciding to leave it to the proof,
she knows what makes this tat more interesting to police is that when they really look critically at brandy, they notice something interesting about him. He has the same stocky build as the person in the church, surveillance, video and even more than his build it's kind of interesting to them that he walks with a very distinctive gate. Here. Let me send you a comparison. Video.
So this videos also gonna be up on our website and that is Randy in the pink short leaving the MID Lothian police station, with his son Brandon and its side by side with the video we have from the church
I mean I can definitely see where there are some build similarities and a socially how he walks, like you said like his arms can swing the same spaces and there is a sort of a lilt to his gait. I wouldn't say it's like of full on limp, but
It is distinctive. It strange right, like what I keep looking out is the way
his arms swing specifically there's something about the way he kind of holds them out a little Ben, and even if you look at the feet, position from the person
on our church, video and Randy walking. They both have walk with their toes pointed out, work yeah, so people get
obsessed by this similarity and speculation starts running wild
right away, Randy says: listen, I was on California and Missy was murdered, but that
is not enough to lift public suspicion on Randy or Brandon in a small town like been loathing and gossip spread like wildfire there. Now
police, are already under a lot of pressure to solve this case. And now it's like whipped,
to a total frenzy, because in the court of public opinion that video of Randy Walking is all the proof that some people need, and many people are totally convinced that Randy's the killer, justly
has this video even though he's adamant that the blood on the shirt really is from his dog and Brandon sister Christie, even
backs, her dad actually like listen. The doktor happened at my house is a totally legit story, so
is this comes out. Brandon, Randy and the rest of the Beaver Stanley get right back in front of the media as soon as the warp in the dry cleaners is released to the public on April twenty seven, because in brandons own words at a press conference, the
warrant is quote a non issue and they basically want to go in front of the public to clear the air before speculation gets two out of control, which I mean, unfortunately,
the way the internet works like it's to lay. It only takes two seconds yeah, it's too late at this point, but they are so convinced. There is a lesson we want to get ahead of this. Yes, this videos out there, but I was gone the dry, clear
is legit and they actually thank the dry cleaners for being vigilant enough to call the police their sing. Like listen, eventually, you're gonna see this is gonna, go nowhere. We actually think the public, so anyone who wants to come forward please do, even though we believe that this one is wrong. Ok, but going back to the shirt like I assume they tested it right there
do and the results come back. Just like Randy said, the blood is in fact canine and eventually, police are able to verify
that re Andy made an emergency that visit with his wounded dog, who actually I'm in horror,
ended up later passing away, but even after police announced this that, yes, it really was dog blood on his shirt. They still keep their focus on MRS in laws, because, just a few days later, both Missy an Brandon cell phone records start coming back and the result should a totally new light on their relationship.

So remember how brand and previously told police that their marriage was in good shape at the time of MRS De yeah, we'll despite brandons assurances police are able to sit down, unlocked the phone unloved, Missy's Ipad seal of her tax. They get all the results back, both like the ones in her inbox, the ones that she had deleted, like that's what they're getting from the records- and this is when they learn the real truth about
marriage because right there immortalized on the screen, our tax
show Missy and brands relationship with strained by both money problems and infidelity, and that to me sounds like a critical final ingredient. Police could have been missing a possible motive so now that they have this according to the search for
for Missus Cell carrier police now want all of the information they can get about. The digital interactions between Missy Brandon and
There are nine specific persons of interest who own quoting quote, target numbers
Apparently these, like nine numbers, communicated regularly with both Brandon and Missy
Some of those numbers belonged to some family friends. One is a gale camp, gladiator instructor and his wife and one of them. One of these target numbers also belongs to Randy Beavers
and this is where kind of speculation still continues and takes a little bit of a turn, because the public is wondering what, if Randy Guy
upset that his son was unhappy in a bad marriage. Like we know there were financial troubles, there's this possible alleged,
Fidelity I dont know whose
it was on, but people are thinking. Maybe Randy saw away to free Brandon without risking him losing anything in a divorce. Ok, as apparent like wanting to help your child out, you see their difficult situation, but this seems a little. The extreme like not only is his adult son fully capable of
filling his own problems, but like going road like this means taking away your grandchildren's mother, like I guess I don't see it,
One of the popular theories among people in online forums like webs sleuth and suchlike bam again. The people who are like kind of going robe on line is that possibly real
in Brandon might have conspired together on this and obviously police.
I do have had this thought as well, which is why police keep looking at him for a bit, but ultimately their able to corroborate Randy's alibi
he wasn't even in May Lothian when Missy was murdered, neither was brand because I think that's what everyone thought at first like. Oh,
Brandon was gone, but then his dad did it, and I remember like again, reading on these crazy forums like back when this happened
and being like. Well, maybe they both book trips and then they came back, but no police verified both of their alibis.
