Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 12/18/18

2018-12-18
On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, Judge Emmett Sullivan did not conduct himself as a jurist today, he was out of control. Sullivan accused a 3-star General, a hero, of treason. Retired Lt General Michael Flynn has a legal gun to his head and hasn't done anything that Loretta Lynch, Eric Holder and James Comey haven't done. His conversation with Ambassador Kislyak, and the substance of his conversation were not illegal. Yet the FBI interviewed him twice and advised him to waive his right to counsel, even though the protocol calls for it. Yet this Judge has the gall to call this General treasonous because he knows that he can say whatever he wants because of his black robe and lifetime appointment. This might be a shocker, but the vast majority of unregistered foreign agents lobbying abroad have not been prosecuted. Later, the increasing federal deficit is robbing our children and grandchildren - how dare they allow this to happen? When will the Republicans and White House start fighting back? The massive influx of foreigners into our country and our debt are out of control. The laws of economics trump the laws of politics, and it takes true leaders to cut spending. Afterwards, open-ended immigration takes a toll on younger workers and college kids who often compete with immigrants. Simply put, immigration without assimilation undercuts Americanization.

Now run them. Let me underline that the bowels of a hidden somewhere under Britain steal over nondescript building. We once again made contact with our leader, everybody marketing year, our number eight seven, seven, three, eight one, three, eight one, one, eight, seven, seven, three, eight one, three one one. You know folks, we have to accept the fact that there are individuals in this country. Control, labors of influence and power who simply do not share our founding principles. That is, they do I share the values that you and I have. And many of them are located in certain Is a country in a bubble. Why,
in Dc New York City and pretty where the LOS Angeles area, these people, that themselves as elites. Another, not elites in the sense that there more intelligent, the more experienced or their more accomplished Elites in the sense that they managed to call Ah there way or even walk their way into positions of authority to influence our fellow citizens or to control the levers of power? That's what's playing up. That's what you see on tv every night in every day. That's what you read in the newspapers. I look at this judge, Emmett Sullivan
Emmett Sullivan today was more like Emmett Kelly indulge folks. Judges are of flesh and blood to their human beings, some are better than others. Some have better days. Another. Emmett Sullivan had a very very bad day. He did not conduct himself like a jurist. He was immature. He popped off. I don't care what is History is in the TED Stevens case and so forth. I read everything available that what took place in the courtroom- and he was out of control this can happen when you have a lifetime appointment. When you have a big case When the media are clogging the court room- and you know the going to report on what you say: and during the morning this judge flesh and blood accused
a retired, lieutenant General three star gin, a hero of treason. He doesn't know. Michael Flynn all he knows it little pieces of information that is presented to him he doesn't know the circumstances, a microphones life why he decided to plead that there is a legal gun pointed to his head, all day long? I have to hear on cable tv but Flynn. Why didn't he Flynn? Why didn't he Flynn lie? Did me come call me, like my testifying in front of Congress. Mackay lied. The deputy through the FBI, stroke and page they lied. Recorders, a liar. He was how much contempt. Loretta launches a liar. The only did cs, ladies and gentlemen, lives.
Advocating line. Apparently, some wiser worse than others? Some lies actually have consequences Now the circumstances around what Michael Flynn did our rejected? Did you Get it argued. Eli microphone was interviewed twice. Why was needed twice why was he interviewed at all. Already intercepted, whose occasions with the ambassador from Russia kiss but he had a transcription. They already leaked toy Washington, Post colonists and unmasked him illegally. They'd he had had. This discussion was the
Scotch itself a crime, no was the substance of the discussion to crime. No any bribes discuss know anything of any real substance, no, no Flynn was scared. He knew they had a transcript of what he said, but nervous. He was worried when it, FBI agents, come to interview you, ladies and gentlemen, your nervous, you already feel like you're, you're, defended and even worse, the director of the FBI told his agents to bypass normal Whitehouse Protocol to not alert.
The White House and surface to dissuade Flynn from having private council now. Why would Do that, why would you know me twice why to disarm him? Why would you talk I too have a lawyer. Why would you buy, ass? The White House Councils Office party lines. Get me buddy lie did me, so this is the difference you're. I care about processes. You and I care about due process you and I care about presumption of innocence. The false statements act. Eighteen United States, CO, two thousand and one you do not have to lie to be found guilty or to be charged under that statue.
If you are considered misleading, misleading. You- can be charged under that statue nobody's questioning whether that's Patrick needs to be changed, given the obvious abuses under Mahler and others now, and this judge has the gall. General of treason, because he happens to be wearing a black robe and applied happens to be wearing a black robe and appointed for alive, picked out of obscurity and made a federal judge. And he knows he can said that damn Roma say whatever their only wants to say without consequence now he wanted. They say later in the afternoon.
I wasn't saying he committed treason. I would just choirs or was it that stupid? He misspoke Well, luckily, he wasn't under oath, luckily being investigated by the FBI. And then I have to watch the usual goggle of talking heads, Toys, r phony legal experts and non legal experts are going on and on and on during the break and the break in the early afternoon, telling us. The real problem with when you see is that he was in paid by the turkish government. It did not registers of foreign agent. Ladies You, gentlemen, this
come as a shock to you, but prior to the prosecution, a poor man, for not registering is a fine agent. The vast majority of people who represent five countries and do not register as foreign agents have not been prosecuted. They ve been told, with a slap on my hand, get your ass in the Department of Justice and read Stir, so they cure the fault they curate felonies are not thrown at them. The judge misstated the facts in the courtroom. Mr Flynn was not the National Security advisor, at the time he was representing the turkish government or some arm of it. He was a private citizen. He'd been working on the Trump campaign.
