Mark Levin Audio Rewind - 2/25/19

2019-02-25
On Monday's Mark Levin Show, Sens. Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren are supporting reparations. Since history reveals that the Democrat Party has historically opposed abolitionists, and civil rights leaders, it is the Democrat Party that ought to pay reparations to the distant relatives of former slaves. Being that the Ku Klux Klan was an outgrowth of the Democratic Party, and being that this party supported slavery and the confederate south in the civil war and it was this party that supported Jim Crow laws and segregation. After, the Green New Deal is pushed out by Democrats and quacks in the media that support the confiscation of your hard earned dollars. This a full scale attack on capitalism hiding behind concocted terms like "over-industrialized" and "de-growthing" but it’s nothing more than the old red communist movement now draped in "green." The left has gone from shouting that "the government has to stay out of the bedroom" to requiring the government to be involved in every single aspect of our lives. This is the iron fist of communism rearing through our republic and it’s being led by "old red's" like Sen Bernie Sanders and new green ones like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez. Then, kudos to President Trump for bringing the fight to the media, when they take shots at him he takes shots right back—good for him! Finally, a Judge ruled that a men-only military draft is unconstitutional. These judges are becoming more and more like activists. No, women should not be in any combat roles.

Estimates show exactly how to do it in two minutes, so encourage you to do that. Now, ladies and gentlemen, posted on my social sites that I have a proposal for reparations. Stick with me through this whole thing. Are you won't understand what I'm saying I Eve. If you can demonstrate that you are progeny. Of a slave I mean a recent emigrant who happens to me minority Noah that turn about people. Sort of timber people. Then maybe you should get reparation, but who should pay them? So here's my proposal, the american people even way back. Then then, all our slaves Beam
can people even way back. When then, when all supportive of slavery, there was a civil war that was fought for between two groups. One group. States, rights and slavery. Another group federalism and anti slavery. Hell that's simplistic, but you get the point now, which group was which did Abraham Lincoln Support, We know that the Republican Party support slavery, never did the report, party supports segregation. No did there public and party support the Jim Crow laws in the south. Now. Was the clan an appendage of the republican Party? No, it was an appendage of the Democratic Party,
Every major social rights Bill s the civil war in the fifties and sixty. Was opposed by a significant percentage of elected Democrats and supported by the majority. Never get majority of elected Republicans. So I support reparations But I do not support the way which the Kampala Heresies of the world and the Elizabeth warrants in the world want to pay for the American P, Through the tax system should pay for reparations, the Democratic Party should pay for reparations democratic. Committee, all the states parties. The Democrats should pay reparations to the distant children of slaves, because today
grant party the Democrats well after the founding this nation. Well after the declaration in the constitution, when the country, he was trying to make things right. It was the Democrats who fought so the Democratic Party is the entity That supported slavery is an institutional matter. We have ended You also add slaves. Didn't I support the institution per se. Some did some didn't, but the Democratic Party did and supported segregation and supported Jim significant percentage of it, not Republicans, And not all Americans, my remind come, Allah Harrison Elizabeth, worn and all the rest that we fought a civil war of.
Over seven hundred thousand casualties to put an end to slavery. So as a theoretical matter, a practical matter, I'm really against reparations, because An awful lot of people lost their lives, including a lot of white people trying to eliminate slavery. But if we're going to have then their perpetrators, the purpose they should pay for. Now the question needs to be put to come our Harris or, as she likes to be called now, PAMELA Harris and Elizabeth Warren it should be put to them while they support their party. That purpose He waited slavery, segregation and Jim Crow, the south, while they support their party funding reparation.
Not everybody, not the general tax payer, but the perpetrator. Now, let's take a look at a little history here. Let's take a look at a our history, history, news network, DOT, Org Wayne, Paramount. Just an inner city minister in Seattle, author of unfounded, loyally, heroic Hits the nail on the head. Since most people are either a Democrat by Diner Democrat by deception. That is either. They were well aware, there. They were well aware the racist history, the Democratic Party and still chose to be democrat, or they were deceived. The thinking that the Democratic Party is a party that sincerely cared about black people. History reveals that every he's a racist legislation that was ever passed in every way? this terrorist attack that was ever inflicted on Africa.
Americans, as a group, was an issue It is by the members of the Democratic Party from the formation of the Democratic Party in seventeen. Ninety two to the seller, its movement in the nineteen sixties congressional records? The democratic party pass no specific laws day, I'll blacks, every law. That they introduced in the Congress designer hurt blacks and night in eighteen Any for in eighteen. Ninety four repeal act. The chronicle history shows that during the past, one hundred and sixty years, Democratic Party legislated Jim Crow laws, black codes and a multitude of other laws the state and federal level to deny african Americans their rights as citizens. History videos. The republican party, was formed in eighteen. Fifty four to abolish slavery Challenge other races, legislative acts initiated by the Democratic Party, some
all the civil war, others, the war between the state but to the african american community at the time, was the war between the Democrats and Republicans over slavery. The Democrats gave their lives to expand. It Republicans gave their lives to end it. During the Senate debates on the coup Klux clan in eighteen, seventy one- it was revealed that man, the Democratic Party formed many terrorist organizations like the clan to murder and timid. African american voters, the coup Klux Clan ACT was a bill introduced by public and Congress to stop planned activities Senate debates reveal that the plan was the terrorist arm of the then Democratic party. History reveals that Democrats lynched burned noodles. It and murdered thousands of blacks and completely destroyed entire towns and communities occupied the middle class blacks, including Rosewood Florida, the Greenwood disk,
CAN Tulsa Oklahoma, unwilling to North Carolina to name a few after this civil war a crash murdered in several hundred black elected officials in the south, are again control of southern government, all they elected up nineteen thirty five were Republicans as of two thousand the Democratic Party, the oldest political party in America, has never elected black man to the United States Senate. The Republicans have elected three now course such changed since it was written in two thousand for, but you get his point. History reveals it was Thaddeus Stevens, a radical Republican that introduce legislation to give african Americans to so called Forty acres in a mule and Democrats overwhelmingly voted against the bill Today many white Democrats reposed a Pang African Americans trillion. The doubts reparation money that should be paid by the Democratic Party.