Andy was out in California, and so as much as he might have walked like the person in the video as much as people online spiraled and had him convicted in our own minds. He eventually
formally ruled out as a person of interest by police, along with the rest of the Beavers family, at a press conference on May twenty it. Now. This is
a little over a month after misuse murdered and their aim
officially say her family had nothing to do with it, while the Beavers family looks to be a dead end, police aren't totally giving up hope, because at this
a press conference where they announced at their not looking at the family anymore. Police also announced that they are
king for a new vehicle of interest, a silver Nissan Ultima built between two thousand and ten and two thousand twelve, with an oval shape bumper sticker, we, I thought you said that the cameras outside the church was working
morning that Missy was killed, yet they were broken, and I mean in according to Bethany Curtseys reporting in the wax hatchie daily light the church like
can already knew that the cameras on Working- it's not like big tampered with or anything like that, but lucky for investigators. They actually had some outdoor cameras.
A sporting goods store just down the street from the church that we're working at night, and it's that camera that manage to capture some
missing footage like again. This got release to its eight minutes long, but barometer sent
you. I want you to watch just the first minute in five seconds of this. Ok, so there's
car driving on the road and as turning into the parking lot, they turn their headlights witches
and you can tell that it's raining, which makes sense, because you know Missy outside, like we're going to have some poor weather, but we're still going to have our practice or training whatever, and this is from like a handful of
goals, which is really helpful, but with proposing the most is in the description of this video. It tells you that
I'm stamps of when this car entered and then exited the parking lot and it entered at all. But before to one fifty a m and left at two o four, a m
like six minutes near. I no idea. What's going on yeah and skip ahead to the one minute, forty eight second mark, only goodness they're just like can prowling the parking lot
driving around like you can't really see anything super descriptive like a license plate in the video by it
like ok, it's raining the qualities and great, but maybe they're like technology, Pierre
I guess I don't know like. I guess,
understand why they would turn out lights off and on while circling as building no that's that's exactly the thing
I can't think of a reason
anyone doing anything. Normal comes into a parking lot that our turns off their life
I'm gonna, even if your stopping to do something, if you were to turn off your car traffic lights, whatever till it look at something pew turn your lights and the drive around, like your price
calling rightly again like even if your tenure gps, like you kind one, abstain, stationary so that you can figure out where you are yet so everything about this feels
in that's, why police are so eager to talk to whoever this person was that was driving this car, because, while their very clear that the

something. Maybe they saw something
crucially, are even knowing what they were looking at, but unfortunately it doesn't pen
no one comes forward with any kind of credible information about the car and despite getting over a thousand tips just in the first month after MRS murder case
hey starts to cool off and even with the continued assistance from the FBI. What looked like an open and shut investigation turns cold months pass the spring turns into another hot Texas summer that event
Lee gives way to audit and its den seemingly out of nowhere. That word
new lead hits the public radar. Numerous tips called intimate, Lothian police Department throughout two thousand. Sixteen all point to one man, a man named Bobby who get this is,
former police officer police, get a warrant to search Bobby's house in December two thousand sixteen, and while the warrant was sealed and
Surely a man named TIM Colville File, the foyer request to actually get it released and since he was kind of post online, I read it and it's a doozy so
according to this war is not only was Bobby a former cop in nearby Lancaster taxes, but he was also a tactical officer during his time in law enforcement and he's admitted to police that he still own some of his old gear. Just like we saw in the video from the church. However, he tells police that back year doesn't fit him anymore.
Now the warrant also says that he's been on polices radar for far longer than anyone even realise, and he even came in to the military and police department for an interview. Although we back in early May, like when Randy Beaver was still under suspicion for that bloody short at the dry cleaner. We use that law enforcement out like a ton of tips on him. What made him suspicious. So there was like a whole group of
things, one of them Bobby, attended services actually at creek site Church of Christ, just like Mysian her family. So he would have been famille
you're with the building and the near by area. No, it wasn't it
regret that he used to be a cop and he had a second career as a licence security guard who would work. Local events like, say a funeral for certain nationally publicized murder victim no
did not do security at Missus Funeral daddy, he totally did and proper.
