Billy Smolinski was born January 14, 1973. His missing flyers describe him as a caucasian male, 6 foot tall, 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. At the time of his disappearance his left ear was pierced. He has a tattoo of a blue cross on his left shoulder and a tattoo that reads Pruitt on his forearm.