That was a source of income for him. So what did he do when he was representing the turkish government? Did he sell out the United States? We have idea, but we know it inside the United States. He as not charged with Any violations of any law related to his representation of the turkish government the commentators go on. I don't know. If he's gonna Barnett concerns me a lot. You know he's gonna be representing the present the United States and there he was paid by the turkish government. This is news. This is news. All day long, this is news.
It's a minor knows event all of it now the judge says you know I can still give a jail. Even though the prosecutor recommend zero, even though you aspirin zero. I can still give a jail time. This judges spent three days on this case, Any thinks he knows more than the prosecution and the defence. This is the problem with these lifetime arrogant judges, they think they know everything and they dump and they don't. And in the case of Emmett Sullivan, he disgrace themselves. Today, he
these grace themselves today. He might as well have been a commentator on MSNBC or CNN. Now, all of this all of this. Is intended not to smear Michael Flint? Not mere Paul Manifold, not the smear George, Papa, dapple us and down the line. It's all intended to take out this president of the United States, and yet nothing related to the Flint matter, has anything to do with Donald Trump
nothing. Zero know. Russia collusion Turkey irrelevant false statement irrelevant, none of it. None of it. James combing line under oath to Congress, James Comin repeatedly usurp the Department of Justice lines of authority. James call me skirted the usual procedures and interviewing incoming Whitehouse official, he bypass White House counsel and he Mr Flynn, I'm my lawyer a hero, Lieutenant general not to hire council just to have a discussion with his two FBI agents and call me brags about it.
James call me is a low life, in my view. He is mentally unhinged. The fact that he That is FBI director. The fact that he sat is but he turned general, the United States, the fact that he was a U S attack he tells me we have something truly wrong. There's something really sick and our system, or I may who is so unstable. And serve in these highest positions and threaten the liberty. Scores of american citizens. It is appalling. Today was a horrible day for american Justice gesture yesterday was and the day before
right back then no, ladies and gentlemen, it is amazing, if not how prosecutors her created when they're going after the president, their treated like superbly, objective individuals Is that the way prosecutors who is supposed to be viewed amazing, isn't we criminal justice reform were told because the criminal justice system is broken. We're told their systemic racism in the system, judges, juries, specially prosecutors and, of course, longed for.
When it comes to Trump or anybody in his orbit. You daring question Mahler in his back of left wing democrats- you dare not question the faceless nameless career price, security in the southern district in New York? You dare not question Clinton. Judges dare not question. Because the system now is perfect, perfect Of course Flynn was set up. That's why commies adding about a well, you didn't have to lie. Let me read to you. Eighteen, United States Code Section one thousand one all the talk about false statements. How many times has a graphic of this part of the statute been presented on television? Never.
I accept, as otherwise provided in this section, whoever in any manner within the jurisdiction of the executive, legislative and judicial branch of government of the United States. Knowing or wilfully one false of I can see, also covers up by any trigger scheme or device, a material fact trigger scheme. Two makes any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or representation doesn't say why or Pray makes a user's any false writing or document Knowing the same to contain any materially false, fictitious or fraudulent statement or entry shall beef, under this title in prison not born five years and so forth, and so on. These are pretty broad statements. The problem is, ladies and gentlemen, if Europe
use. That is, if your formally charged with a false statement, it has to be a Jew decayed. She gotta go through that whole process. Now the government side, the prosecutors, they don't care. You and I are paying their salaries, their pensions, their health care, you and I are paying for their paper eclipse there, no pads their pens, their pencils, you, paying for their offices their desks in their chairs, but that the debate who they throw the book at four a false statement: Has to pay for his lawyer has to pay for the law. Firm has to pay for the task in a chair in the paper clips and faxes and the texts and every tenth minutes of every hour out of their own, damn pocket.
These are the marshlands that you have but listen to day in and day out day in and day out on, television who do not day in and day out, day in and day out on television, who do not give you the floor perspective a what's taking place I'll be right back with a daily fake news, Don pouring through your tv, mobile phones and computers, room It missed some real news, like the recent study in the journal, saw metabolism, scientists, suspect did a correlation between growing rates of obesity and processed food, but what this study does cover was that these foods also appear to lead people to over eat. Have you ever seen the media entire monopoly of thinking That is so supportive of a single prosecutor like more. They don't question him. They don't talk about his background. They don't talk about his. Fault in the past. Is U S attorney in Boston? They don't talk about the tear mistakes. He made his director the FBI, nothing and they're not going to or call me who they hated, who they now.
