Echo Charles and me Jocker willing
we are soldiers, Marines grants
ground, pounders infantry men, jar heads Tommy's.
Dubois G eyes we march
we walk for miles miles that don't stop miles that don't
and miles that are filled with fear, fear of the unknown fear of the enemy, fear of wounds, fear of death.
But we march on all
boots, try to stop that fear into the ground. People talk of glory
battle field, but it is only talk.
On the battlefield. There is only guttural instinct to survive and protect your brother things
are done not for glory but for love.
We march on we,
March in the heat in the cold.
And the rain, and the snow we marched through deserts
rates and in the valleys and up the hills. Every step
we take is a new step into the unknown
At the same time, it is
step that has been taken thousands of times before
My other soldiers in other times the names change the weapons chain
the cause is different, but
Faces.
The faces are the same, the man does not change,
The fear is the same as
is the will.
The hardened will to dry.
I've on to move
for to March.
We close with the enemy.
Be it. Swords are bayonets rifles or machine guns, spears were grenades, daggers or our bare hands. We bring our way.
And to bear.
And with fury there.
There is no crowd watching. There are no
admirers,
It is only Us
when one of our brothers is killed. It rips us apart.
Magnificent men.
The best of US
beautiful human beings filled with hopes.
Dreams and filled with life
death, all those hopes and all those dreams, and all that.
Life is drained away, taken away, thrown away.
And in tat moment
when a warrior falls. The whole world should come to a standstill. The whole world should stand and bow their heads and grieve the loss of that hero.
The whole world should stop and get on their knees and praise what that man has sacrificed and ignore
which this supreme men on corrupted. Eminence of that soldier of that warrior,.
But the world does not stop.
The world carries on.
It is only
We warriors that truly mourn.
It is us alone that bow.
Our heads.
It is also known that bow warheads in and
the loss of that fallen saint, the saint who has given everything for us.
Then we warriors,
We raise our heads.
We raised our heads again.
Fire in our hearts, we lock in load our weapons in,
March, we march forward towards fear in evil and toward our fate.
We march forward without any question of what is that
stake we march forward not for reward, but for duty
not for ourselves, but for each other we march forward not for glory, but for love forward forever. We margin.
Good evening echo the evening I was asked,
other day by a northern veteran how to cope with losing friends and.
I answered that question in
answer
I thought about it afterwards. Joy. I feel
of this eternal warrior,
this warrior that's been around, since man has
existed hungry, tired scared but heroic her
the work in his ability to put those discomforts aside. Indue body must do, and tonight
a look at another book, robust
Another band.
Mother's going back
once again to world war, two back on the european Continent, a book
by a guy by
Charles Mcdonald, who served as company commander during the war.
Then he actually went on to become the deputy chief historian for the: U S: Army, an author, a bunch of books about the war
But we're gonna look at his first book today, which is simply called company commander.
Then he wrote this book just after the war and nineteen. Forty seven- and you know I- I get a bunch of books
I've talked about this, like somebody tells me, there's a good book out there.
And I dont even try and breathe the reviews anymore. I just order it. Could I figure there's a chance, it's good men, then, when I get it I kind of
you have to crack it open and see. If it's the kind of thing that I'm
cover that will really suits the podcast.
And this book I just cracked it open direct to the preface, which normally I go in the middle somewhere. It might take a quick look at the preface, but then I will look at throughout the book
this preface. As soon as I got the I got one sentence into this despair:
the store. I said, the first put paragraph and to this end it is preface analytic, ok, we're doing this book so
with that. Let's go to the book and start with a preface to once again. This book is called company commander by Charles, be Mcdonald, written in nineteen, forty
seven here we go. The characters in this story are not pretty characters.
They are not even heroic. If lack of
fear, is writ requisite for heroism. They are cold, dirty rough, frightened,
miserable characters. G eyes, Johnny
Boys dog faces, puts loggers poor, bloody infantry or as they
to call themselves combat infantry men, but
They win wars.
They men from companies I and G twenty four.
Men from, but they might as well be men.
The infantry or they might be men from company c and d to two hundred. Fifty fourth infantry for their stories are relatively this
their stories are relative.
We the same some.
I have fought the Germans longer than others, or some may have fought the Germans less for all. It was an eternity
The characters in my story or not fictional and any similarity between them and persons living or dead, is intentional. Then some
the more dead.
This is a personal story and authentic story and to make a story of war or authentic. You must see a war not
hasty taste of war, but the dread,
knowing daily died of war, the horrors and fears that are at first
want testimony that you are a novice and
or become so much a part of you
that only another veteran through some six cents may know that those same horrors and fears are yet there.
I was an officer in the war, a captain and company common,
or of companies I, and and because
I was a captain. My lot was easier, sometimes than that of Joe Private and Joe First class and Joe sergeant and even Joe Lieutenant.
But when my lot was easier physically, it might be harder mentally, because I knew Joe Private and Joe Pray
it first class and Joe sergeant and Joe Lieutenant, and I could not suppress my love and admiration for them.
But physical suffering can be worse sometimes and when the g eyes lot was harder than mine, I shall try and tell you that, because
I am not the hero of my story,.
The heroes are the men from company.
I and G the lead scouts, the rightful men, the machine gunners, the messengers and the mortar men.
Companies, I and II are called rifle companies in the army and when you call accompany a rifle company, you are speaking of the men who actually fight wars. I did not fight
Germans as long as some of the characters in my story, some of them,
had been meeting the enemy since DE plus one June seventh, nineteen, forty four? When
I join them in September, as replacement company commander they'd completed the capture
of a stubborn enemy garrison at breast.
France, the day before I join joined them, they rest
in an open field on the Brittany penance,
for five days and then they
could train ride on a french freight cars across France to meet the Germans again
so there's the preface in.
You can see when he joined this company. These guys are already been fighting for. Oh,
three months close to four months when he shows up new guy, no combat experience. He shows up and has to jump right into the game.
And here's some thoughts that he has come in for
From the states company I twenty third infantry, I thought
You fought your way ashore in Normandy on deep plus one you battle to the heart.
Of hill one. Ninety two to pave the way for the Saint Low break out.
Storm the ring of pill boxes at breast and had your number adduced two fifty in the explosion as
Germans blew them up in your faces,
and now they give you a company commander fresh from the states. They ask you,
to put your faith in me, I felt weak and ineffectual.
My mind began to peruse the duties that were before me in this
Is when he's out on toys come on his first patrol now
in one day and at the most
three: I would be leading these men against a team of trained killers.