History. Veal said it was abolitionists and radical Republican, such as Henry Moorhouse in general, over a howard that started many, the traditional black colleges, while Democrats fought the keep them closed. Many of our treaty, Black colleges are named after white Republicans. National records show was Democrats strongly oppose the passage of the thirteen fourteen and fifteen amendments. The Three amendments were introduced by report. Instead, an slavery give citizenship all African Americans born in the? U S and give blacks the right to vote. Rational Record, show the Democrats reposed a passing the following laws: their re introduced by Republicans She law civil rights legally for African Americans somewhere Fact of eighteen sixty six, the reconstruction ACT of eighteen, sixty seven, the Freeman Bureau tension act of eighteen, sixty six enforcement act of eighteen. Seventy force active Tina. Seventy one coup, Klux clan, actively
eighteen, seventy one summer Rights ACT of eighteen, Seventy five civil rights ACT of nineteen, fifty seven civil Rights ACT of nineteen sixty three the sixties. Many Democrats fought hard to defeat the sixty four civil Rights ACT, the sixty five Voting Rights ACT and more. Claire record show that it was. The Democrats had supported the dread Scott Decision, the decision classify blacks and property rather than people saw so the race Jim Crow practices initiated by Democrats that brought about two landmark cases of policy versus Ferguson and Brown versus Board of education. Now I go on and on, ladies and gentlemen, there is a very deep and sickening record with a Democrat party. Our history wasn't, the american people was an all all the american people.
There was a civil war for a reason they were too Time for a reason there were to pay these far reason and if reparations to be paid, they should be paid by the perpetrator, the institutional purpose. The Democratic Party in the news
Congressional leadership is in town, but there is nothing new about what their pushing big government centralized government iron fist at government, higher taxes, more regulations, open borders there on a mission to obstruct our freedom and undermine our sovereignty. Yours mine all of ours and too many representatives, dont care. This is the nature of progressive, is it's an ideological poison and the best way to fight? It is with knowledge, information about Liberty, about the declaration about the constitution and how Congress is supposed to work. It's up to. We the people to understand what our government is and is not supposed to do, and that includes Congress and thankfully my good friends at Helstone College had brought back the powerful online course on the history and proper role of Congress and it's absolutely free. Please take advantage of this remarkable offered to equip yourself your family, your friends, your neighbours, with the knowledge that all of us should have about our Congress and our government generally hills

So we can do something about a girl of Infra hills doubt that COM I really do not believe in letting the left and the Democrats off the hook need to take the fight to want to talk about reparations is a perfect opportunity to expose the damage. A party, millions and millions of people have no idea about the history. The democratic party, which I only briefly discussed with you just a few minutes ago,.
But does anybody see and wetted Republican, whether in the house, her Senate, making the case I would go further. Do you see many so called news hosts allowing them to make the case. You're here on and on how now the new Democratic Party and not to use words and limit the history that you're allowed to discuss really is the party of minorities, because of this because of that, but even now they are not the party of government and they try to attract different groups of people, because that's how they view human beings is a part of a group of people into the the government complex. Low five. This is one of the reasons I think you know people attack the present tonight. Dates when he'll, reaching and he'll attack, Spike Lee and others who attack him and people say: that's not presidential. Let me tell you what this prayer
then understands here. There stands at viscerally here he understands it intellectually, and either way it doesn't matter. He understands that he has to reach into the culture to make his case. That's why he will deal with a spike Liam or leave it to a Sarah or won't leave it alone. That's why he will deal media. That's why he will say things to individuals. Who indifferent positions or responsibility different professions that past residents have not? Because we reached a point in this country where you have to where you have to The conservative media in this country is a tiny fraction of a fraction of the entire media complex you look at Fox Fox be conserved depending on the show. You watch her. It's not conservative, but that's not my point. You ve got fox. You ve got up
rather small enterprises, and I mean small. Even the blaze tv see our tv news MAX people trying competing competing, which is very important as we get bigger and bigger, But they had major television networks, they Adrian news operations that we don't have and we can't control and so she's me the most important voice in addressing the the outrages of these entities is the present the United States, the most import voice in dealing with some jackass at the Oscars is the the United States. So I dont view it others do were enough need only be quiet. He valley this one and that one another if he were to be quiet. His numbers would be lower, as effectiveness would be zilch.
And he believes, as I believe you gonna take it to them now coming full circle. Let us This discussion about reparation. To use it as an opportunity to teach history, I too, modern events. Let us use it as an opportunity to talk about the political either promoted slavery? segregation all arrest, because a lot of people know nothing about it. It is an irony that you have democrats running around talking about reparations, but what about their party? Their party is never officially apologized for slavery. Their party is never officially apologized for segregation. Their party is never officially apologized for Jim Crow for opposing all kinds of civil rights legislation for backing the clan. Never they
apologized. Instead, its America, you see America, did this Did that in America did this? Well, I have a lot of American stood up and stopped. It. And many them lost their lives are limbs. It was a man stopping other Americans. It was mostly report can stopping mostly Democrats and Mark, you might say, you're being awfully crass about this- are not being crass about this. They need to be exposed for who they are and what they are. That's what's important.
You ve gotta near the Washington Post article three twenty twenty Democrats say: yes, a race based reparations by remained vague on details, I'm not vague on details. The Democrat Party, all of its official institutions, should pay reparation. They should apologise and pay reparations and let the Democrat Party figure out who gets what. Let them figure out who earnestly deserves and does not let them figure out how much they should get. This is a governmental thing, wisest a taxpayer thing. Why should Republicans pay for this? Why should anybody pay for this Whose ancestors weren't, even here while we are, what is a nation? No it up they all at as a party they as an institution. There I back. I wanted.