Out or the southern district in New York, which Cox and entire campaign. Fine, and scheme in order to try and trap. Trumps financial entities and Trump to contribute impeachment report. For the MR call me lie to congress- ITALY violated rules of authority both at the duck just apartment in the White House, leaked to carry the tow not of a manner and if you raise your voice, you should be oh, you must be a a trumpet. Ladies and gentlemen, I am a constitutional text,
and I call him as I see you, visuals going on tv with legal backgrounds who are lying through their teeth. The present indicted by grandeur in secret know when he leaves the office they spring and autumn that absolutely a hundred percent contrary to what the October two thousand Department of justice process. So that has not happened, and it cannot happen footnote thirty, eight, the less sense. I ve been told the Donald Junior is going to be indicted based on what, based on what. This entire russian interference occurred on Barack Obama's watch on Jim Commies watch. It occurred on the rental inches watch. It occurred John carries watch. It on Jim players, watch it
it occurred on Brennan's Watch Susan Rice's watch. It occurred on their walk. If there was a cover, it was the prior administration that was involved in the cover up. The unmasked, the names of individuals, the masking the names of individuals had occurred at a hyper level. Molester the Obama administration, not even discussed anymore, These are felonies, rely felonies. Of their under investigation. Jim Commie meets with the in presently United States tromp Tower and tries to set em up. Literally tries to set him up, Jim call me makes J Edgar Hoover, look like an angel. A hundred times worse than J Edgar Hoover.
And so is immediate senior staff? many of whom have been. Fired a resigned as a result of an internal Instigations, some of whom, Face criminal charges on their own, We ve never seen an FBI like this. Ever you deputy attorney general, the United States, a hold over Sally Yeats, try to use the Logan ACT as a basis for interviewing General Flynn, even Judge Kelly choose me not Emma Kelly, Emmett Sullivan. He even woke up today. In the afternoon session asked the prosecutor. What basis did you enter the Logan at the Logan. Which has never been used successfully against any body. It was a pretext.
And you do not hear this on tv tonight. Sally Yeats, the Obama all over deputy attorney general of the United States you as the Logan ACT. The goal is to take down this presidency either to so thoroughly, Mere the president, he cannot, when reelection or to write a report, a political report dressed up as a legal report to push impeachment Which the Democrats been chomping at the bit, the do the day after the elections and the media are more than happy to help because they should here? They are dragging this country to a place that many of us suppose this country they do not embrace the declaration of independence. They are due hanging this country to a place that many of us do not want to go. They are embracing tyranny. While we are defending liberty. Judge Solomons not defending liberty in his court room this On district in New York has not defending liberty. Your nations oldest colleges were founded to teach students to seek truth, recognise what is beautiful and hold up? What is good. But the vast majority of them have abandoned their missions, locked in the grip of political correctness they no longer allow free and open discourse rejecting the idea of objective truth, they pet of moral and cultural relativism, thankfully none of this applies to hills, to college. Our number eight seven, seven, three, eight one, three, eight one, one, eight, seven, seven, three, eight one, three, eight one one there's talk tonight: that the White House wants to cut a deal with the Democrats That they won't ask for the full five billion dollars to work on the wall. Or there may be other sleight of hand things going on. When Our guy's going to fight. For the nations priorities, and I hate it
it is, but I'm not going to talk about the White House too. To us most important things. Tromp supporters to conservatives, to Republicans many independence to right thinking, Americans. The massive debt, which is how to control and the flux. The constant wave of foreigners into the country, which is out of control both of them go to part of what our nation state is supposed to be. What kind of ultra we're going to have what kind of future we're going to have and we are failing at both miserably, I am sick and tired of watching Mitch, Mcconnell and five their pallbearers get buying a microphone. We won't our problem
look up wherever forgot, what sort of a complete ban here we know how to manage to manage a damn thing. All you do is spent and gray bore debt. Ladies and gentlemen, the Politicians are. Spending your tax money, A tax money was spent a long time ago. They are spending the money? That has an even been earned yet that hasn't even been created yet haven't even been born. Yet. Don't ever statesmen among them, and I don't want any phone calls from them tax from them. Nothing. Because these politicians, the Republicans. Don't ever statesmen among them.
And I don't want any phone calls from them tax from them. Nothing. There's not a statesman among them. Those ringing about with alarm bells about what's taking place here, We are destroying future generations and we're doing it in a way. That no other generation is done it I would remind you of something February. Almost four years ago, twenty fifty. Boston University. Professor of economics, Doktor Lawrence KIT, like coffee, testified before the Senate Budget Committee.