I wondered how I would react. These men deserve the best leadership. Could I give it to them? They could
most glorious, combat record already, and I knew nothing, sir,
me, all my long hours of training for just such a role as this.
Pitifully inadequate.
If only there were some way, I could know just what it was like it's.
Incredible that this group of hard and combat veterans could accept me. Is it an inexperienced
of twenty one to lead them into battle, simply because he happened to come to them wearing a set of flashy bars on his shoulders. For me, I
look into their minds and see what they were thinking.
So you can see this guy's. Definitely
Feeling what just about everyone moving into a leadership position, fields which is on
Ready for this, and I dont know everything and, as I said a bunch of times that
ok? Everybody knows that you don't army that everything everybody expects that you don't know everything what
Don't want to do is go act like you know everything.
They're gonna see right through it.
Now they're they're moving a little bit more and.
We're starting to get closer to combat my
rules quickened. So this is it. I said to myself using a phrase that every replacement uses a thousand times before he ever actually reaches combat.
I would soon know if I could take it,
I would soon know if I could justify the faith of the men of company. I we d,
is to accompany areas in the darkness outside the tent. I know
flashes of oratory to the east and the deep rumbling of the big guns came from a distance, a voice,
my brain kept repeating this is it this is it
Stumble blindly through that-
Dark forest in the direction of a company, so obviously em
Asked forwarding some stuff here and.
This is just him getting closer and closer to go in to combat, and you know.
Every veteran now has the feeling you know, since the wars for us started for it for this generation start of this, is it
show true: everyone stated that this is it. This is it. This is the big one this is, can I take it and
We guys will say that that's what drives them into the motor for me.
For sure you want that test?
and there's no there's no bigger test, then hey there's other human beings are trying to kill me and I
go kill them. That's.
That's the biggest ass there is in
guys want to know if they can take it.
Here's some of his thoughts be com, be business.
Like this- is the same as maneuvers maneuvers. Just meaning training maneuvers give some orders start things moving,
you're going to have a look at the german army. Senses he's gone out on a little reconnaissance.
And he now they're they're getting in sort of a defensive position here.
And he says this back to the book- I decided to dispose- deport, dispose my company initially, as lieutenant had done. We can
make changes later
the preferred holding one of my rifle the tuned in support position
It seemed unwise for
company. Frontage was great
You can see he's already listening to like his lieutenant has guys set up a certain way he's gone with it he's not going
There are changed everything right away, cause he's just gonna cut.
Sat back and see how things go now. They're expecting get attacked, expect negative,
Act with with small arms fire buttons,
dead ends up being a mortar fired. Here we go back to a book, but the sound of bullets did not come in its stead.
The sharp crack and heavy explosion that I knew must be mortar
fire falling behind me. It sounds
if the shells were falling on the crest of the ridge that we had so recently left, but I took no time to look back
Greece, my speed and dived behind a clump of bushes. There would be no protection,
Protection from those bushes
against the mortar shells, but I was comforted
their concealment, I lay there panting
So here is the first contact this
this. Is it my brain, kept repeatedly, copper
madly over and over
I must not appear afraid I must
these men confidence in me, despite the fact that I they know, I'm inexperienced they were playing their part. Well. I've been on
able to detect any attitude of distrust in their actions, and I said
their faces for long periods of time. I must keep that car
for its. I must I must scared captain.
And savage, asked sergeant savages like his senior enlisted guy and he's
look at how we got scared captain and he says a little. I admitted
I took a long, slow drag on my cigarette
We are, we all are savage said we all
These are pretty
a vote of confidence and
I can see the less a guy try to make
feel comfortable with right. That's good senior less! To guide us not try to make it not trying to go ego! Hey. What do you use your problem? You? You look, scared. You know, captain no he's an ape
we're boss, we're Asgard, no big deal. We just gotta stay professional
these guys end up in a in inner hunkered down
defensive position that he's got a man. He ends up being there for quite a few days where its
Pill box nor bunker
and his men
control point our command point
is inside one of these pill boxes and they end up with a bunch of guys
pill box and he's got little foxholes dugout away
The pill box, where there is little platoon, guys and squads that are set up in these positions and
So his his task is to maintain the security positions and that's what he does go back to
I didn't plan to sleep at all the first night now there
position and the difficulties of moving one.
Moving in no longer word me. I was filled with a growing fear that the Germans might hit us with a counter attack. I decide
that the enemy must surely know that the troops were moving in and would attempt to do
large us one while we might say,
be disorganized
eleven men in a pill box, eleven men who must live from day to day never thinking of the immediate future, but only of the
in infinity.
When the war would some day be over, there were sparky.
And first sergeant, Albin Savage, Blackburn Crow too, and me there was.
Private first class Willie Hangin the Tibet
ho chewing thirty nine year old Army, regular who kept us laughing with Sage tactical Lisbon wisdom and served.
First platoon runner, then there was prime,
first class Angelo Butare of Boston.
Second platoon runner who had lost too
brothers in the war already private, first class, Hubert Burger,
of Memphis Tennessee fur.
But soon runner, whose eighteen years old and read his Bible every night. Progress
first class Kenneth LAMP in Detroit Michigan weapons.
But soon runner, whose also eighteen corresponded with college girls from Michigan and private. First
Last Earlene G Sal, Burger Fargo, North Dakota, who is nineteen in
We need good, looking and the head
orders bazooka man, the cooks
cheap drivers, the supply sergeant in the mail orderly had been left behind with a service coming to keep us supplied the chain.
The guard at four o clock revealed that it was raining outside a slow, cold, miserable drizzle.
I thought of the men in the fall,
patterns in their exposed foxholes, but no protection from the elements except shelter, half stretched across their holes and nothing between them and the hostile killers in front of us, but the muzzles of their own rifles.
I admired the unglamorous infantry soldier before, but as the rain continued to fall and the night grew colder, my pride in being a part of this dirty miserable infantry knew no bounds.
Now, like I said there was, he was in this main toolbox, which it has protection rights got a roof or their little bit relaxed and there a little bit
Therefore the protected
just from the enemy, but the protected from EL the elements as well somewhat so
goes out and he's Goin out
is the geyser in foxholes that are just basically sitting out there bear in the elements you know like you said nothing between them and the enemy, but those the muzzle of the rifle back to book. Any idea that I might have entertained that my visit would bolster the morale of these men's was overshadowed by the effect of visit had on my own morale.
Cool how they could smile
And laugh and joke in their present condition. I could not see
but each man had a cheery word for me, as I approached. If I could