Our Sponsor Hills De College for all they do. Try maintain the greatness of America. You know most colleges have enough trouble, maintaining the greatness on their own campuses and they have declined and they have fallen. The Cultural Rock, not Hilda College, it's a special place, and now they reach out to all citizens of the country to spread the word of liberty, the declaration of independence, the constitution, capitalism, all the great things that make America what she is today and now Congress has under new leadership and already seems to be on a mission to thwart our liberty. Doesn't it yours and mine, but too many representatives, don't know how to preserve liberty in too many of them. Don't care, we call,
progressives, but I'm not interested in the progressives, I'm interested in you. We, the people, it's up to. We, the people to retain what we ve learned and to retain what we have received from our founding fathers and our founding fathers, Canada, on we, the people to hold our government in check and being able to do. Congress used to work and why it doesn't anymore, learn about liberty, the declaration, the constitution, gonna live in four hills down that come from our clover. The show why a national at eight Seven three eight one, three, eight one: one hundred keep talking green new deal. Have you noticed when even the most wacky of the cracks in the Democratic Party quack out? something like green new deal, the media pick up the labeling. Like their marketing armor, they cooks on the left in the media. Push it and the media push so now the media talk about a green, the other, where they talk about climate change. So here's come on or Comma Harris,
on CNN yesterday with the while, with John King, go ahead to report it. Before that should have three trillion dollars a year for Medicare for all by some studies into detail which portions of the green new deal, you pick to do. First, that's money that you know There are probably going to say tat, suspend liberals pie in the sky matter, why? Why is it just the Republicans who are noticing that these are crazy ass numbers, but the Democrats want to spend in your magic go ahead One of the things that I admire and respect is the measurement that is captured and three letters are alive. The return on the investment people in the private sector understand this really wide stop. What do they mean? What's the return on investment, when you massively increased taxes, and you confiscate the money that somebody is earned, that they have spent their life intellectual and physical labour earning? That's, not an investment. That's a seizure, that's confiscation? And so
I will not allow them. You gotta. Do this, I will not let them get away with destroying the language we're going make an investment, know your stealing my money to advance your notion of of of the way the country should function, you're, stealing my money and giving it to somebody else through hands a bureaucrat? That's not an investment go ahead. Thought about a cost is about an invite and then the question should be closely that's it. I dont worry about the call somebody cost. Investment. What's the problem started carcinogen investment big deal go ahead. Is it worries the cost in terms of the investment potential. Are we gonna get back more than we put in? Are we here, foggiest idea, she's a net with all these left us which they make these proposals and they know nothing speed,
no what's where this allegory I'll catch, you got that which the media She's, a media creation she's an absolute any it. She won a flu election she's, an absolute idiot? I may keep promoting this for my what a sheet the Green new deal go ahead and I read it and I think you know where I dont care anymore. I dont care anymore because again, I'm at least trying and they are not so the power is in the person who's trying, regardless of success if you're trying you ve, got all the power you're driving the agenda. You're doing all this stuff, like I just introduced green new deal two weeks ago and its creating all conversation. Why? Because no one else has even tried, because now,
What else has even tried, so we were like always unrealistic. No one else was even tried. First of all, why would they? Secondly, that's bs. This movement. The they ve been just gave a new name, the green new deal. They gave bad name such attractive. To look at that its green, its It's a deal, a green new deal and look the news, who gave us social security, and I I like it says the Green new deal reminds me of Franklin. Rosa must be swell. Let me tell you what they used to call it the used to called Marxism. Let me tell you what else they used to say about it They used to say that they want to push this green movement, not free
in air, clean water. We are relatively clean air and clean water. Now, they'll, never stop with that. None of its an attack on private property rights, but that wasn't enough now it's a full scale attack on capitalism, but that's not enough Now it's a full scale attack on your way of life on your way of life. The phrases they use when you're not around that they use in their little closed or seminars is America is over industrialized, clever, huh we're over industrialized. And what do you do about an over industrialized society these otherwise it's not mine. You d growth. It you ve, heard a growing economy? Well, you d growth, the american economy, it's over Austria alive, so you d growth They have used this notion of the environment and green air and water.
As nothing more than front arguments for their ultimate purpose, we know this because they ve told us this I've written about. But the media of course perpetuates this. And they will never help us expose it. This is the red movement. That's gone, green, hello. I said this years ago. It's the old red movement, that's dressed up as the new green movement. Now, that's why they're pushing This moron cause she's, not the seventy. Seven year old Bernie said This has supported Castro, who support Ortega whose the old Soviet Union who supports Maduro. They poor their agenda through her mouth through her actions, Alexandria, Cassio, Cortez and she's young enough to be appealing to many young people Is a.
Sergei mannequin, grew home. They pushed their agenda. If we were living in a rather normal situation in this country, right now should be dismissed as a buffoon, but she's not dismiss Is it the phone because they need her because she spoke Could she stupid, but she's a good face age person for the agenda, supposed to an old red she's, a new green go ahead. Vague always doesn't addressed this little. My new thing, like You try you do it as you are now so until you do it How do you do what a back and think at this insanity for a moment, in other words, this spring
mature, rational, sober thinking of this first, they claim they would change every single building. You think about this who's gonna be in charge. We can have federal agents, federal officers, federal zoning officials, federal inspectors, not just think about that alone. The number of people involved Federal officers, federal zoning officials federal inspectors, think about that alone. The number of people involved and the destruction of local and state authority and the destruction of private property so keep him on all those things are destroyed, never to return again save now federalized.
Decision making on private property the hump I remembered day when they said that guarantee must stay out of the bedroom. Now they went the government in the bedroom through the excuse of green and the environment and were all these people gonna come from. They gonna drag them out of the private sector. Who's gonna pay for all these. Just one little aspect to this: ok: now how do we make homes, apartment buildings, businesses and everything in between? How do we make them? Climate change, efficient. Who decides what that means? What does that mean? Does I mean you have to change the electrical wiring doesn't mean you have to change. The plumbing doesn't mean you have to: u have to adjust the rule. When have solar panels. Does it mean you have to do
think of the deciding? What exactly does that mean and doesn't that open the door to government control over your registers and over your thermostat. None of your age fact system. Of course it does why? How does the government control there seems to me it's going to be rather aggressive police. They are all these people work for the government or be compelled to be independent contractors of some sort of. How is this going to work where, where the materials come from she's me who pays for them? I'm just talking about your home in your place of work that I am not even talking about everything else. That's out their automobiles trucks, airplanes, helicopters, tractors, farm land, who knows, but it's all in tat,
they give power to the government that the government was never envision a have period. That's what this is. This is the iron fist. Of Marxism and pseudo fascism? That's what it is with a twenty nine year old illiterate Rambling on to take the punch, the got punch out of it. How well you know she wouldn't be very well she's Bernie, I mean she's she's young. She saw. She spoke and energy, an urgency to ya gotta. Do it right away, there's always on urgency to what the left wants to do? Why? Because they don't want you to take your time, to think things through to ask what now urgent we're all gonna be dead in twelve years Harrier member the ocean-
and arrived. I was ten years ago. It's got her eyes like Gatt and look at their hurricanes. We always had hurricanes and look at the fires. We ve always had five like that. Drought we ve always had drowned. Carbon dioxide is the enemies global warming, climate change, its carbon dioxide stupid, Hence I carbon monoxide, France, if you put your mouth around a year, the exhaust in Europe But you're not gonna live you're gonna die, that's carbon monoxide. That kills you. So I strongly discouraged from doing carbon dioxide every time you exhale, you create carbon dioxide, your exhaling carbon dioxide.