We, the thing that made him stand out the most to those around him is that Bobby walks with a very distinctive
similar to the one scene on the surveillance tape so similar, in fact, that police call in a forensic podiatrist to compare Bobby's walk to the person
the tea I've, never even heard of forensic podiatrist by the way
I didn't know it was a thing, but I also saw in the warrant a little gem of info that police didn't revealed to the public before there is actually a second vehicle of interest, a dark suv that was seen
leaving the church parking lot at around four thirty, a m on the morning. Missy was murdered now,
we know that the students got there like for thirty five. So to me, this is,
really interesting, Vietnam, and wouldn't you know it Bobby?
Drives at least at the time a dark brown, two thousand fourteen Honda see Harvey that matches the second vehicles description, of course, now this also ease in Bobby's first time on police radar. According to a ninety, ninety six article, four
the wax hatchie daily light. He was suspended from his job in law enforcement after being charged with aggravated sexual assault. We know if Missy was sexually assaulted at all, so I can't
say for sure. I was never able to find any kind of confirmation of that. On the flip side, though
I was also never able to find any statements, were they explicitly say she wasn't but interest. I mean comparing
the two incidents like what he was charged with an Missy's case. Missy's case was very fruitful
and to me seems very targeted, at least from everything out there I mean it. It seems like I was really about violence against her, whereas the assault the Bobby was charged with was
a patent planned differently than this. It seems like he allegedly had like lingerie this whole twisted set up. So this others
seems very sexually focused where I dont
any of that, in MRS case, though that could be because police haven't released any that information
I really don't know so, we have Bobby's history. There's the lamp there's the car, there's the police
had to go here, all of which made him look pretty bad. There's. One big problem, though, he's over six feet tall and outside of the suspects estimated height range, but police are totally ruling him out yet because there's something in a second search warrant that makes him look even
according to a second warrant, this time for Bobby's arrest, the police search his house in December and turn up twelve suspicious electronic devices. That police took into evidence
after months of analyzing, those devices were found to contain child pornography and then, when he finally gets arrested in June, two thousand seventeen on the possession of child porn charges Bobby. Actually,
An interview from prison with W F a news were by the way like me
He nor the interviewer like thinks it's relevant dimension. Why he's actually in jail, but in this
In our view, he denies even knowing Missy's name. Ok, so let me give a straight he's: a person of interest he's in jail for child porn, but there's
nothing about MRS murder, yeah he's not in jail for anything related to Missy, but here's the thing like what I cant figure
is what motive Bobby would have for killing Missy. As far as I can
how there wasn't any kind of definitive link between the two, whatever motive he may or may not have had, though Bobby's alibi for the day of MRS murder ends up checking out. He ends a passing polygraph test and eventual
Even the forensic podiatrist is unable to definitively match his walk to that distinctive gave the person on the surveillance tape. So, according to the door,

days in jail before being released. I'm guessing on bail and not a hundred percent sure, and I
have no idea how the case panda, because he's not on the Texas sex offender registry, less, which seems like, maybe not amazing and he's official.
Ruled out as a person of interest in MRS murder and once again, a promising led turns to nothing, but just because the
stop handing out anywhere it that doesn't stop the gossip around town, because where the official investigation leaves off the public jumps right in one
The best and worst parts of the internet is all of the information right there. Your finger, Tipps and people in mid loathing
and even outside of Texas use this to their advantage. They were looking up. Names addresses personal information. I mean the public latch,
himself to this case and they wanted every scrap of information and detail that they could get their hands on desperate to finally crack this case and bring MRS Keller to justice. Now
little bit, a private speculation is harmless, but MRS daughter Hannah told insight addition into. Does nineteen that Emmy
but taken to a new level. She was getting facebook messages from total strangers, saying that her dad killed her mom like horrible stuff like
the online craziness and
getting so bad that the assistant chief of police himself had to speak to the Dallas observer about it, and he says
Sickly like I need
to just be cool talking about
these people, like their murderers with litter,
these euro proof and nothing from actual investigators on the case can ruin lives, which is absolutely right. I mean that's what we
we were so out of me by saying, on the show, like everyone
innocent until proven guilty. You go online and be accusing people that an end
can't go messaging. This girl, I win. Her fathers been cleared, she's lost a mother.