And the topic was America's fiscal insolvency in its generational consequence, he flatly stated our country is broken, quoting. It's not broken seventy five years, fifty years twenty five years or ten years it's broke today, Indeed, it may well be an worst fiscal shape than any developed country, including Greece,. I would like to talk about law and order that you like to talk about it on cable tv. In truth, telling They are the biggest liars. These politicians are the biggest liars. Congress is cooking the books where's his cooking, the books congresses, economically arbitrary decisions as
What to put on and what to keep off the books, if not been innocent,. Successive congresses, whether dominated by Republicans are Democrats have spent the postwar few massive net fiscal obligations. Virtually all of which are kept off the official books profession? Hitler cough explained that the real debt picture is far worse than the federal government emits remember. This is four years ago quote U S, fiscal gap currently stands at two hundred and ten trillion dollars. The size of the: U S: fiscal gap too: written ten trillion dollars. Is massive its Sixteen times larger than the official: U S, debt which the case precisely how useless he says. Official
As for understanding our nations, true fiscal position, twenty thirteen. The fiscal gap stood at two hundred five trillion. Twenty forty. It was two hundred and ten triumph. Hence the country's true twenty fourteen deficit, the increase in its fiscal gap, Five trillion dollars, not the four hundred and eighty three billion increase in official debt reported by the congressional budget. Now. Here we sit day in and day out this guy. A false statement: and I'll blow his nose on this dire blew his nose another day. This guy, with his confidential, non disclosure agreement, should have been I did it should have been reported, you believe in law and order, and yet
in a day we live. This lie we live. This lie about what's happening to spending and borrowing and the debt. The media know what, if No, and I write about it in my books. They know it. They know this guide testified. Professor cutlet Cliff Catholics, product concluded? What should be obvious to all? U S postwar generational policy is accurately characterized as take as you go over the decade. Republican and democratic congresses and administration to take an ever larger amounts of resources from young workers and true, For them to old retirees,
The resources taken from the young and given to the old, recalled in the main texts, The younger effectively told don't worry. We're calling these resources taxes, but when you're old you'll receive ass transfer payments that more than make up for what you're paying now, sir, There is a colossal transfer of wealth not yet created by younger. People and future generations to the governing generation, and generation since passed, which will do your children and grandchildren if its left unabated. And, ladies and gentlemen, it's getting worse, This is the main reason I despise Republican they are soft, progressive. You know damn well, if Obama were president and Pelosi wish,
and humor with a majority leader in the Senate, and they were spending like this. We be resizing it, but let me tell you something her grandchildren and children yet born. It doesn't matter, Republicans are Democrats, do it there's a pie. Of no return, I say it all the time: the law we trump the laws of politics, and while it's easy for Democrats report, can still spend money to run up tat, to borrow that's how, by votes, that site I constituency group like open borders. It takes true leaders to cut spending can you name one true leader who is prepared to cut spending Can you name one true leader
How should the Senate, whose propose significant cutting even in the White House you're talking about join in a half hour. Infrastructure struck a structural spending. Words are coming from. It's coming from your grandchildren, a generation you're born, so that's not it thing family leave now Republicans support where's our money going to come from shame people, the kids, aren't our Borneo. All the drivers for spending all the drivers or forget all the drivers are for borrowing, and then you put pray. On the monetary system. Interest It start to go up: fewer and fewer people can afford homes.
Loans for automobiles or other things you get a recession, stock markets, drop your savings? Your pensions are affected. You will pay a price for this too Washington is not the land of reality, nowhere else in the face of the earth. Can you yes Span and Span and span and span without consequence, Now, if your neighbor does it, you don't much care the federal government does it and they control the currency, can't you not independent, it's not on a gold standard. It's not on a peanut standard is not on any stand. Turn the good credit to the United States, government
These Social security disability fond went bankrupt two years ago. You wouldn't even know it It's not even cause for concern. These social security trustees trusty have less that social security is going to go, broke and twelve to fourteen years. There's not a single proposal to address this. I care trustees have told us that Medicare goes bankrupt in eight years. There's not a single proposal to address them now, one not one. Instead Their proposals all go the other way free college, government should assume all student death when I
my crash, proposing a minimum income starting at birth, or is all this money coming from nowhere? Nowhere Politics, trumps economics until economics. Finally trumps politics and you know it- you get poverty, destitution, chaos lawlessness in the streets, pensions evaporating. Savings evaporating the collapse of Amerika, and these damn republican stand there controlling the Senate smile and tell us that we're goin over a government shut down isn't even a government shut down as
keep contributing and contributing in contributing year in and year out, to an ultimate economic, soon army. Nobody in any branch of government is when a damn thing about it: Nobody in the media, but me behind this day a microphone even talks about it. Maybe of stormy day no start to talk about the debt. Maybe then they'll start to talk. Much then
What political party refuses to help secure a border to a country which he claims to help represent? It is a political party that puts party before country puts power country, this is not new communists to this and I ve told you before Progressive ISM is an outgrowth of Marxism. It just is now the progressive, or resist this, but if you rediscovering Americanism and the tyranny Progressive ISM. You know that their liars, because there, Twill forebears Polar Sir John Dewey,
One of their intellectual forebears was a huge fan of the russian Revolution. As most of the progressives at the time they were sort of. In the shadows, Marxists, they're trying to figure out how to adopt. since when did the issue of immigration, become an issue about immigrants MIKE. What are you talking about The issue of immigration is about immigrants The issue of immigration is about american citizenry, This nation belongs to the american citizens. It doesn't belong to would be immigrants. It doesn't belong to foreigners who want to come here. It doesn't people who are here illegally? It doesn't bother the people who are here on temporary visas. This is our country, it's not their country. Supposedly, this is our government, it's not their government. These welfare programmes belong to the american people, good bad, an ugly. They don't belong
to foreigners, But you wouldn't know: it's been turned upside down. And so you'll get a story for weeks about this Russia's seven year old. Illegal alien daughter of a needle illegal alien, far who broader into this country utterly irresponsible. She dies you won't get a two week story. About a seven year old american citizen who dies under terrible circumstance. You won't get a two week story: You don't get a two week story about all those american citizens, were blown away in Chicago every week. You don't get too weak stories on that
Once again, it's the media, the Democratic Party and allow hence a radio logs promoting their agenda. Our agenda, a party agenda, progressive it there's nothing in it. To spend two weeks when a story of a seven year old American, Citizen child who dies there everything in it to try and exploited situation to advance political policy objectives. That's why you rarely see stories on CNN or MSNBC or the wash- posed to the New York Times or on NBC, ABC Cbs and all the rest of them. No, even when we had the winning hand on this immigration issue, we fault It's not that the Democrats or so good its were so bad. Let's take few minutes on this immigration matter. Where no hurry and I pointed this out and plunder and deceit. I wrote this book plunder and seat. I guess it's two books ago to focus. On younger people they call them millennials. I hate that work. Younger people, younger generation Because all these things that the left is doing publicans go along with our action
really damaging to the future. The culture, the future society and future generations open borders tribal as Asia, balkanization Multi lingual. They are destructive of the American Coltrane. Any culture and I pointed this out and plunder and deceit on the issue of immigration is raised. We debated the one group rarely considered are consulted. Is the group most adversely affected by Karin immigration policies, the younger generation. For more than two centuries, the United States has attracted immigrants from all over the world, Erica civil society which decide on cultural traditions and vows have served as a beacon to humanity. Has
largely inspired millions to come to american search of a better life. Seventeenth and eighteenth centuries, immigrants from Europe came to the United States, seeking, among other things, religious freedom, In the nineteenth century, immigrants from countries such as Ireland, ITALY, Germany, were mostly escaping famine and oppression. Twentieth century I welcome those fleeing communist and despotism, but as the late Harvard Professor, with a great Doctors say Miss Huntington, explain in his book who are we challenges to America's national identity? America has been a nation of restricted and interrupted. Immigration much has been a nation of immigration. May surprise some of you to learn that in the past Successive wave of immigration was followed by a period of time, Were the flow of aliens ebb.