asked any misgivings that these men would weaken under the hardships of their cramped position and the adverse weather they faded away into nothing their courage.
Fortitude made me admirably envious and brought a lie
to my throat.
East economic got their boost, their morale, the
as it happens, the opposite, absentees boosted by seeing them and seen how how, in
act in motivated. They were out there.
Back to the book as we reach the right flank the petition, I noticed a man huddled in his foxhole trembling violently beneath a blanket which covered his head. Lieutenant Anti
rest him by the shoulder. I thought I told you,
It digging this whole out deeper. He said sternly the blanket
of the soldiers head
putting me way off here by myself, so I can be killed. He shouted half sobbing.
You want me to be killed. There's nobody ever hear but shot up said aunt. He said
You want the whole goddamn german army to hear you
digging their whole
two men right here with you in the next holes ten feet away. Nobody wants to see you killed. We turned away
I looked back over my shoulder at the soldier he's been like that
ever since he's been
the opportunity, said uses.
Excuse you get to go to the rear. He won't work to get himself warm like. I try and get him to.
If he doesn't come around tonight, sending back the c p, I said we,
keep and therefore night and see how he turned out. So
although some guys are clearly
good spirits out there? You still got guys that are breaking down and you got it
What, then you can see is gonna pull off line, getting back to C b, and actually I don't go into this, but he ends up getting a vacuum.
I want to get it back if you're out that he's got appendicitis, so easy, even rough shape, but
so some time passes and
We are dealing with a sort of
clandestine attacks or common, the Germans were kind of pro Bomer, sometimes or whether the receiving indirect fire some mortars, nor to learn a fairly regular basis. Back the book I awoke at ten,
For the start of the fourth day in the toolbox box it
Kay Rations of Gore, you sunshine of adjusting artillery fire of testing telephone minds after enemy shelling of signing ones, names to oblong of countless letters of requesting supplies from battalions of one and all
hundred things that were becoming more and more routine.
But always there was the deep fearful
Of the enemy mortar shell, that dropped unheralded from the sky of the
artillery round that screeched a fiendish morning as it approached and the deep dread too, of the darkness that would come tonight
just come last night and justice would come then that next night and the next.
And any night. The darkness might release a horde of fanatical german soldiers eager to kill and drive us from our holes and pill boxes or perhaps a flame throwing half tracks spouting its flaming oily death into the deep
is recesses of the pale boxes.
The nervousness was like a malignant disease that aid itself
up and down the line and back again.
Sure about that stress year about that constant com,
still stress any notice. It's the things that you can't control its the things
you can control, join the horrible things about the the mortar,
the artillery fire, you can control the random and you,
here, control where that Roundheads, if it hits your foxhole you're dead. Even here
three feet away for your factual. You live and I think,
they had these flame, throwing half tracks and I think just the them the to die by burning.
Everybody knows, that's a nightmare, and so that's creep in their minds is well back to bed
it seemed that I've only been asleep a few minutes. When I awoke the pill,
was a mass of moving men with apparently no pattern, a deep dolphin.
Robbing filled my head accentuated by a fierce pounding that pushed relentless
the against my temples I jumped from the bank with a start,
The throbbing in my head was a big gun firing them
and seated there by the table,
covered with a dull brown dust. Blood was streaming from gashes forehead, a tank firing right out ass, Captain Sparky said excitedly. They
the head. They hit the shed with mortar men in it sorry
Patterson Gonna cut the head, a tradition,
The cobwebs of sleep from my brain- I admit it-
sleep for hours. It was daylight, it was eight.
Back in the morning,
over the wounded man. He was sorry,
Lee Patterson a north Carolinians, and one
squad leaders from the mortar section. The wound is brief:
being profusely. Another man held a handkerchief immediately below it to prevent blood from running into the surgeons eyes. It's not bad. The sergeant said the sergeant said
to cut from some loose brick. It was flying all round the seller when the shells hit looks worse,
Then it is, I guess, so-
there under attack and
even a notice, a pattern of fog covered him, not, but this poor guy
this poor Guy Mcdonald CAP Mcdonald?
It seems like every time they get a major attack.
Getting awoken from being a safe because he's not sleep and very often, but every time he puts his head down, you see almost every time he gets awoke and every time they receive a major attack, its cause he's asleep and boom. Although some things are happening, he must
been so paranoid. You go to sleep, knowing that this stuff with was hanging over his head, so they're. Getting this pretty
pretty big coordinated attack, and then some aircraft show up some
p. Forty seven shows up like fire.
P. Forty seven shows up at here is that it
drifted that each play circled high into the air and came down with the skill and grace of a pair waiting dancer upon its target, the bullets from its cannon beating,
to cargo chant of death as it dived homage
below.
Someone behind me said o them
Damn beautiful birds. We want
the silent admiration as the planes climbed once again
well they're work stone for the day someone said: yeah
a modern answered reaching for a shovel.
Go home now and have a short scotch and hot bath and shack up with some mademoiselle or some lie me wench. What a life yeah
draw double salary for it at headquarters, man put in
The life for me,
Willie Hagen said
dry up. You never had it so good. So
That's it that's a carbon thing. You know we're gonna, get Dave Burke on here,
and I am sure will ask him about being a pilot, a mean that is you go
You do your mission and then you're flying back to base and the bases are in friendly areas in the protected, so you're going to get a short,
action along on a hot bath and
rudely awakened. Here we go back to look. I was nodding off. I was nodding off into the hands of my watch. Neared three o clock awakening each
go back to the book, I was nodding off.
I was nodding off into the hands of my watch. Neared three o clock awakening each time with a start
taking my head and effort to clear it clear the sleep
my brain, a shop
out,
to come from the very entrance the pill box and was
a cue that set off a few a lot of
small arms that reverberated back and forth, among the hills.
Could discern slow chatter of one of our heavy machine guns than the intimidated guttural tone of a bird gun.
All the sound seem to emanate
from the area around the farm house as if every conceivable type of small arms vied to be heard above the accompanying noises, the explode
a german type. Concussion grenade join the uproar.
An american grenade exploded in its fragments wine. Through the year a few
rounds of mortar fire exploded above the din. I heard
Guard scuffle and curses. They tripped on the entrance to the pill box
I was suddenly afraid
I was suddenly more afraid that I had ever been before.
My body, seemed week all over and I wondered if I had the strength to stand up. I
when my mouth, to sound the alarm, and I wondered if anything would come out, wake up. Everybody.
I shouted surprised that the words actually came forth. I don't want anybody caught sleeping in this damn pill box. We,
waited long enough. The Germans had come
the sound of small arms, continued heightened by the explosions of dozens of light. Mortar shells, fear
my body and left me trembling happen. Should