And now she has to be just like bombarded
strangers, who are attacking her family but
think, though, everyone's like passion about this case is a mark of how much Missy's death unsettled people and how terrifying it is to see some one right there on
film and knowing that there still walking free unpunished for committing a terrible crime. You brought up the Delphi case earlier. Take this reminds me so much of that. Often, how can we have this person on film walking on foot
I mean in the delta we had him talking and
can we not know who this person is so with the lead, after led just pushing police to dead ends? The first anniversary of MRS murder passes, then, the second with stillness aspects, no arrests and no step closer to the truth, which to me begs one very important question: what if the killer isn't what they seem in two thousand, a teen two years after Missy was murdered. The case gets a new detected and police, make something clear to the public in the very early days of the investigation. Police used male pronounced talk about this suspect, but they back off that prick
quickly and clarified that they actually couldn't tell the person's gender and that it could in fact be a woman and though they try and correctly that early on, like this was like a big push. I think later in the investigation has more important now than ever, since no one has been arrested. They want everyone
out there to make sure they notice that police never determined agenda for this aspect in the church surveillance videos, in other words there is nothing to suggest
that MRS killer couldn't be a woman and rain
and Beavers. Her husband is actually pretty on board. With this theory right from the beginning of the investigation, he actually told people magazine way back into, doesn't sixteen that he thought Missy
murdered by a woman who knew her and he actually pointed to Missus wedding ring still being on her finger as proof that she was targeted. But what is
to do with the gender mode of I don't know so it doesn't connect for me either, but that was his logic, at least from this article. Italy's how the article portrayed it Miss
Wedding ring and doors were duly were there with her body, and it was already
by whom nothing was missing from the charge which makes robbery seem unlikely to me. So I don't know he was thinking, Rob,
was more of an often committed by men and then again I have no idea what I'm missing. I feel like he's piecing something together that I'm not privy to. I mean if we go back
to whether or not she was sexually assaulted. I think if police or family know for sure she wasn't, maybe that would lead them to believe that,
would be a woman as well
I mean, but on that same note like it's, not
like men can't commit murder without sexual select. So to me this doesn't mean anything. I really just feel like. I'm missing a piece of the puzzle.
I mean man or woman, though considering how brutally she was murdered. I do think MRS death was a crime of passion if
was in the wrong place at the wrong time and walked in on,
burglary or something like that like. Why not just hit her once or twice not ground than right away, and even more than that, like this wasn't a cold clinical
like bullet between the eyes very Pash height of seeing how we have multiple puncture
whose penetration rates- this is an angry crime. This whole thing feels personal to me, which takes me back to MRS text messages and that forty set that we ve heard about online din now to be very clear, police
ever specifically said if the infidelity within the marriage was caused by Missy or Brandon or both. But if we speculate for a second that it could have been on, MRS part say the person she was having an affair with could have been married to maybe their spouse.
You've been upset about the affair. Blamed Missy, gotten mad may be mad enough to kill
such a thing is she could have had maybe an affair with a married man. His wife finds out kills Missy like jealousy is like some.
We see all the time in these stories. Yeah,
Obviously this is another theory that you'll see online all the time, and I mean you saw
shape and how I feel
I find it interesting that we talk about earlier, like the limp was hard for us to pinpoint on. I think that's because the limp that everyone made such a huge
stink about to me? It's it's not even
two consistent like the more I watched, the tape, the more the limp looks off and honestly. I think it could have been faked and that's why even the frenzied podiatrist couldn't trace it. Because I mean what if this limp didn't ever exist,
ok, here's my thing about the lamp. Like I grew up farm in the middle of northern Indiana, and I would wear like cover all like
detail in the winter to do chores and mighty changed wildly when I was wearing those outfits, because it was way, bulkier, clothing and usually had like my full outfit on under knees and it just awkward to walk. And so it maybe wasn't super consistent. But if you're used to wearing
or even if you are sometimes like that, can really change how you carry yourself as Russia, your arms, because you have more
full layers that you're used to kind of like
moving around the world in that actually makes a lot of sense of this person again if we're going to operate for the second thinking. What if this is a woman, this person,
walking down the hallway I mean you ve got all these extra layers. It would push our arms out a little bit more. It pushes the way you're like feet, like move a little bit more.
Even then. Actually at your legs are literally heavier. That actually makes a lot of sense and listen. I kind of wonder if
Police are looking at a woman too, because, according to the act
save it for Missy Cell phone records,
whoever may that affidavit describes the person as having a quote feminine sway. I mean that is polices, exact freezing and the height range of the
aspect is right in line with the average height of an american woman like little, I'm totally just spit bawling here, but I really think that there's more here.
Meets the eye, and I think that a person on the tape planned it to be that way, and I think,
in that we are saying, is prevented by, like I guess my thing is: I haven't really
our time, leaving that it's as simple, as you know, an affair that gets found out and a jealous wife, explodes
They have so much, and it's been years. Police have phone records, name
they knew they knew who to look at, and the fact that there still looking here is later makes you think that
there's something bigger or stranger or darker than we can even imagine. I think you very well could be right. It's been almost four years since an unknown person strolled casually down the halls of the creeks I church of Christ
early on that April morning. Their identity remains a mystery and the murder of Missy Beavers remains unsolved. If you,