His more recent arrivals. Quiet to assimilate into the american way of life, giving example. From one thousand nine hundred and one through one thousand nine hundred and ten, approximately point: eight million people emigrated to the United States, the United States such as pure rip, What's the between one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and one thousand nine hundred and twenty I point seven million immigrants, because one thousand nine hundred and twenty one and one thousand nine hundred and thirty little over four million immigrants notice, it went down the nineteen. Thirty three nineteen seventies experience periods of immigration, followed by integration and assimilation Five hundred thousand individuals immigrated into the United States between one thousand nine hundred and thirty one and one thousand nine hundred and forty. Between one thousand nine hundred and forty one, and one thousand nine hundred and fifty at a little over one million. That's it
one thousand nine hundred and fifty one and one thousand nine hundred and sixty approximately two and a half million came to America. Between nineteen sixty one, nineteen. Seventy the result Point three million immigrants, and now the roof has blown off Today there is no period of assimilation between immigration flows, none Rather, the flow of immigrants coming to America for more than forty years has been unprecedented and uninterrupted, with no end in sight in the last decade and a half alone from two thousand through twenty fourteen. Fourteen million new permanent legal immigrants were admitted to the United States. In addition to the surge of millions of illegal immigrants,. The migration policy institute reports that twenty thirteen estimates from the Census bureau, but the yours I population of more than forty one
point: three million are over thirteen percent of the total. U S! Population of three hundred and sixteen million between twenty twelve and twenty thirteen, the foreign born population increase by about five hundred and twenty three thousand are one point: three percent immigrants and their? U S, born children now number approximately eighty million persons or one quarter. Of the overall. U S, population and, by the way, their concentrated in practice. The regions of the country- and you want to know why states are turning blue and you want to know why Democrats are all for this Doktor Huntington destroyed. The massive influx of aliens has been rationalized in part by what european scholars have promoted and conceptualize as societal security is an attempt justify the deleterious effect unfettered,
unassimilated. Immigration has on a society. It refers the ability of a society to persist in its essential character, under changing conditions, impossible or actual threats the sustainability within acceptable conditions for evolution of trade. Patterns of language, Culture Association religious and national identity and custom. Doktor Huntington wrote that it is concerned, above all with identity, the ability of a people to maintain their culture institutions and way of life. In the United States. He added has been a nation of immigration and assimilation. And assimilation is meant americanization. Now, however, immigrants are different. The institutions and processes related to assimilation are different. Importantly, America is different,
assimilation of current immigrants is likely to be slower. Less complete, indifferent from the assimilation of earlier immigrants. Assimilation, no longer necessarily means americanization. You see because the left does not want. Immigrants to assimilate into the country, that is americanization. They want Balkan. I try belies identity politics. The assimilation along a means americanization. What kind of society will younger people and future generations live. Your children, grandchildren, Princeton University, professor Doktor Douglas Macy points out that, as a result of continuing high levels of immigration, the character of ethnicity, we'll be determined relatively more by immigrants. And relatively less by later generations, shifting the balance of ethnic identity toward the language
Culture and ways of life. The sending society Therefore, immigration, without a similar to that is simulation and americanization. Undercuts The civil society as ethnic, racial and religious groups This is me writing self segregate. The problem magnified further when a nation abandoned two tone: culture to promote multiculturalism, dual citizenship- I lingual asmund, so on an instant countless policies and laws promoting and protecting the practices of balkan groups and their infinite array of grievances. Open ended. Immigration takes a considerable toll on the job prospects of younger and less skilled workers, as well as com, Frederick, Katy Graduates, typically, young
workers, those between the ages of sixteen and twenty nine are competing with recent immigrants for similar jobs. The younger people begin working as waiters construction workers are grocery store clerks. These are the two some jobs. Many illegal immigrants also seek. How can that You might ask. After all, the army goes Lemme immigrants do jobs. Americans will not do, for example, the United H Chamber of Commerce advocates widespread amnesty to enable its members, mostly large corporations, to call you ice, immigrant labour, when U S, workers who said not to be available unquote The National Restaurant Association Support Amnesty in part, because quote there too many jobs. Americans won't do unquote The independent institute, a libertarian group, has insisted that low skilled immigrants, quality jobs that wouldn't exist, migrants weren't there to do them on claims, immigrants aren't substitutes for american labour. They free up.
