My mindset around work was weak at best, a struggle to be grateful for my lacklustre career arriving, doctors office a little early for radiation treatment. I knew that radiation was basically poison for my body, but you're doing it because I knew it would help kill off any possible cancer that might spread inside of me on this day. I wasn't sure if I should go inside nearing the end of my treatments, and I just want to be tired anymore. As I sat there and just thought about everything I felt stuck to my
I don't want to open my card or and walk inside. I was the farthest away from feeling grateful I've been in a long time. This was before I really started, building my gratitude practice as my eleven a M appointment time approached. I felt this pressure inside of me. I wanted to just started my car and drive away. the thought of driving away from my family's? Not me out of myself pity and at eleven o too I open my car door in one inside the shift in my perspective came suddenly I had a visualize, my life without my wife and son, to get me to get up and go inside. I felt grateful tat. I had them to go back to each night. If you can learn to ask yourself the right questions, you can develop the ability to shift in perspective in an instant at this time. In my life I didn't understand the power of questions and how powerful self inquiry can be if done well. I was very unhappy with myself and my job. I love my wife
concerned, and that was what got me out of bed in the morning. I preach Do them so much that it kept me going fast for ten years. I've done a lot of inner work on myself cancer diagnosis, treatment and staying mostly healthy during these years has been a huge motivator. For me, I've made so many important realizations through asking myself tough questions that I began to turn it into a process. This five question method has helped me create. Quick mindset shifts their brought me back to a calm state when a feeling overwhelmed. sad, angry, tired, etc. You shall go through the process. I am able to get a little more insight into my mind. Set the five questions are number one is a good or bad number. Two is one hundred percent good or bad number? Three. Why do you feel this

What opportunities could come out of this situation, What I found is that nothing is one hundred percent good or bad and asking myself these questions helped me to process my emotions, for example, air. I guess I'll write these words. to help others there. Many other good things in my life number three. Why do I feel this way? I feel it

I really like this one practical tips, but also some theory for you.
