and I thought you know. Maybe I should read the book, the Jessica after a sorry for that a paper weighed up until a poster, and so I
it's an I got through in a week and absolute loved it and I rushed to town- and I said you have got to read this. We need to do this. He rolled his eyes at me and he said we do not need a get rich, quick see.
I said: no, no, that's not. Why is it I'll get a lot of people and he is so to placate me to shut me happy supine, find Gimme the book at it in two days, and he said we gotta do here, that's exactly what he said. Yes and right after that- and I said ok now. I heard of this thing called F p. You

able to do it but see just starting the steps really just starting out and just making the small amount of progress
in the little changes here and there not spending too much on the grocery, not not eating out that that was a real big.
For us Maria yeah, making changes to not eat out. So much saying no to you know the kids, those start to add up you. You think that those are small changes. Have that's not gonna make that much of a difference, but you know the next month
after that, all of a sudden, oh my gosh, it really is homesick and we are making progress. You know and and then, if you start to see the dense, you know becoming bigger and bigger.
That's incredible! So did you guys have cheerleaders along the way people think you're crazy other than your friend? Who gives you the book we had. Our kids are families, but there are some people that were thinking where nuts,
a hen else motivate me more than I think, are our teenagers actually work our biggest cheerleaders. We shared everything with them along the way because we didn't want them to fall into the same trap and there they really motivated us the vague get involved in the process, and they did it ever lower they doing they that they honestly, I remember our kids the most well when I would make big to progress