Every time you go to the bathroom and do what they say, cows, do you create carbon dioxide? Every living creature creates carbon dioxide when they exhale tat is the travel, the earth, the land masses and that's a good thing. Why? Because all those plants you like they need carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide is oxygen to plants, the great redwoods grass, whatever you planets green stuff, green and they need carbon dioxide to survive and to thrive and expand, and through photosynthesis they create what oxygen carbon dioxide effectively create talks,
Through plant life, we didn't have any carbon dioxide, we be death, they talk about greenhouse gases that pollution greenhouse gases are not pollution. They include stuff like condensation. What's that water and carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide is not a pollutant, it's never been a polluted hello when dioxide is not a pollutant, it doesn't dirty your water or dirty the air and ive used this example. Bore. I've used it and Liberty internal years ago, and I want to use it again assume the atmosphere which has a greenhouse effect.
I assume the atmosphere consists totally of one hundred thousand seats in a stadium. Four of those seats would represent carbon dioxide fewer than for those would represent the effects of human behaviour on carbon dioxide, in other words, if they control the entire United States, all production all wealth. They eliminate all red meat. The effect. Temperature climate, the environment, would be de. This is about stealing your liberty. Maybe we should call it freedom of the press, then. Maybe the media will actually understand that they should be with us rather than the rule.
I'll be right back. Ladies and gentlemen, it appears that the new congressional leadership is on course to impede our liberty, your liberty and mine and their future liberty of your children in your grandchildren. Many of our representative simply don't understand or care about the critical imperative to preserve our liberty, and it would seem that some of these so called progressives actually seek to kill it, and these progressive are quite unlikely to understand or learn these things, which is why we have to. We need to overcome them. Our founding fathers count on we, the people to hold our government in check and being able to do. That means understanding. The proper role of Congress now to help us understand this critical issue for a limited time. My friends at Helstone College are brought their powerful online course on the history and proper role of Congress back absolutely free to equip all of us to know what we should expect of our Congress

We once again made contact with everybody mark living here. Our number eight seven, seven, three, eight one, three, eight one, one, eight, seven, seven, three, eight one three one one? Ladies and gentlemen? the person in the United States that has more control over spending.
As in any other person in the United States, the speaker of the House of Representatives, he spending bills, budget bills, appropriation bills, what everyone com, their initiated in the House of Representatives, so the constitution word for the They come out of the house, not unlike the Senate with a bus to rule and all the speakers enormous power, particularly when its Nancy policy He will do a lot of power and she likes she, certainly even peronne, of american politics, so she decides what bill will come up. She decides what spending will take place and then that goes to the Senate. They muck around with maybe they'll, send it back or though I have some kind of a joint committee that play within it goes to the present the president, Can I change the Billy? You signs it or vetoes. Either signs at all. They.
Vetoes that he hasn't veto on anything. So the fact of the matter is It's likely of something gets to his desk, he's gonna sign it. Now we're toll, we need ten years of president trumps tax returns to see if he is playing air. If he's kosher fewer Tom, I palestinian friends, to save these kosher. That is. To see if he's operating in the best interests of the United States or some foreign country. First of all, that is an outrageous claim to begin with, there's, never been and is in any evidence, cities ever done otherwise and a ton of evidence that the Democrats have our decade decade. Dec a decade including ninety Pelosi, who, you may recall want to see Assad. The old man in Syria dead, what MAC them
called the gang of age. He was negotiating conducting foreign policy. Against the interests of the United States, because they presently united States had asked or not to do instead in any way, the present was George W Bush. Another speaker who did something like that Jim right went down, and they can lag. Why, then he started Oh she aiding their and reg is furious and he, said well, screw you on the speaker. I've got power of separation of powers. I my own branch, a garment I'll, do what I wanted to sell the Democrats do. All the time or Kennedy who was working with the KGB trying to ragged and his nineteen? Eighty four reelection with turned out great because reckon one forty nine states massive ass of electoral victory in every respect. But Nancy policy. You see it seems to me if anybody's going to release ten years of tax returns, it should be her.
And here's a piece in seeing us news how Speaker Nancy policy will gladly release her tax returns. If and when she runs for president. Is that clever said her chief of staff m all apparently indicating that in policies compositional speaker, she will I release her tax return. When seen as news dot, com repeatedly followed up and asked Hamel to directly can the she comes speaker, San Francisco, a sanctuary, and she claims to represent the amount now she turned seventy nine next month, she's not announce a cheese running for President twenty Twond, how she comes from in Francisco a sanctuary city and she claims represent the image of the american people want transparency. She says How does she know at the american people one? But we want transparency with her. She snooze die. Com has been trying for two weeks by e mail and telephone to get a direct answer from speaker.
Policy on this tax return. Question cause. She's push H are one. That's how important it is that would require the present advice present to release their tax returns and she's third in line to be present in the United States. Speaker have. Not a one would actually do more It would require the president and vice president release their current tax return and the returns from the last sent the nine years states with respect each taxable year for an individual who is the president or vice president, not later than the due date for the return of the tax for the taxable year such into. It will shall submit to the Federal Election Commission a copy visuals income tax returns for the taxable yearn for the ninth preceding years freshwater. Outrageous and secondly, if it's to apply to the press,
it should absolutely apply to her, but it does more than that. Her age are one bill, would require candidates running for president and vice president to release their taxes. Now, ladies and gentlemen, I know this is quaint. The constitution provides the qualifications to be a candidate for President Congress, not change that by a statute she wants to change it. She added in a no vote: the house in the Senate, but super majorities get it to the states where they have. Who also ratify with super duper majority. Thirty, eight states, that's not gonna happen. So she would violate the constitution, which they claim to defend and really that that there is a great patriots of our time.