so much afraid of what was happening. As I was of the horrible visions my mind had dreamed up of what would happen? Should we fail to repulsed the attack Ivan?
lies the mad dash dash to
the entrance to the mailbox too
gape entrapment within only to be met by a hail of enemy, fire or hellish blast of a flame floor.
My imagination ran a gauntlet of evil so
this is a counter attack. Well
so what you been waiting for now, the cup.
Veterans will find out
what it has in this youthful inexperienced seo quit shaking goddammit
Stop trembling all over get control yourself act like a soldier god damn it. At least you
impersonate an officer, savage
cried the battalion phone, the hand
what should have produced a ring made. An unnatural
Eating sound the lines out, he cried I'll. Try the other line, Blackburn I'll, try, the otherwise Blackburn get your radio set up outside. So this is this
the fact that they been Mordred they ve taken to fire. They ve had some little probing attack. This is the big one. This is this. Is it the
and said come, and
It's interesting to hear his thoughts as this is going on he's trying to tell himself stop shaking calm down act like a soldier hey if nothing else,
pretend that you're a soldier right now just act like an officer should act right now.
Classic, so they
started receiving this pretty intense attack and
gets on the radio, eventually get the radio set up an
His attack is hitting my left flank and right flank of love company. Their lines must be how to fire us concentration two to one over. So what they
you isn't they guineas these defensive positions they set up and they have pre designated firing areas where they can have our friendly artillery or mortars bomb areas very know where they are so that this one was called a concentration two to one, that's wherever it wherever the enemy was attacking from, they have a name for they say, put bombs on two to one boom. You can get it done really quick and it's it's it pretty much.
Almost immediately holds this attack and, of course
that attack goes away. They they kind of get that one under control.
And now he's tired cause. You don't get much sleep, so he goes back to sleep, and here we go
Back to book, it seemed that I've been asleep for hours when I awoke so
we will start Sparky
where's came to me somewhat from somewhere in the distance. I'm trying to get the artillery of trying to get the artillery Blackburn's voice was somewhere else beside it get me.
Than Anderson. Get me. Captain Anderson
but what was a noise in the background? What was that pounding? Some
must be beating on the pill box with a sledgehammer. What was
deafening noise, our tilbury and my explosive. My head,
stone from the rough contact with
hungry for that
artillery and mortars explosive exporting my head, I couldn't think I should
my head sharply to clear the sleep from my brain, the Germans,
again and
mortars and
artillery is good God. They must be firing every weapon around for miles
There was a wild look and spark his eyes
They ve had all three platoon cap me cried had on their pounding, the hell out of work
barrage. I ever heard worse barrage. I ever heard cabin so like I said
whenever? Whenever CAP Mcdonnel falls, asleep attacked
and that's what they're perceiving really heavy attack against the repulse that first attack and now they're coming back at him again and this time it's with some serious artillery forgot,
say get us more. To recap: me: cried
I'll get the hell out about small arms of bird guns and this goddamn Mordred artillery fire. I never saw such a barrage. We gotta get some help or we'll never stop them.
For God's sake, cabin hurry. Millbrook said his voice was half frantic. I got two wounded men here my pill box. Now, God knows how many more out there
I suddenly remembered the one fifty
lives that call
Sin concentration we endured on all fronts are one fifty fives, a bigger artillery, shell, it's a big big daddy and they
they had got a concentration of fire, that's really close to them, so we're getting like just about get overrun. We can call this this particular concept
No fire back.
Some concentration weeds, you're gonna front. What was it
queen one hundred and sixty three queen one hundred and sixty three, oh god, let us get the one hundred and fifty five.
Hello, tear one to tear three Roger Tell terror
give us the one
five concentration queen one sixty three and fast over, so he called
in that concentration, which is
which is really close to them. You're calling in one hundred and fifty, I think one hundred and fifty five mm- or so I want to say it has like twenty five or thirty lb
of explosive in it there called it a bunch of it and
here. We go. My heart skip to beat savagery back inside, to relieve relay the news to pull tunes and the big artillery shells whispered their messages, outgoing deaf the day,
the explosions to our front were followed by the noise of shrapnel sprang the trees around the farmhouse and smile,
pieces of spending
no fellow around us, so there call those bomb so close. It they're getting hit with shrapnel from the bombs. That's how close the enemy was. That's our closer colonies bombs and I call
for repeat on a barrage
when the battalion said Roger, we need, I knew
we had one no attacking force could with
standard bras like that's. That's a command that use when you're corner artillery is called repeat
which is actually why you never say repeat on the radio. When you see the movie, someone says, oh, can you repeat that you don't actually say that you don't say repeat unless you're specifically doing this getting in the car more bombs in what he said,
From the results they get a vague and again and
They call these big bombs come in and
a couple days ago, by the end of spending a total of nine days in the in the pill box in that position, and finally, they get
told, ok, we're gonna, pull out of the pill boxes and we're going back to book
Try to keep my voice in a normal pitch through the conversation, but I wondered jump and kick and scream with joy, tier
came to my eyes, and I thought I would choke with happiness. It was almost too wonderful to be true. My battalion runners would arrive around midnight, leading the men of company B. We were getting out
till boxes and tonight company. I was to be relieved so
there you go nine days in the pill.
Axis the other company company b comes,
to relieve them.
Doing a turnover with company b, so he said
like one platoon back at a time and he staying there with the new company commander, whose name is Captain Cowan. It will go back,
the book. A few minutes later call came for captain power over the baton, phone attend,
this came over his face ass, he answered he
but the phone back to the soldier sitting at the table, they,
killed one of our own men. He said to me: what am I
our leaders was moving around the front was going back to his whole one.
Bar men, let him have it thought it.
The German.
I wondered how would feel to have one year old men killed by an accident having
and killed by the enemy would be bad enough. Although I've been mercifully speared that thus far, I shuddered
my men are nervous. As Hell Captain Cowan said,
they ve. All sorts of rumours and stories about these positions makes them trigger happy
so. We got a blue blue guys.
Night position and their free,
Doubt they ve heard all these rumours. They know these guys are gettin pounded by the enemy in the Germans, keep attacking and they get so paranoid that day,
absolutely sure, one of their own guys now
these guys get moved to the rear company. I kind get some some vague. It move back
so another front line anymore, and this is kind of an interesting look on that it seem back the book it seemed now. We require position.
Every officer in the division, with rank of major above wanted to inspect the company area
They condemned the men for not having shaved or for wearing knit wool caps without their helmets. Evidently, in
unpardonable misdemeanour.
Or for untidy areas around the dugouts,
these officers did not inspect my first platoon area, however, use

