281: THIS is Why your Anxiety is getting Worse


Yeah, we're gonna do it. We're going to talk about anxiety. If you've hung out with me for a while then you know that anxiety is something I've battled with, lived with, overcome and then battled with again. Me and anxiety go way back. I've done episodes on anxiety before, but this one is going to be a little different because of something specific I've noticed; even though more and more people are opening up about their experiences of living with anxiety, it's getting worse, not better. And I think I know why, so today my goal is to separate you, separate your sense of self, from your anxiety for long enough to give you a different perspective on it. I'm not a doctor or a psychiatrist, but I am a person who has been living with anxiety for over a decade and someone who has learned to thrive in spite of anxious thoughts.