By saying, if you want to run for President vice president thoroughly should tax returns, who says constitution does what we say we passed a statute, see why Congress Congress last for two years? Then you have the next time, that's why they give them numbers the hundred and there's the two under that. That's why you, can't change it with a statue. The ninety Pelosi likes it or not. This is the irony of the attacks on Trump and so forth, so she would violate the constitution, in order to claim the trumps releases tax or any candidate in the future. It just like the national Securities emergencies ACT of nineteen. Seventy six you got fifty hacks most of them are hacks nash- security experts who say this is not a national security situation, not an emergency on the southern border. He got general do fears I'll do fishing. This is
it border security issue. Were this president, as commander in chief, his cabinet, his generals, his border patrol chief, his eyes chief, is immigration chief think it is and they get to make that decision. We're going to take him to court says the left says policy says we're gonna shoe and the courts will decide when I'll see what I mean. This is a policy issue, if not a political issue that needs to be resolved by the elected branches, they don't believe and separation of powers. It's our way or the highway so they went to court to intervene, one of these Obama, hack judges or a rhino judge and ultimately, the Supreme Court. The four left us an Roberts to sign it. Has anyone united, say we? And our law clerks had decided, there's not an emergency down there. We ve never been down We don't go down there, not during the summer, when we have three months off we're not down there.
Ever gonna be down there. We don't have the live down there. We don't know what the What's going on, we don't run the cabinet, we know we don't buy. We will substitute our opinion because we sat around on the conference table. We ate the Loney sandwiches when mayonnaise and our clerks- and we decided that This is why we want to do now. They have no problem with the with the court's intervening where the court should intervene. The president decides if it's a national emergency, that's the way the separation of powers the way the statue works, he's operating under a statue, unlike Obama with darker, and you would think he's abusing its I will never ever seen anything like this, and I love my god. Look Kelly's abuse and all nature blowsy of all people, hee hee, hee we're not acting as Democrats. He Republicans were acting as patriots hit you.
And you are an idiot, but for you that war would be under construction or whatever the physical barriers which we desperately need. But you put us in this position. Their anti wall- I don't get except when its around their homes drowned the capital building, you're all the protection, but when it comes to the american people, open borders open borders, we want open borders. I dont want open border. Now we went open borders all about politics. California is gone. The Democrats can even wind California. Thirty years ago, New York's gone Newark. We had a fighting. Ants mean Reagan, one New York, he one New Jersey, not anymore. You see this west going New Mexico you seen of going Arizona is about to go Colorado's gone,
genuine gone. I mean you can't win the presidency. Unless you get an inside straight royal flush. Is there such a thing producer producer whatever? So that's the problem and that's why they're going to continue to do this? May why, when it comes to tax returns, I think we should continue to demand Paul and Nancy policies. Tax returns. Ladies and gentlemen, what I said at the beginning, the show you have to look for operate police, to make your case to put things right to take on the left and their idiocy their craziness to take them all, they want rap reparations great. They should pay for him on the Democratic Party. They created the circumstances in the first place.
If you were you want your green new deal, let's talk about the green new deal and let's get specific about exactly how that's supposed to work. You want to talk about the tax return. Well, let's talk about tax returns Nancy. Where years, why? If unfair present, nor do we want the speaker and re other member of the House of Representatives and the sick. I'm I'm quite serious about this to release ten years and their tax returns. I'll, be right back, We hurried why green new deal of course doesn't matter. Our oh. I wake up return on investment took the
Doesn't matter course the costs doesn't matter, because it's it's incalculable rob war, not Ohio, serious satellite trucker, Harry User, I'm fine your honour to speak with you, like you, ve caught the clash of converting twenty three, how. Projects in New York, just two de light bulbs is thirty three million dollars when The r o I There's no, of course not. It's so stupid, resolve our facts. C d former military wait. Two, if you wanna see medical for all, you want to see government run healthcare, look no further than the vizier that such a great success story and then Lastly, I think these young or not, I want I want to ask a question before we move to the young people,
security such a great deal, wired members of Congress required to participate exactly Obama cares such a great deal. One members of Congress required to participate he had on our homeowner a pension plan, r great. Why does Congress have its own pension plans? Members of Congress should be compelled due to themselves what they do to the rest of us. Tell you. I think that one may get done was serving in Congress. They should have no pension It's not gonna happen, but the among they shouldn't have a separate pension system. They should get social security if they want to invest in. I raise, or for one case like the rest, was fine, but its very, very few companies today, certainly small businesses that offer these defined. Ancient plants I mean those are really old school work,
the union's havin some contracts, but the vast majority american people don't have them. Do you have one now sure I do not, of course, now so why she Congress, have, I shouldn't know they should now they should live like the rest of us that they? How are these things on us and and worse as a matter of fact, what we do As point rob, I think young are in favour of a lot of this. Stop the socialism ground because they don't have to pay for anything, haven't, had to pay for anything mom and dad or government long happen. I'd have them with education, a place to live, and when start hearing free. They think that's wonderful, I also think there's another reason they don't the alternative, and these colleges did classes on capitalism not adopt they had classes on private property rights and what me, what that means, or natural law or or air
startle I may do they have any of these things. I don't I don't believe so. I tried to do my own children, the value of it of them served in the military also and out there. Quite a family, sir, that's wonderful, I'd be safe out there. Thank you, sir truckers. What would we do without truckers? We start the death. I wonder what happens to the anomaly green new deal. We need to be again soon be stronger. You're talking about Americanism, yes, sir, and I could not agree more. My point is to mark them and we need to do that to expose their party and that parties cried A lot of division in this country, in its still is he can see on tv there dressed up as anchor people and journalists are these phony experts from academia, and it is thus racism, racism, racism, it's really
It is very sad because a most streets in Amerika, that's not the way people speak. I live in a community. The sky Machado is of great baseball player, is signed a contract with Santiago three hundred million dollars for ten years by my
calculation. That average is out the thirty million a year. Now, if Comma Harris or Elizabeth Warren Ernie, the Marxist were running any these. These legs. How could you pay one guy, Thirty million There are three hundred million over ten years when other guys earning much less than that. That's not fair, as it must reduce. We might say well now, while they perform, they bring in a lot more money. Will that's exactly how capitalism works? That's how business work! Some businesses make a lot more money than others. Some fail, some succeed beyond. Ones, imagination? Is that fair? We just heard from a oc any dollar over ten million dollars should be taxed at seventy two, ninety percent, so should Machado those dollars. Beyond ten million dollars. Twenty million dollars a year be taxed at seventeen. Ninety percent. What do you think he would think about that now I ask this
I can because liberalism is widespread in sports and athletics, the play. The sports castors, even many, the owners not on flow more concerned, but some of them, you know very loose. Visas are morals at least one of them, but anyway, so my question is. Many, these a team members and so forth. We won't go to the White House many them. We claim to be liberal, many of them who claimed to be social justice, wars or low. I don't see a hell of a lot of that. What about this. The rubber hits the role when it affects your finances. Do you agree that every dollar After their first ten million, you earn should be Seventy two. Ninety percent deal so agree where they wealth pacts, which is what's being pushed to that. Everything you ve earned a certain percentage of that should be taken by the federal government. Each and every year what Taylor Brandy, agree with that.