It was the threat of enemy shelling that kept close to them away, so
oh you're, back in the rear and everyone's gonna meet. You meet the boys because no danger there. Well guess what the boys know. The boys know what's up now he's about to

The bill to leaders were assembled when I returned to the company.
I only had one map of the area and there was

They they moved forward, but now they're getting ready to attack and he's, given his first briefing to his bill. Two meters yo me as one map, which is completely ridiculous and I think about it.
Like every single guy, when we would,

The old company of a hundred and fifty guys. We ve only got one map and he's got it and by the

So here we go back to the book. I took stock of our defence of situation
We will one rifle battalion thrust into debts. They would a dairy with no terrain features that favour the defender with orders to hold at all costs. We were here,
we dug in along a highway facing the direction from which we hope the enemy would come. If you had to come, no
company had been able to withhold support platoon. There was no support company, thus
The defence was a thin single line of riflemen. So there's no backup that's.

We had! No anti tank defence, except to Sherman tanks in a bazooka with three rounds of ammunition, will be
supported by ninety night, the vision artillery and outfit about which we knew nothing except. This was their first action, except for holding a quiet defensive sector for a month.
There- was nothing that could be done now, but wait
Ten thirty, a jeep loaded with men clip down the highway toward the rear at breakneck speed. That would
The vanguard of the retreating battalion from the ninety nights, the german

You're there to help out and defend
This position and support this battalion and the first thing you see come.
From ahead of you is a jeep
with ragtag soldiers going as fast as they can away from the enemy craziness craziness
it here. It continues. A ragged call of troops appeared over the wooded ridge to the front of the second and third patents there or not.
Four two hundred men
the remnants of nine hundred who had fought gallantly to our front since they were hit by the german attack the preceding day, another
group, the size of opportune withdrew along the highway donating a few hand, grenades and clips of ammunition which they passed.

All came a few minutes later, scarcely proceeding a hail of small arms fire, which sounded like the crack of thousands of rifles echoing through the forest. There was,

See the build capture the approaching troops. They were Germans and
you know we're gonna, get to a point.
Go through these books, and I highlight little

It's a company that's about to get over run right. It's a companies

So in that one defence, these guys, you know too medal of honor given out unbelievably now
This is also a kind of crazy see you go through that right. Go through that you you,
lose a bunch of guys. You barely make it our Europe

guys are right back added again and the next thing they're out is they are they get tasked with doing another tax or they do recover a little bit? But they're going to look at you got guts

One of the men who woke me at six o clock. I blink my

a feeling of revulsion at the war still went on and today we would attack. I want
it turned my face back toward the wall and sleep on in there.
Planning this attack. I was too busy with the various details of the movement to think much about fear. I try.
Call the various phases of an attack that I had learned and training, but I was fully conscious of my lack of experience or even after all, this, he still doesn't feel like spirits enough. I looked at my watch
was fifteen minutes until four o clock. The artillery barrage will begin in five minutes. L company was moving in a position now, the time
drawing near. Oh God,
be with us on this attack, so the nerves don't go away.
When we reached the railroad track, the first and second,
and jacket and a position in the open field. They moved quick.
Into an approach march formation. Small,
exposure. That said the snow cascading in all directions and little black.
The powder and noise appeared on pattern over the field. The men fell,
face downward in the snow and wrote again when the broad lifted the Germans were firing, light mortars, one
And from the second to lay in a crumpled heap and did not rise his face,

but there was no time to stop and think. I didn't even
oh, the man's name,
a strange is war. Some of us
Go for days and weeks and months in war and never be killed or wounded, but another man is killed in his first taste of war.
So as they are doing, this attack, Isabel tactical advice
You're from from sergeant
average goddammit captain Savage said you gotta stay further back at least get some scouts out front
His admonition reminded me. That was food for me to lead the column
was days of leading one troops into battle were passed.
Even though correspondence persisted in telling of daring generals who preceded their troops, firing from the house
four brandishing a bayonet.
I had no feeling of bravado, but it seems obvious that the woods were undefended. I dropped back to the rear of first, but to itself
you're supposition, tactically fear too far,
What number one you like? A killed, number two, you might just end up in a firefight were now you can't move. You can't make direction. You
Can talk on the radio? Could you
in the fire fight.
Fast forward a little bit and there is a big firefights
a bird gun stuttered, a flood of fiery tracer boards blazed along the trees we fail, fell, face found downward into the snow, the bolts traced
fiery path, two feet above the ground. My men did not return fire and I was glad the confusion would be terrific if they opened up the night was quiet again
I rose motion for Savage Sol Bergen Charles to follow.
Taken only a few steps when the bird gun opened up again, I'm hit captain I her trial scream
Dropped into the snow I'm hit.
I was conscious of a sudden pain in the calf of my right leg, as if somebody hit me with a giant club swung by powerful arms. I realized
that I too was hit at us
flood of fear engulfed me.
Or two hundred yards forward of any friendly troops and eight hundred yards inside the woods a moment.
Revision of a night spent bleeding in the frozen for swept through my mind. A warmly
good flowed over my leg into my boat. That would be blood. I thought
I'm hit to Charles. I said my leg
felt numb and I dropped the ground. The firing ceased Charles Eddie was hit through the right hip and could not walk savage, took the battalion radio and I designated to men to carry Charles we'd have to get back the third Potu. Now I believe that could walk
I stood and put weight on my wounded leg. A nauseating pain swept over me and I thought I was
going to faint, but I tried keeping the leg stiff and found that I could walk.
The men around us lay flat on the snow and little bunches as, if gained some solace through
sharing their fears with each other. My brain,
was whirling. Should we can t
the attack. How badly was I hurt? Had we hit a german patrol or now post outpost?
stumbled upon a me, my defence
We decided to continue to the rear out of the line of fire of direct attack.
On the german position from a less respect, restricted spot
move toward the rear tomb,
supporting trolls with his arms about his with his
about their shoulders. A son
burst of smaller fire came from our right rear in the woods. Exe
to the crack of machine gun rifles. The fire was coming from the direction of the defensive position at that
function of the fire breaks which we had left
to wind low over our heads and buried themselves into the trees and snow around us. My first thought there was was that cake
company contacted, are rear elements and thinking they were. Germans had open fire. We
battalion talking on the radio asking gay company what they, what time they want to pick up their bed rules for the night
we ve got no use for betting roles. K company answered it was lieutenant flame, we're in a fire fight. So
it turned the butterflies which, on the radio and broke the conversation with distrust voice
flame. He cried lieutenant way. Mrs! I company your firing at us. This item company is item company, goddammit,
Edward firefight. We can usually betting rules now
lieutenant flame Savage continued. This is savage your firing at I company make your men quit firing your firing at I company, your shooting, the hell out of item company
The radio was silent for a moment
The hell we are, if we're firing at I company than wine held, don't you quit firing back. I was free,
with the realisation of what he had said
we were receiving fire from K Company, but they were not
firing at us the end
He had slipped behind us foreign for some,
unexplainable reason my men did not open, fired either directions from which the bullets came. I thank God that they had not started shooting
the confusion would have been trebled
and I could visualize g eyes firing at one another in the darkness.
As the worst case scenario. You got bad guys in between you and other good guys. It's it's just a
terrible situation
Many I maybe maybe it's hard for civilians to understand this when you're a fire fight you're, not hitting all your time.
It's your shooting suppressing fire.
And so, if I'm shooting,
in one direction the bullets are not stopping where the enemy is. They're gonna keep going indefinitely you so
if there's friendly's behind the enemy, you can't you basically can't shoot. You based
We can't you so
he Mcdonald gets
Continue on, he continues on four while trying to get them in a secure situation, but eventually he has to get extracted causes.
Of his wound,
He gets back when he gets is now,

