Why would I want to die twice? In other words, why would you want to go through the streets? now and then the thing later so, but the idea being an inventor means that you're a creative. This is the upside of being a creative if you're at over thinker. If you come up with scenarios or if you're in social situations, where you know you said something or you made some joker, you said something off handedly then, and then you sit with it. You invent, oh, my god, this person on the name it but they never back because they hate me. They hate me because I suck I'm just to be scrapped and everyone hates me- and I was just a bit stuff- oh my god, and the new Utopia post,

You know when you're kind of stirring in your head, when you're over thinking that I really do ask yourself out loud. Is this real? How realistic are these possibilities and made bending these two? So maybe you you know when you're kind of in those moments where your inventing horrible scenarios in your head, that your torturing yourself with you flip it and then you just go create something you invent something because you're inventing you're you're in inventing rods are firing at that point, several maybe use them for good use them for something constructive, just a little exercise, because if you can even start shaving down you're over thinking stress by a few percentage points at a time, then it will, I think, lead to more and less stressful internal interactions with yourself overtime anywhere, where you can just just cut off a little bit stress here, and there is worth it in my opinion, I am h o in my humble opinion,

and enjoy so good luck with that and don't be yourself up for being an over thinker, try to make sure there's not just part of a behavioral ritual that you have ends really really really work on turning, that's that those kind of inventive moments in two things that are constructive and don't build the hurdles in your add that are not supported with real evidence in reality, maybe sometimes you would be right, but most of the time you wouldn't be right with whatever your inventing in your head.