Course they would never agree to that. Why sports untouchable, but every other part of our society is not. We have these people who take. While we are rich football players, baseball player, specially basketball, you guys In forty forty five million dollars a year now I don't bug I could care less. I don't care if they make four billion dollars a year. I mean if they put the. They got a business. That's not my problem, but I'm saying. For all these social justice workers as a problem. When I M very excited about statesmen, a very tough six or eight months around eleven household. Really, as I've told you. But there's something very excited about I'm Eighty percent done my book. Here our number eight seven, seven three one create one one: Seven, seven three, eight one, three eight one, one in our these judges are utterly out of control. So much that is supposed to be in control is out of control is. San Diego Union Tribune, a federal judge, ruled that a men only draft is unconstitutional,
But he stopped short of ordering the selective service to register women for military service, the Houston Judge, Texas, cited with a San, Diego men's advocacy group. The challenge the governments. Practice of having only men sign up for the draft citing sex disk, the nation, in violation of the fifth amendments, equal protection clause. Case, balances on the tension between the constitutionally enshrined pair of Congress to raise armies and the constant no mandate, the no person be denied equal protection of the law, wrote you a strict judge, Gray Miller of the Southern District Texas, the lawsuit was filed and twenty thirteen against the selective service system by Texas resident James, less Meister later at San, Diego resident, Anthony Davis and the Sandy based National Kalisz Coalition for men as additional plaintives.
The two men had standing to sue the government because they were, with the age range of eighteen to twenty six In which men in the United States required to register with selective service, their lawyer. Like Angelou. She is very proud of that decision. Forcing only maps to register is an aspect of socially institutionalize male, dispose ability and helps force. These stereotypes that support discrimination against men in other areas, such as divorce, child custody and domestic violence. He said Women are now allowed and combat, so this decision is long overdue. After decades of sex discrimination against men and the selective service, the courts have finally founded unconstitutional the force only Mender Register Alex. A man ass, the judge to dismiss the suit restated decision, International Commission,
studying the issue of women's draft registration reaches a recommendation. The judge noted that could take years and, of course, the judges Harry and even then congresses are required to follow the commission's findings were to begin. Ok, let me be, at the beginning. There are men and there are women. There are two sexes. If people want to rearrange their genitalia or do weird stuff with their genitalia. That doesn't mean we create new categories such number one. I would tell the great senator A brand from New York really a dummy, so that's a fact whether the left likes it or not Either have one of those who you down
have the other one. Are you don't that's the way? It is that's the way it's supposed to be the good Lord made that decision and just because their surgeons out they were sharks, scalpels that that a change, a damn thing. In coming and when Martina never had he pronounced, I'm talking about rich. Nobody can pronounced, I'm with her on this one Martina. What you say nice for combat. I don't want women in combat. I want my daughter and combat. I wouldn't want my wife and combat. I want my granddaughter in combat why why, for several reasons- and this is why in most not all but most societies Throughout the history of mankind and Womenkind may add
Women were not incur bad less. There was absolutely necessary to be so many stronger physically. I'm sorry. It's just. That doesn't mean there are women out there who are stronger than some men who cares. That has nothing to do that. We are talking about the general in nature of things. Talking about the rule, not the exception and too often in this country is the exception that becomes the rule one tongue about the room. Men are stronger than women. That's the main, these there's another reason. You really don't want women captured in combat. Do you why you figure it out? We gotta ten. These things don't exist in the real world. They do. Is also a problem in the barracks when you had men and women. What might that be? You figure it out there
Patients, when men should be able to do things. And should be able to do things that men can't do, and vice versa. We take men and women as they are, and we into play liberal games with amino changing the pictures outside the men's room and the men than the women's room. So it's all we have a unitary bathroom while count me out. I don't want to go to a unitary bathroom and I want my wife and kids in a unitary bathroom. So what they call a unitary unisex, whatever he got to go there. If he got that you go over there, that's the way it supposed to be and will always be there way as far as I'm concerned. So, if one judge and this crackpot organization. And somehow, all of a sudden the bill of rights, they have been
a long long time and all of a sudden theyve determined that the fifth amendment equal protection clause, means that you must draft women. If you're going to draftsman, you must refer This is the problem, will radically gal terrorism and I believe the radical left women agree with this decision unless, of course, their dreams an incentive to Afghanistan in there. And other how halls man say how vital it is. How many respects, when you think about this decision, Judge roles: men only military draft unconstitutional in court when for San men's group, I think it's nuts well marked there are women in combat. I understand, I don't agree with it. I really know. I'm sorry. I don't agree with my going along. I do not believe
when she being combat. I believe they can mean support roles, but I don't believe they should be in foxholes. I really don't. Why you know in Israel I don't care. We know in China, I could care less. Standards where we want to do here in the United States and an israeli of six million people. We have three hundred twenty nine euro is a little different and trial, you know they are one points, and so what I say That's a communist dictatorship course everybody everybody's are, everybody's a worker, everybody has to do the same, be the same act. The same day. A whole social credit system now social credit where they score, you I'm worried you know acquire land mine. You know we railing Ain t what what dummy we need: a social credit system, those who comply. Those really dummy will I choose not to.