The fall of the company.
Where were they now did Brock's platoon get out?
had I done the right thing in withdrawing or should I have stayed and fought it out. It seems
that I was always running. Pray
it was all my fault, their bid
moment of exploitation in the aid station. When someone had reminded me that now I could nice rest, then the hospital
but now a nausea fear for the welfare of the company. Enveloped me
felt somehow like a deserter.
Here. You we ve, heard plenty stories about guys. Looking for the million dollar wound, it's gonna get him back to states and
the million dollar wounds good for about three minutes and then then then Mcdonald says hey. I feel I feel horrible
He eventually recovers from the wound that you think, hey. You know the guys, but not a bunch of fighting he recovered from his wound, but he got wounded, but in the rear and so
he's probably get whatever extracted, maybe be to states. Maybe you know
the nice cushy job, no not happening data.
I company back as I company now a new company commander. They give me a company g, so
now he's in company g and what
I do and are they in the rear somewhere relaxing? No, it's attack time they're going forward. So here we go,
we were back to the book. We were attacked the next morning at four hundred and forty five, someone waking me at three hundred and thirty the next morning it was cold in the room and I shivered as I climb for my sleeping bag. My mind was
Sleep, I wonder, climb back into the warm sleeping bag and sleep on and on
I wonder, screamed the hell with the war and go back to sleep. This
jolt of awakening was like an emerging amber.
From a wonderful peaceful world into a world of forbidding reality. There'll be men,
today perhaps killed men from my own company. It could be me.
That seems remote in impossible, but it didn't
remove by fear for the others. There were many responsibilities. Had I given the political leaders, all the information they would need? How is my
attack plan. What
There's some important detail, I'd forgotten would hire back, be defended, would
our attack be discovered as we crossed the flat open field towards the town. Oh god, if we could
but rushed from the house into the attack without thinking again it was the waiting and the thinking and the wondering that got. You talked about that
for that fear that you're feeling it's the waiting
the hesitation
Did he say hey if we could go for this house that I'm sitting right out right into the attack? That's what I'd prefer to do, but he can
and now they're moving through taxes is
for now, the last man in the Ford positions crossed the crest of the small hill they should be almost inside. The first house is a bendorf. Now I thought I hoped
Bp group, in a sunken trail, running across the crest of the hill, untold Junior, to ask reports from the assault platoon son,
The attack fired from somewhere to a front. The big show a shell word over low over our heads. A machine gun chattered around
of Tank Fire Roy,
from the limb. From a tree above our heads, a birth gun, said Burke Burke,
There was no question now: we'd hit their defences, the Germans to had tanks.
I was trembling slightly from the excitement, but I was not as deaf we afraid. As I had once been a pill box positions,
opinion often expressed among some g eyes that ever after any man was wounded once
He was never any good in combat again did not hold true in my case
I was more calm than ever before, but I was also more cautious.
Now they proceed with that attack in it again, obviously
Did this book is just filled with tackle situation after tackle situation after lesson learned after lesson learned after tackle situation and not reading the entire book right now,
but that is why you get the book so that you can get all this information from it. I can't give it all to you.

The sergeant who had been killed were preparing for the night,

these men, he was an important character in the little war that revolved around themselves. There was
undertone of sadness as they talked, but there was no bitterness the sergeant had died like
any one of them might die at any time. There was a war on. You know
and what I like about that, as he points out that you know
his perspective. All this
What's going on

that's the whole world to them right that sergeant. That was killed, that's their guy.
Their war is everything
To them- and it's like when you meet people, you know feared a business and you go.
Some of the front lines like they don't care, but that's it.
Care, but they ve got their whole world in what they're doing.
So you gotta be cognisant of that. You got to understand that and you gotta keep that perspective.
You go out and talk to people. You can't be like how you know: hey, there's a lot of people that got killed today. No, it doesn't matter to these guys only one guy that matters to you guys now, like I said this book is

Three towns changed into industrial, small, industrial town,
and we began to notice the scattering of red white and blue.
Czechoslovakia flags in towns in place of the usual white flags of surrender,
Civilians waved at us guardedly from behind closed windows
the scattering of czech flags should have warned us, but we,
were totally unprepared for the mad celebration which greeted us in the next town we
suddenly crossed from the Sudan Land into Czechoslovakia, proper.
The houses were a riot of color with red white and blue Czechoslovakia flags. Civilians line the streets, ten deep, cheering and waving their flags as if their life

Our com was forced to slow down and

began to realize. What
no one thus far had been able in the war to put into words what we were fighting for, and I found a lump in my throat which I could not swallow freedom, freedom
can we take for granted back to the book. The news came by radio that the war was over. There was no defining our joy. Sergeant Quinn brought out a treasured keg of cognac. The next day may eighth would be v day. The townspeople held a day

the few words of sincere gratitude for the wonderful reception these wonderful people have given us and a soldier translated for leave, and she told the people what I had said. They applauded warmly.
Leave and I walked outside into the cool night air. In the distance we could see

I looked around me and saw light streaming from the windows and army.
Close driving on the highway with their headlights on, and I heard the gay, music and laughter from the dance. In the background, I suddenly realized that I