Library do jobs. What is more productive, but the facts demonstrate the exact opposite. Using the federal government. Some statistics CS explains But census that has stereotypically what to classified as four hundred and seventy two civilian occupations. My boring everyone, MR producer. Of those occupation. Six concerted majority, immigrant, legal and illegal, though six hour patients amount to about one percent of the total workforce but jobs that are stereotypically thought to comprise mainly immigrants actually comprise mostly american citizens, maids and housekeepers are fifty one percent citizen taxi drivers are fifty eight percent citizen
butchers are sixty three percent citizen, Lance it brings our grounds. Workers are sixty. Four percent citizen can action workers or sixty six percent citizen, porters, bellhops and concierges- are seventy. Two percent citizen and janitors are seventy three percent citizen American spilled America. Americans make America work. Moreover, sixteen and a half million citizens have jobs. The sixty seven occupations composed of a significant percentage of emigrants in other millions of Americans work and jobs that are incorrectly but widely considered immigrant type emigrant type. Now, let's talk about stem for a moment.
Stem science technology engineering, mathematics, These stages, immigration policy centred on endless waves of legal and illegal immigration, have contributed significantly to the income to duration of low income, american earners and the so called inequality, gap between rich and poor, which the statist claim to a poor well. It has also repeatedly allege that America must open immigration further to incriminate increased numbers of a skilled and high tech workers, because that country supposed they felling to produce enough homegrown college graduates with science. Ology, engineering or mass stems skills to fill, demands of the fast pace market. This, too, is a lie. Despite America's mediocre edge, the current system. The evidence demonstrates that enough college students and the stem disciplines, her graduating to fill
markets demand a thorough now this by scholars. How oarsmen down you're cool and be Lindsey LAW from the Economic Policy Institute found that for every to students that you college graduate with stem degrees, only one is hired into a stem drop. The report Further states that of the computer science graduates not entering the information technology work. Thirty two percent say it because I t jobs are unavailable. Fifty three percent say they better job opportunities outside of ip occupations. The three scholars conclude this indicates that the supply of graduates in the stem fields is substantial. Larger than the demand for them in industry. You are demanding that the federal government substantial increase the number of high skilled high tech immigrants in the country, Hewlett, Packard, Cisco, American, Express Procter and Gamble T Mobile,
Microsoft recently slash tens of thousands of employees, the census, pure reports that seventy poor four percent of those who had a bachelors degree in science. Technology, engineering and math, commonly referred to as some are not employed and stem occupations, and I could go on and go on. The effects, the cost to law enforcement and our prison system, the cost and our public schools, the cost or a hospital They are phenomenal through the roof. You and I are subsidizing open borders and lawlessness but those who are going to pay the ultimate price are your children, And your grandchildren, Because the society is tearing at the seams.

Thank you. I can't wait to this conversation tonight. Conversation tonight, green blue sky and some you talk about earlier, odd jobs. That Americans won't do I'm forty, nine years old for my age, my boy grandparents. Taught me a valuable lesson about learning the value of a dollar and that man. If you wanted to buy your first car work here are caught lawns wasn't about an only wage. Farm find it work, we're gonna, canning factories to wreck your own first car and The dead man was turn an appreciable aged between fourteen fifteen. Sixteen years old, you out on time it's lost, and its parenting and lack of parenting parents giving your kids these exe
Hence it still letting the kids take their fate because the high school, I didn't you get away to their say and not short of workers were short on parenting short on having kids understand, that they need to work towards something And realize what a dollar means, nowadays work alone, and I do not disagree with aspects of what you say, but what about those kids who do who do go to college who gets to the law to do graduating stem areas, kid who do want a summer, job, cutting lawns and so forth and saw. The point is that the studies that I read to you it's or more difficult to get them back, as its easier and easier for genesis to hire people and pay them under the table. My god, nor do. I agree. I do consider that either you're right market. I I've seen
like me getting older losing out. I agree on this living through this right now then seeing the last couple of decades or saw that it took us, robots, the school my friends and ass. We working when twelve thirteen fourteen years old doing all kinds of things I just honestly see that happening anymore, because parents are giving how much way but the old. It we can argue with you marketed, but you know, but you don't you to make a point when we talk about family leave, just listen to this whole concept. You decide as a couple to have a child. All of a sudden smile obligation in your obligation. Why? How can I work and have a child of the same trouble? What does it have to do with me right now?