So we have ruled by judges. Who are more more activists, more more activists. They just are. You know this is one of the reasons people oppose these, so called equal rights amendment all these decades. For this Right here, and so they want to amend the constitution through the back door don't believe in the amendment process, because as crazy as these left wing ideas are, they claim their popular with the people. There are not so popular if popular at all, so they can't meet these the the higher standard to getting the constitution. Mended, to get an amendment through. So they go to a judge in our. Why I think you're right there The fifth amendment equal protection wanted, and I see that radio look hard enough, tried their necks, the abortion clause. Well, there's not whether exactly where you know whatever
be right back Tell us guide this. Senator from North Carolina, rich let's go to Stephanie Nashville Tennessee, serious satellite. How are you go right ahead Actually, Emma conservative heterosexual theme My advice laughed, but thank you I have to disagree wholeheartedly with your opinion about women in combat as one who has been in combat several times. I just want to let you know that physical strength is not the determining factor on how. We choose who is going to deploy? Who isn't? I know, you're fired the rule and not the exception, but it's almost kind of a dangerous opinion have because
Some people are not deployable firm, reasons and if you go on physical strength, only Europe, a lot of men to you and it's actually my opinion, a very liberal philosophy to say: someone should be eliminated from something just so you, and so you think women should be drafted. I think being drafted in women having the freedom to Go to combat voluntary, I will address and in a minute, but do you think women should be drafted? You know actually don't have an opinion on it well, I think you're going to think about it, because we just had a federal judge who just role that way. I dont know. How I feel about it. I think if we got to a point where so little men volunteered ago that we had a draft when in no that's none have a draft for its view drafted. If you want to bring about people into the military new draft men we have in the past. We ve done it several times and we did it through a lottery system and they show up- and that's all
hundreds and hundreds of thousands more people in the military who have not volunteered so on the fence on that, I don't know why. But now, let's go Perdita draft and ate it, and I would rather have it is eliminated. I would write for all our other have that the draft the need for all and a mandatory two years of service it's not gonna happen in the middle of an emergency. They're not gonna, do a mandatory two years, and so they gotta put in a draft and draft people who don't wanna tipping go into the military in order to protect the country. But let's get back to what did you do in the military? I was a real common keg. Your vehicle Mckenna station where she was in South Carolina. Okay, so you prevent support. That's what I said. I have no problem with that. Nobody said that you have were you in combat boy? Yes, in South Carolina than medics or some other no in Afghanistan and Iraq saloon deplore, oh mamma. I want to get the facts.
You were deployed in Afghanistan and Iraq. And you were a mechanic correct, that's correct! I don't have a problem with that. Oh, if you're saying you don't women should be allowed to engage in combat. That's what I'm saying, but you said you know. I have a problem with the fact that I did your metallic, but you understand shoot weapon, random, no problem with that, but they don't fly jets and we fire rifle or I understand that still support position, you're not in the Infantry I didn't exactly you're, not in the foxholes. What I was talking about I bit agree because in the Marines everybody than infantry men before their anything else did not include women. Ok, fine, I oppose women in combat. Let me pretty this way. Frontline combat. I oppose women in frontline. Combat view also understand that people who have come back for you in private significantly higher rate of promotion, though by saying that
you. Don't think this isn't a women's rights thing to me. That's not why we have a military, the military to protect the american people, Possibly we have certain standards in this country that women are treated differently than men, and I don't have a problem with that. I want my daughter treated differently than my son along. I want my granddaughter treated differently, the Mai. Ran son on my way. I want my wife treated differently than me, but I think it for one per then to decide for the other. But it's not one person. The judge decided that was the one person our societies never supported. Women going in to combat opinion is a decision. Let tat, though, if anything pearl decision in my in my personal opinion, because what do you do if you get a female and inevitably a female commander cheaply failed, let's say very liberal, and she aside? No, I will not blackmail with about, because that's unconstitutional legal, because that has nothing to do with anything. I'm talking about nothing bag.
Why why do people always fall into that That is, if you say I don't want to make a cake for a gay couples. Wedding all of a sudden, but what about black people while that's? the same thing. We are not talking about behaviour you're, not telling about strength. You're, not talking What I'm talking about women- visa, free or versus men has nothing to a black people. Why would he bring that up? Because my example is that it? ray slope when you are not a slippery slope. That's illegal. And it also ideally is no slope at All- is well I don't have a problem with what you did: let's not really defining what I'm talk about? When I use inaccurate language or not? And that's not what talking about I'm talking about when you're going house to House door to door An oblique woman should be involved in that view that every day in country, how they don't we talking about
what on the front lines, every right cops around on the front like I'm talking about a military zone, and you want to keep arguing in the alternative you want to talk about. Black people, you wanna talk about cops, I'm talking about Iraq. I'm talking about Syria agree. Afghanistan, going door to door, room to room and so forth and look I appreciate what you did for the country, you you're a great patriot and I have no problem with that from eight man, woman, point of view course, if you come under attack, you need to be able to shoot back. That's not what I'm talking about. You know what I'm talking about. I did free with what you're talking about. Ok there, that's! Ok, I need to experience. To understand what it really requires. A lot of people who expect well, let me tell you this there's a lot of people who have experienced combat and agree with me.
I don't know anybody in a military really. Well, I remember my grandfather. Forty would Jima. He would have thought it nuts. For and to have landed only regime, the I'm talkin about people. You know better postwar working generation. Why? In a building, because that's a hearing people starting now one another, but I'm talking about all people who served in the military you keep changing. You said it would be good if I served in the military, then I would now, but I know, people who served in the military and many of them agree with me. I don't think it's for a male to decide what is acceptable to them, or not that that, after the commander in chief of the military, the last time I checked he's a male right Last time I checked the judge, who ruled the other way he's a male too. I think these are answers, sir, I think you're throwing in every conceivable sort of cultural argument you.