This war, world war, two four
this guy was bliss here, but you know you get someone
in the Pacific and you take one if you want it
one of his platoon commanders, it would be that war its these little tiny human experiences that are so incredible and each one of them is
is just as incredible as the next one is just as incredible as the previous one.
And that's why you just
just don't know ever get tumor, and the other thing is that we have to remember is
any tiny, tiny minuscule percentage of these people actually wrote a book most
the stories they just
This happened in, we don't know about it, so crazy and each one
Is that is so unique in their little perspective, but at this
time it has so many similarities. You know all sort of like as
gathering one story to stories all these rules. It starts to tell
overall tail. You know the other
In his tale of of humans,
of human nature, the tale of and it's a team
overcoming right here I mean
the things that these guys over coming
all these things you know I've been I've been in some miserable place. It's right. In my time right I mean
every. Basically, everybody has been some hard places in your life
These guys, they do that
and they live that way and then they get attacked and then they lose guys and they get wounded at others. Go right back out right back onto the front, the limb
of human nature. Are the limits of human? The capacity of human beings to overcome obstacles is
is is unbelievable
and if there's nothing else again, I know not. Everyone goes to war and not having which should go to war, and I don't want anyone to go to war. If I can help it, but
At least we learn that whatever were coming up against men, we can deal with it. We can do so much more and be
much more comfortable push yourself so much harder. You don't. I was one thing and I didn't. I didn't you.
Good job today of portraying it but he's getting,
pushed, and while these situations I mean you can kind of here, what is getting woken up every time he wakes up his an initial reaction is, isn't cool. I get
fight now, I know his initial reaction. Every single time is like I want to go back to bed. I want the war to be over. I want to hide. I want it, that's his reaction every single time and you
every single time. He gets up
he does his job does is due to meet us, we ass. Do that's that's the human spirit right, that's the thing!
we should all capture. I mean we have
hard time getting out of bed because it's gonna be tough work out or because we're gonna have a hard day. The obviously this week we were but were pathetic, were pathetic.
Heard of these guys are yours
Can you up a morgue or fire? No machine gun fire people
screaming that their being overrun. That's you wake up call
I think we can get out of bed in the morning because we know because we were facing a tough work out or a hard day. We gotta get up early for travel or whatever
situation, you're it.
You can do it
It can do what we can do it look at what
guys went up against day after day after day after day after day after day after day, just doesn't stop
doesn't stop.
An old time, by the way, there's the threat of death,
By the way, the whole time freeze didn't. I-
what about this like this book, were he doesn't even talk about like his family here
Talk about his love is another. No he's there he's just like that.
Ash from everything else. He's got. Warder he's gonna water fight so
Thankfully we get these incredible memoirs this one here. If you're looking out on Youtube holding up the cover, I got the
school version has illustrations in it got some cool ink drawings of
all of weapons, just kind of let you
what these things look like, bun, incredible stuff, so yeah support during the mood year like, for instance,
much effort does it take to click through Amazon does take whatever you do. You want
support fund support in that we actually do you explain that Amazon things cool. So
He d Amazon shopping, like we always do daily for some.
Instead of going straight to Amazon, just go to jog biogas dot com
Amazon banner on the side becoming a scroll down. If you wanna hit the banner sometimes, but I put it up in the top menu as well,
click on the Amazon better. Then do your shopping good way to support like Jacko said disputes will actually.
That, if you are easy, if that's what you do, you support got, but what are we asking them to our salt? A target? Are we asking them to flanking enemy? We are asking them to come up against Panzer tanks or tiger tanks with one bazooka intending now. No one asked you for a little support,
It is a good way to really good with its.
I was gonna, make the comparison to the plain that comes in and then leave. You know, but meanwhile huge support, but that
Let's face it, though those pilots. That's that's that
a lot of oil universal list. I I don't know that a fair comparison,
but nonetheless,
close with sodium about what yeah yeah yeah, it's like sodium in Lille, Bezonian dolefully,
You know what we should actually do that
we need to do it. Actually, we need do Facebook live when you to get some sodium and put it in a week.
Bucket of water. So we can.
Visuals goodbye and this situation at your dog
Did at your house Hogarth and bring it.
You get sodium Autonoe, like Sylvia
Logistics guys go get some sodium. Look into that.
Any way that is fair, more fair analogy, you're, that sodium big reinforcement effects with Amazon click the situation.
Also, if you want to supplement nation which
going recommended now kiss me
three years ago, you now. Can you hear me recommending any supplements, maybe a pre work up, maybe and even then it's like half hyphenated thinking you don't give up on it right. That's the supplements were talking about. If you didn't know,.
If you didn't know, this is a familiar to you, but the pre work out that we talk about school, total strength and performance. Weightlifting whatnot spree work out. It's not sit.
Stimulate free rights, and you know what I was thinking of the cave stimulant free pre worked out his kind of different them
What I'm used to be? You know what it's like. I don't
got a few, I'm in a low voice like it's like here, watch movies and the good guy like Clint Eastwood
Briggs Willis, like he's all com he's like he's, not wired and he's accomplices
but when it goes down, but he can,
As you know, the exact that's? Would this be?
Russia is kind of like when you take it. You like on I'm com but on
inside.
And then, when you get the work going, it's like boom
do, studies on on it. That's actually the good one of the good part about it. It's like they do real, like placebo tested studies, double bind placebo tested asked of like that sounds cool, but it is cool.
So what this pre work out, one is like over things like Afore week period, psych, say six per cent improve
Don't honour about rare trip, I'm thinking and I'm six of you six percent. Okay,
did you percent something
That can mean a lot so thinking, ok, what six percent? What does it look like?
some add that to your bench, press number, whatever you're dead, live number of this subtract it. So this.
This is how it really I gotta be negative, read because internal reprove up our legitimate point so lets them some domvilles
and Michael came to do a set of ten on a know, nothing me into seeing anyone and
use, the hundred Random Belgium Adieu, tenable crimes will do
This will do the abbess press them those two hundred and one.
Week, I do, you know, set boom, solid right and then whatever efficient work, then the next week
I can do six percent less. Like that's my limit
I'm feeling six percent weaker
can't do those hundreds ten times I gotta go
to the ninety five bro. You know where that is real,
some same. If you don't take this pre work out over a month period, a time there's just on average, if you don't take
pre work out, you're, the guy who did the ninety five. If you
you you're, the guy who did the hundreds? Actually it's less than ninety five. Really it's like binding force, really
on average dang see so that's what, if you're, not taking the pre worker, which
you now by the way, if you know
taken it here that guy nothin
that's cool, but I'm just saying you messing around and gains Gloria and it seems that IRAN is approving studies just me making it a dislike brute they do. They did for state university
again. Will you prove yourself? Yet apart is thought to you in its it's up
you go get after it you're, not about you personally
among all upon it. I didn't measure might result in nothing like that.
Daniel blindly. Yet the pot remember pop his real
how they did it is. You know you know, even though the word double bind plus.
Thirdly, a feeble situation right, whatever they like people,
that is what it is. They get a bunch of a group of people who are going to work out hard going for gain straight up.
I'm give him all the supplement. Oliver.
People are going to give the supplement but half of those people. It's actually not the supplement its like nothing, but there are other everyone thinks
taking the southern, so they're all getting after it. There are even
and then they say: ok, who's, gonna, who whose gains are better and they monitor and all the people the supplements their gains were in on average, and it's all these different. Let's Paris, glottal, simple, provable it tastes good.
That much I can actually attested does. I think we're going to test that it makes now
I can't I I haven't done a double blind, placebo or myself, meaning because
after like mixed up in
fake, myself very hard to trigger cellar, but, like I said, I.
When I feel the need I take not only shown to export but also the pre.
And get after it. Yes, if I know that the boys are waiting for me for this issue to training and analysed
Now I will, if I
If I'm feeling any sort of hesitation out again.
After that default aggressive when in doubt, and it makes
It's too, because obviously Jujitsu fresh when you're going heart, that's a workshop of dead,
You need to recover from an you'll, be in so you'll get better results from recovering from even a jujitsu work there
I just worry about perform in the upper form. It I'm not doing it for recovery, to be honest with you with a digital work, but like it,
not that's it you're getting over to hear fully live, but yes
yeah, you citys good, does taste good. It was weird because this was pre work out, go like if you get a regular, couldn't quote regular pre worked out, they try to make it tastes like candy,
leading european aid and all this stuff and I'm not mad at it, tastes, good or whatever, but yeah man let's face. It, is a good sign
They took this when it was kind of had more like her. You know like if you take like natural
Means kind has earthy its earthy there's a earthy flavour to
we don't like. All this is different, it's not like any other. Ok,
and then after while you kind of get used to it, and then you have that Athenian. I have that association to certain tastes from like. Then you go workout, you get the pop and it's like kind of part of the routine. So it's like they say all good.
I mean it's late, their vision, it doesn't tastes like cruel.
I, like your chopping, jumping cruel oil tablet, the aid that is just one of those non chump. Those task then go.
Crude oil, speaking of which is the go to, in my opinion, is the gutter has taken a great deal about? This, too, is did yesterday.
And, of course like ok, if you're working out and you like him. My joints are less sore good, of course, but
You know when you due notice it and, in my experience, even more if you pay attention is first alike
a few days I'm sitting down in the living room with the kids,
we're saying we're sitting there for a long time same positions for forty five minutes.
Usually after forty finance and thence. Ok, can you get up whatever do something you get it?
you know you get up.
You met her and I mean no, but if I didn't a crude oil I probably would have them, and I have had
If you worked out that there are some later you to stiffen up from the same, then you feel it
well, it's almost like you're. Always warm Mina, not warm physically, but you know like you already armed. Can we feel like it's good, I'm a supporter
something given the crude oil yeah like us,
I had injuries and crude oil that was a long time ago that certain grow a moment, stop and not going to yeah yeah, even like what you say: injuries which yeah, of course legitimate. But I never I mean I've had injuries, but
It more helps like the pre injury. You know, I I humbly applauded in German, interfere, something that's just kind of just nagging you stuff you gotta like battle through or something
you're, not about a few that do that all made it threes
next time I'll go into the white fish
or cruel is better than fish oil. We talk by the he'll, take too long with kind of it like this.
Some other time anyway, cross dope, pre, workout dough.
Everything on. It is good, actually does
and so what kind of work out programme what kind of lifestyle, but they have
for everybody. I congratulate
even the crude oil. Even if you not that active. It's just good for your joint. You know as like, because overtime degenerate lever, oil regenerate also another way to support it