beside a government related programme. Well, it's a modern economy! No, you destroying the nuclear family, you'd subsidizing the wrong thing stay out of it it between the employer and the employer, or fear your own business person you're on your own, whatever it your business you make these decisions cope with them now we, oh people can cope with them because parents date and our grandparents did and so forth and so on why but the government be involved and everything. And now- and now we have more to your point- we act politicians like come our Harrison, Coy Booker We have no real world experience in anything, going on and on about a minimum income. A minimum income magic that does to the psyche? Imagine that what that does too you get it right! Yeah! I get it by the way what the hell's going on when you're fucked When I was a kid, it was not like
I've heard a lot young, it was about our wages. It was about how much can you earn per month to reach your goal? your car three. Nowadays, it's the boy. The video games or cell phone believe me: there are good people going to school in college, I'm Bob You get it right, yeah! I get it by the way, what the Hell's going on when you're football team, I won't be able thought you too, It's amazing that dog what about goals command and a new debate, some people down, but I'm privilege Now, on our have a question for you what's going on with the packers I mean they're gonna have a losing season this year. I think Well, they are, but you know, what's gonna wait. We we ve been boiled in Green Bay Wisconsin and it's it's. It's
The course of nature we were, good so many years that this was gonna, be an adjustment. People are gonna, have to get used to it. But we can only go appeal from here: that's true when you're at the bottom of the hill, but you know Here, my buddy Stephen, a Smith, he's a friend of mine in the end. What's his name max so whatever Kellerman say that Rogers is the greatest quarterback ever not no offense. I think he's a tremendous Cora housing, the greatest quarterback ever, how many superboss do you guys have under him one one isn't that the bottom line- the bottom line on Brett Favre brought my attention to sport, a big of exports. Them the guy that short every everyday for work for life. Seventeen years in a row. Amazing me that was like the biggest accomplishment anybody could ever achieve.

my wife, Jolly shut up, I'm concerned about I we can't seem to get a hold on our department of just then our f B. I know our politicians won't step up to speak about it, but as an average citizen, I can't reach my representative that can write them and send them back through, but there's no response, We have enough money to influence them. What is the average citizen to do? I don't even know anymore. It's a good question. Maybe, to organise ten twenty thirty of your neighbors to contact them. Tell you what you might try, you might call today I want to meet my congressmen or my senator in their district office in my community. And I want five or ten minutes of their time, and if they do what you call your local talk station and you re mouth member of Congress, so that centred and you make it clear that they do

Oh it's back my computer, ladies and gentlemen, during the brake. Well, I'm eating some peace. Actually I, like peace as people are like peace. I, like peace, I came up with a solution for the wall. They came up for a solution. With a solution for the law. First of all, we call it an infrastructure project. Stop calling a war, the lives of love that a high speed railway to nowhere thirty feet tall six feet. Why? Secondly, We give twenty billion dollars and foreign aid to Mexico. Listen to me, and we tell me
the girl, you build the war that is infrastructure, on your side of the border and use our money and then we can say, look we gave them foreign aid and they used it, so the Mexicans pay for, although we really do and we get our war. The lives should be thrilled. Therefore, given the Mexicans jobs. We are creating businesses for the Mexicans, cost of american citizens and its there a wall. How do you like that, Mr Prodi? Scott all these psychological nuances involved in the sort of the year the year clever funding mechanisms that the left seemed alike and then we can say the Mexicans, but the war which we have no say on, that. Anyway. Ladies and gentlemen, it is a sad day in this country
We cannot even secure our border because the Democrats are relying on foreigners, who have yet to even come to our territory. Your support in power it is sickening oh, it's a good New York. The great w h see you go, I mark. I make was on your eye every Christmas for people, I'd love and respect, and I got one here with your name on it right in front of me right now, while you know like toasts intolerance well, He wouldn't want. He call a retired, lieutenant three star general. Who was a hero in many respects.
Who actually led the the model battle? and against ISIS he call them. Treasonous got betrays treasonous a judge called an individual treasonous and he called on treasonous without even getting the facts straight. That is. It had nothing to do with a false statement charge. That was against the use, against Flynn had to do with his representation of Turkey when he was Private citizen, and has nothing to do a trump. And the judge said such treasonous. Let me just say this: like it or not. How is that treasonous? What exactly What exactly did do that was treasonous. So over the top? Was this judge that he realized it and, in the
Danone kind of walked back, but you know what your honour that He like Flynn, saying you know I needed a walk back. What I said to like you like false statements. And for the media. This is a game. They love. It. For the media. It's about hanging these people politically from their feet. At a telephone call like me, the lady, that's what the media want. They Pennsylvania Avenue lined up were tromp his family, his associates, or hanging from their feet. Naked on telephone pause then not be happy, then lobbyists, I did then, though, say justice has been done, what this judged it The day was a disgrace, and this is why the people are getting sick and tired of judges still sick and tired of judges. I don't give a damn. If he's a judge, you get this

protected. My call here, as I truckers common sense solution, that building the wall suitable these we're coming over looking for work. So why don't we just don't answer you can set up their own infrastructure down their utilise the robotic man as the construction library, the others to do these reports, work along gray, even have schools. I'll be right, a wider on there's two issues here. Whenever you have a government project, is it ass to be authorized in it has to be funded, so it's not authorized they're not authorizing the use of illegal aliens. Volunteers go find me cite, everybody has actually very creative ideas. But under our system Congress,
to approve it in Congress. Want. Could it be, then, whether executive order, no now no but but fear they sell simple, because while each people were waiting for legal status, they would be providing a service wicked hold their way. Then ass. Grow. I understand, but it's not gonna happen your bed they set up every obstacle imaginable. To do something. Our idea is Donald Trump Donald Trump put out a call for charity, for all the american people to contribute to a brick blocks then there now over much money they need to or they can afford. But their name on it and it's the safe. It's the same problem. I thought We could raise five million dollars to build a wall, but federal government wouldn't be permitted to build the Wallis Congress allow it we don't need. Now we would need Congress because you're going to have to purchase private property all along the border. And all kinds of things have to be done. Kidding me. Are you telling me that the border of the drought want this sir. I'm giving you the facts