Think of modern day. Cultural arguments can think. I made a simple point which I dont believe women should be out up clarified in the front lines of combat that That's what I mean is exactly as I gave the example, I think, a father and a husband. And he saw have a right to two expects: a site to protect their wives and mothers and their daughters- and I just wanted a problem that I think we're I also have the right to not want to be protected. My fellow year, assuming that that's irrelevant, because the issue is what's best for the military what's best for national security ones. For the country side about a women's rights issue. Black issue. It's about any that it's not about a men making decisions for women has now that's not the issue at all This used to be well understood its not anymore. I think, if you talk to people at serving Israel when I
many for I brought up Israel. Originally. I love Israel, we're not Israel, they ve sixpence people they face, they face IRAN that has like ninety seventy two, ninety million. Other countries and so forth. They do it out of absolute necessity. Now you said to me regionally if we needed to do it on a necessity as it. Yes, if you need to do it out and assess the I understand, but which started with the draft So the draft- it's not done out of necessity, arguments. I remained in that federal court in Texas. Had nothing to do in the sense of equals. Necessity is not the issue what the It is a bunch of disgusting men in there's not fair way get drafted, and our wives and daughters, though I wanted Thank you for your service. Sixty one hundred mentioned could live in or visit car. Nine years and both I'm in the Marine corps and then at rest time, This is a tremendous service, I haven't on our twenty ten marrow can reckon and it strongly enough. It is a grand slam. Eight hundred car six thousand mentioned Code Levin I lend spoken Washington Ex M Satellite Harry you good evening March. Next to talk again, thank you.
I spent almost twenty nine years in both Marine Corps and time any army. I will say, first and foremost that women provide no force mobile, fire by being in infantry the Rangers special forces etc. What does that mean? I mean it means female, do not add to the combat effectiveness of those types of unit effectively. Now you are sergeant major, so you you You are in a sort of a command structure, correct any kind of desert. He had that's right into the mouthpiece cause, I'm losing you know, I'm dead. I'd bar where once you get so highly specialised in the move up into the leadership I mean I'm wrong, you're, taking away from your specialty, where you were the biggest asset- and I I
The army decided, I was worthy of of being a sergeant major. Why should it? But that say, I was in a very male dominated field. I was aviation and believe me, I cook I took my beating. The only female in female aircraft mechanic. I worked on helicopters far with the first female in that State aviation unit. I was also the first female twenty three flight engineer in the country and I work- way up into actually managing the fight standards programme for the enlisted side of the house, but, but all that I've watched over the past thirty years The men in this country is absent. Being emasculated principle. Where they sit around seven hot cocoa in their foot. Pajamas
and I don't I understand that the military you know effectively syn, the fifth easier, the crimean WAR with when, when a military, first integrated blacks into the military, she had blacks and whites ring in the same view, they weren't segregated, like they were in one more to it than that. That was a positive social experiment. Now we're working toward the negative side of the spectrum as far as the military Eu Social Experiment, in that they think that women are qualified. Yes, you may be a strong woman might where daughter of of anybody. I know in that age group shall be twenty eight next month,
I would say she could Hackett, but I wouldn't want to do that on one about a draft for crying out loud. Why I mean I could see it if they restructured the selective service programmes to wear when high school, seniors, male and female get to that age where they ve gotta run Your purpose, like the service and on a funny site, not my daughter, got one when she was in high school, they had her miss gendered MA. Am we got that fixed? But I am I got it. It was terrible waiting at a fixed, their guess, yeah yeah we didn't get her fixed. We got that nine stood back. I could see if they actually did. You know taking scorn of a high schools, people that need to register register for those like us. This both male and female, give em and on site evaluation. Ok, are you physically capable of alternative com?
suddenly download an ending and designate, This is an area that they could serve and I will guarantee a nine percent of females would not be able to. But that's not what we search me. The bureaucracy, the Pentagon and other places, even pressure from Congress, would change the standards so that they would and like I say I have no problem with these backup positions and so far I am talking about the heavy. In the end, a combat type situation and I suspect the vast majority of husbands fathers agree with me in the vast majority of mothers, agree with me I want to thank you for your service. Leonard, don't get mad at me. I got a role here. Thank you. Thank you to an interesting topic. I don't a federal judge, be common Ali shots. That's for sure pay Fort Bragg, North Carolina. How are you, sir?
they are remarked, vital, were taken. My call appreciate everything you do and I don't agree outermost out. Will you or anybody else? That's just the nature of humans, but I do We would like- and I point whatever persona things like. I support you on this. I commend the young sergeant major young lady, just God for twenty years, I'll get twenty and then the young, Did you see her? I cannot share she's color from airline with you. Then? I guess women serbian support decisions. You know even those using helicopter relation, the gag, that's great, I dont see You should be doing that the combat zone, and the young lady? There was a marine shut you down. Marinas are shows the other soldiers. First, they carry a weapon. Glancing at the army? Aren't you doctor a lawyer, you know whatever York the officers, Caroline Miller, forty five job, the alleged and many of the most of the and shells, Korea and for the sixty, wherever it is nowadays, I don't know,
What percentage of women are, but just do it. Major and the large deviation. United century, forty five or nine Mill Well, I've been retired, Juniors Latona. What version of the military is female. Now, however, I have this debate with Maya twenty, the old daughter and her friends. I shall look right, it's against my face. I'm not gonna. Go into that right now, but don't go anywhere in the Bible, says moment supposed to protect a man. The man is supposed to protect woman. I cannot see my daughter expression interests at one time I shall Rachel, yes older brothers, younger sister younger brother, my thirty, now makes charge Ariel Sharon RARE, proud. Anyhow, We are one of those older brothers try to go on the army had at each other's batches agree and unlocked his name. Public right arm of radio, but he didn't Edith makers because of
sure I'd up his mathematics or whatever you call that part of it the more that battery of a just but anyway, I've got nothing is women's surety support, but my quest and all the Ladys out there. If you're, that patriot and much of a patriot, you wanna sermon military guess what there are sound, jobs out there in the military or do you think all Ali's mail soldiers and sailors intermediary get our chinese one. They are governance structure at a trainer, I would commend the woman an endless. They do that now tourism lawyers you're all the new aviation, the cash, your ear plot pointed just good I'll have to go. You pointed out, there are many many positions in the military that do not require woman to be on the front lines. Choose me and I absolutely agree with you. I also believe that women should not be part of the draft period, let alone a judge ordering it
you for your service peat and for that of your family, to let's grab another one before sir to lay here. Ah, let us go two Doug LOS Angeles, California, eight. We can go back to a masters program or a doctor program or go to a J C make courses get on their legally, be respectful, but right at the point of the documentation Throwing the alternative point of view, this is the only issue would be of people can afford to do this, in other words, take the time off. The profession or from other kinds of work and so forth. All you know for some of us. Like me, I run my own office, I added ours that can be flexible, but a lot of time.