My guess one hundred percent chance that it'll get you through your weakness hundred percent chance, and this is why I say that and have said this before, but I think it's worth saying again because it

And if they get warm and put work out track whatever with the one.
I listen to it
from then listening to its like two minutes and ice.
He'Ll- skip the work out. That's like a shame, that's an umbrella, unbearable, shame, and it's all personal.
So that means not a hundred percent. If you still get the rock out, I'm just trying to imagine our to how it is now. Never done this shame. The unbearable shame is so unbearable that it simply wouldn't happen. You saw that that's wise and representative out of there

Nicotine, but smoking also has all carbon monoxide like tar. All these, like yeah carcinogens and stuff, like that, yes or smoking, may be not so much benefits. Nicotine there are benefits
Well, let's just say no nice things out. There are, no man

After drinking one cup of this balanced and delicious tee, I was able to execute a fine triangle of my black belt Jujitsu instructor, while discovering the mystery behind dark matter in the universe. It actually is and dark martyr. It's a combination of jocose chin and

That's your mighty fault. If now I mention this before
I dont know. If I should necessarily do this, but a kind of think I should go. There's a poem. Let someone wrote about Jack, a weighty and its based on the poem Infantry coms by Kipling. This one is talking about Jack. A white teeth. Probably worth talking about here is so we'll go here. We go jock a weighty,
I'm hot brew, brew, brew, brew, brewing ups and Jack, o t hot hot, hot, hot

Just when someone rights review like that, I think
might be the best erect. Let's just face it, that's the best reviewed and was so good on you, that's the best
that was. Very impressive has very impressive, and so that's that also, if you want a priority,
a little book coming out called way of the warrior kid and you can order it and I'll. Tell you why
this book, you might be wondering what this book is about. This book is about everything.
So I want to read a little extra to you. Young mark,
remember the beginning, a book he could do zero polyps, not doing pulse, was a strong enough. Now he would
through the summer his uncle Jake is shown much good work out programmes.
And finally, he's built up over the summer goes: do some plateaus gets through them? Getting after at training? Are fine
towards the end of summer. He gets his first day of doing ten polyps right
and so here's what happens, we're going back to the book, and that was it
I was now officially a kid who can do ten polyps, no more hiding from the pull a bar in school, no more being embarrassed about being weak. This was real, as I thought
by this I looked at Uncle Jake and said: thanks no problem mark,
and I want you to remember something. This isn't just
I'll pull ups. You know what
This is about right. I wasn't quite sure I don't know
Jake grabbed me by both shoulders and look me straight in the eyes and said gravely this is about everything everything just think two months ago you couldn't do any polyps at all zero. Now you can do ten all it too.
Was a good plan and the discipline to execute that plan to do it, that's what it takes and you can apply that to just about anything. If you are
To do the work you can make things happen and, like I told you, no one noticed
Do the work for you sure you might get some help along the way, but you might not, who knows
What we do know is this hard work
discipline or how you achieve things you have to make.
Things happen, and that is exactly
You did here and you can do that with almost anything in life. Remember that
uncle Jake's, two thousand word young mark. So there's all kinds of good lessons for you know I'd love to say it's kids book. If the kids book, basically I'm going to tell you what you might want to order it for
everybody everybody book. They just isn't everybody boxer. That's that check out that book also just released despite equals freedom for

learn like scenarios like the Cuban. A part is straight up golden
Everyone comes like hey. I had this scenario. That's been basically plaguing me for a year and it's just causing problems here and you know- and everyone has their own one and.
While there are unique, the alpine overlap with each other and in Europe,
like ok, this we do this we need an answer is like dang. We now
an answer: we go back to the work in it like a lot of time. Little just solve like this one problem that affects all these other stuff managed to solve.
It is and when people
and they hear those questions get asked. Anne and again, there aren't theirs
an overlap on the questions right in and there's overlap on the principles as well, you cover move,
bore prioritize next girt execute decent and I commend those the
explanations can stand alone on themselves, but used are getting into real world application. There's gonna be ok
there. They overlap you! You need all four from right. You need all four of them to solve your problem. You can't just solve a problem of decentralized comment, because if you trying to that, you makes up to come
You gotta keep it simple by the way, multiple problems that you can we try to solve with decentralized commands, you get a protest executes, that's the way it is for every every problem that yours, you're suffering and then there's no obviously other other
Its bulls that we build upon that aren't just before
laws of combat, so you gotta get
you gotta, that's what good is when people here the way that you.
Utilise these tools they
under utilised them themselves. Right, that's that's it. You gotta do is like trying to teach them

Your picture, that's cool!
it works at one time,
What what happens when a step outside different lighting and what happens when the subject is moving? You gotta will teach me how to do the job you gonna teach me. The intricate increases. Intricacy
of it. You gotta show me all the things I gotta learn how to use that tool and that's what we do at the muster. You get these various tools. You don't just read about him and see what they aren't say. Ok, I understand what this tool it s almost to a man it sharp. I can cut with it. Well guess what
you can do this. There is a lot of things you can do with these tools that we put out at the muster. We take it too

Then there was a path, a price
paid for our freedom, a massive price. There are those that paid everything
They had for our freedom, so dont wasted, don't abuse, it doesn't squander it.