I'm telling you that weak it just build a wall. We, the people, it doesn't work that way, and if we raise the funds yes, you're gonna have to purchase land across the border, private property, and so here you can't just take it and build a wall there. Don't be mad at me. These are great ideas. They only promise. I can't work President of the United Nations, to me, please to be rational and come on up a goofy ideas. What needs to happen here is president needs to look them in the eye and shut down the damn government. If writing six times trumped endured once and if Miss Rebecca, doesn't like to dance bad now, build a damn law. People can come up with creative ideas, they're not gonna happen. You wanna bet me a thousand bucks. Your ideas not gonna happen,
we want. The damage can be built that way. Congress doesn't allow it. I like you, might call. I love you too. People don't want to hear people don't want to hear it? They wanna hear their ideas, which is fine, but the After the matter, look what's goin on here, seventy five percent of the federal government's been funded. The social security. Medicare medicate checks are all gonna go out. Federal law enforcement will be funded, the military funded all essentials of the government. Twenty five percent of the government is not funded and of that aid. Our percentages considered non essential the rest of it has to stay and
even under these circumstances, we blank you only, but now that the federal government has shut down except for all the media price agenda. So this is a pr thing that Mcdonald's worried about that. The report so why is it about. The president of the United States needs to stare them down. He needs to give a speech to the american people, It looks play what's going on in that border. He can go and show the video he can explain. What's happening to jobs for younger gets college students and unskilled. He can explain the consequences for our communities. He could also explain better fighting
for five billion dollars. When the Democrats will spend five billion dollars on anything. We need a coherent strategic message. Stick to the message make the case, but it looks like blinking? Go fuck me he's not gonna do a bricks with our names on it. That's not gonna. Do it. Why not more? What are you blaming me for Can't just start building walls on government property and on private property. It doesn't work that way. Congress needs to authorize the actions they want. So why run from it? what the problem we have. The Senate there, the house, we have the presidency, but you must communicate. You must.
Articulate the position to the american people read and did it in August Nineteen eighty one got the biggest tax, An american history in the Democratic Control bow what's the problem here. What is the problem here? I don't know. Lou, no Connecticut. The great double abc go ahead. My radio? Now we had such a bad government for so long we ve accepted it has the norm. None politicians are held to the only that they take this to me. The questions we were getting into we'd about funding, but is what waste currently constitutional
is the constitutional and what the Democrats want to do all this. Other government, cookie government. I do like family leave. Constitutional and that's the message. It has to be the labour. This battle has been going on. Frankly, since the new deal and the suffering his role time and time and time again its constitutional, even though it's not so. Where do you go. While the president has to deliver the the president. Can't change with the Supreme Court is done I understand that Look, I'm not gonna get it for me and I don't believe in private funding for this matter. This is governments responsibility it it's one of the president's, so he needs to force the appropriating parts of the government to appropriate, we need to stop playing games, stop looking for clever ideas,
There needs to be. There needs to be a confrontation and rather than just say I'll, take responsibility for governments, shutdown explained to the american people, We are on the right side of this. There are on the wrong side of this. He said I think that twenty five he came down to five. More than that, he came down to five and all at one point: three million people. Amnesty exactly. I, the president, stick to his original climate? He does we want him succeed. We want and we elected, but He is turning away voters that put him into office with this kind of me, avian and these rhinos, who been around forever they're gonna, destroy him, He listened to them. He listens to Shelby, be Mr Mcconnell and he listens to a web host
clown from Texas, the seniors Senator John watch his face since these guys, cornered, they're gonna take him down because look They voted in two thousand six to build a wall aid into a damn thing about it, not a damn thing about. I write my friend thank you for your mark. You very honoured tonight not honouring I believe in getting these things done, I'm not gonna be tracing Ideas that have no effective way of being implemented. I considered, so you know what that's a great idea. We oughta do it too great idea, but we can't do it Bricks with people's names on it not gonna happen, go fuck me, ok, but fine. Can condemn private property governments to condemn private property in order to build a wall.

My comment is republican know that no matter what they do for decades now the left were demonize them. When do they stop carrying about the police? far out and start doing. What's right, I hold them accountable and contempt. I agree with you in why don't they learn from the past? the greatest vulgar in modern history, not Minor republican history was Ronald Reagan. Man The popular vote- winds mass of electoral college went when seen anything like it. Was the most conservative present in a modern history in the Gulf shut down six times he wanted his Amex missile system one of the Trident submarine system wanted to cut out water projects. He wanted to cut spending. He can they created with the american people. Here
TAT an example that this administration canoes- I dont know why they want Nancy Pelosi can't communicating complete sentences. She's a bird brain. Sure comes across like a crotchety, all buffoon. He can't communicate in any coherent way the Equally, the genius of giving a speech that is prepared that is practised there, tall. The point you need to hit is you're using Presidential, Bully pulpit. A way that policy and Schuman came up it does matter. What the press says afterwards. The american people will I heard what you have to say: and I really think this needs to be done it should be done in other contexts as well, whether its smaller spending certainly try at once here: let's try it when it
immigration and spending. So why won't? They do dollar? Yes, sir? Damn the torpedoes full speed. Why wasn't I lose? Why won't they ve got? Nothing was answer me. Why won't. Because you know what there's that their their put their so used to being punched around the case of Mcconnell. He doesn't give a crap, he really high, does not share our concerns and our vows.
