I dare Thompson firm, Atlantic and from our plain english podcast Talkin about CO bid in the misconceptions in some mistakes. The media has made with that and then finally, my favorite guest, as always my daughter, those events do in her ear anti culture word. So this is a bulbous podcast bring in project. I dare Tacitus here he writes the Atlantic Coast, a pack ass, far ass tat. We had four five six weeks, but six weeks of this fact,
makes this grey area. Please English, which has been super smart, I've learned a lot. It's been everything we fought for you. You were like a fish out of water. With that thing, unbelievable statues, just just right away of its like a finnish podcast, great stuff, I've had so much fun doing it s been really really cool. Just like having so my closest friends in journalism on the path to talk economics technology a little I'm a crime that politics SAM, it's really gonna last, so I'm having a lot of fun. In plain English, we're heading two, why now we're heading into doesn't twenty to a lot of people are get carbon out from normal combat, but everyone has agreed. These are mild symptoms. Unless you have some stuff brown with you in the first place right, but for most normal, healthy people. If you get on a car, no definite getting a flip every time. I read something about this: it's always like panic headline thing cases skyrocketing cases doubles the fight that and buried might the eleventh or twelve paragraph will always be in the sea
See director you know said. though, the symptoms are mild that that I and then it goes at what point do we go? worried that the media is sensationalize in this stuff because it makes were good news that people want to read. People want to consume it, people ABC drifting to the covert pieces. I feel and I don't have a dog industry, some that I once out of that of the other, just watching it as somebody who has two kids who have had covered impact, their life and there's the where mass in schools and it's his generation now, that's basically being raised on fear. Start get concern that that this panic stuff is going. how far you are the most neutral guy, no other stuff. What do you say? So? I wouldn't you can have it back here and real.
We talk about how the media, when it comes to covert, has always separated itself into teams like any sports league. It's always separate itself in a teams, and sometimes it takes a little bit of trying to figure out exactly with the teams. Are so you two twenty twenty the first edge the pandemic? It was pretty clear what the teams work. It was team pandemic persisted flew and team flew basely said it's just the flu and they were wrong and they said nothing hence my life and the impending except this is different. We should ban, which is socially distance. We should close the office the seconds there's the pandemic. Those teams became even clearer. It was the vaccine, research, team, anti vaccine and you can sort of tells or predict which kind of people going flow into which kind of teen basin, where they were in twenty twenty. This third stage the pandemic is the strangest one of those created. One has only been around for maybe about a month or maybe a few months and most important action here. Most important should have team
Asian is happening among vaccinated Americans. I think you're seeing the emergence of two sub groups within vaccinate. Americans, of team vaccinated and still very, very, very, very cautious and your team vest in pretty much ready to get the hell on with my life and then whose media has disproportionately come from team. Very, very cautious and it's been difficult. I think two separate themselves to choose a party. Nothing was happening during a variant like I'm, a crime which is a little bit complicated because, on the one hand, One is really really transmissible. There are a lot of grace cases and we are used to reporting on. A variety of the pandemic by looking at cases but
the very really does seem to be milder for the vast majority of people who get it. I don't think it's exactly as mild as the flew. To be honest, I dont know how much worse than the flu it is, but it clearly doesn't seem to be exactly as severe as previous as previous strains of of coal self and I think you're, starting to see a different organizations, are reacting to this new severity. The NBA changes its rules, the NFL changed its rules, but with a media itself, I think you do see has, as you pointed out, some people reporting. I'm crime like it is exactly as dangerous per person is Delta and that's clearly not true they're, not reporting every There is to know about this disease. There may be a little bit afraid gives. You know a pieces of news that there are two good that there are seem too optimistic about this variant, but I just think it so it's fusing time for the media, because the combination of really
transmit, civility and lack of evidence about about you know it being more severe, has caused a lot of consternation about exactly how to represent this threat. Yom looking there's there's these big hype believe, verbs and adjectives that were seeing, especially in the headlines that don't seem to measure up with what actually like I'm looking at my apple news, and this is where a really I got the idea to be like. I attacked the Derek about this in the pot map on this has like forty five stores right. If I just foot to that- and I was like known what's going on right now, its unprecedented corona virus cases, yield new year's warnings. That's the first said by familiar types. Next, one is covered. Vaccines are safe and effective for children, courted three CDC studies but before it had been about, it's always surge its unprecedented its outbreak. It's these words that are your words honestly that make you scared, and I guess my question is: are we just going to Spain? We spent
thousand twenty one living in fear for most of the time re in their seem like there is daylight in April, there is day lead in Maine. It's like I once I get vaccinated now, I'm to be safer and all I won't be able to transmit the virus to somebody else. Will that turned out to be true and it's like? Oh, I could be vaccinated. I can still give this to somebody else. I can get the virus again. I thought that wasn't supposed TAT so now. There's mistrust with the information we were given in the spring, and you know the last part of last winter because its I was told this thing, and now this didn't happen So is this a fake news thing or is it oh wait? Maybe these vaccine we had no idea is we're, make them as fast as possible, so there's just mistrust and can using all over the place. I see with every conversation. I have now six my kids can be able to go back to school or my kids can be able to play sports again. What are we truly afraid of what, if I may seem to be?
Should I does that mean? I have to quarantine for ten days and is just these moving goalposts We saw again this week up. It's you doctor, quarantine for ten days, that's five! It's that we just drop their from ten to five overnight, so I had you may how you processes, if you're normal person who just want to get back to your life I didn't really important for the media and for other institutions IPCC to build trust by being honest about when they got things wrong. So, although first, what I got wrong, The vaccines is it. I thought that these vaccines, we're gonna, hold up much better against infection, and they didn't, reason they didn't. I think, has to do with the fact that delta and I'm a chronic urge Notre variance that we didn't see. You know a year ago, and so we couldn't measured the effects, the vaccines against them, and they did those. Those variants were very successful at breaking through against vaccination against
two shots now. This is the way that I've come to. Think of the vaccines have come to think of them a little bit like a castle defence system, so casual offence system has a wall, and then it has nights inside the wall. The wall is the metaphor for neutralizing antibodies, which are the little things: the glass under the virus and keep it from connecting to the cells and then that the nights are the metaphor for your tea cells, What the vaccine seem to do is yes, these things break through these variants get over the wall, but what happens once they're inside the castle? The knights kick the shit out of them. The t sell immunity. That is spurred by the vaccines just really really well against these against the against the virus. even better than the text from the whole cast defence system does even better when you get boosted because you get boosted, that's it,
but like rebuilding your castle walls, so that the virus has an even get inside of the castle. So what am I saying big picture? What I'm saying is that I was wrong about the degree to which this vaccine would protect against infections, but I was right about the degree to which this vaccine with predict would protect against severe cases, and I do think the media and other institutions should be a little bit clearer about this. But what I just said that it's ok, for science to be wrong in the short term, but you need to be clear with the public about what you got wrong, should have people trust you when you say things again: they they trust you to be an honest broker about everything that you can see: So what would I'm seeing from the data that I'm looking at is that I'm a crime is basically like a model army. There is b matching into whatever I've been listened to a lot of Mongol? Our report has recently, so I won't let you different of metaphor here but smashing into like medieval
hungry and its own- coming all of the walls, but then nice inside the castle are doing a really good job of cleaning it up, and that is scary. I think, because there are a lot of people in this country who are immune, compromise to our elderly, for whom the vaccines might not work as well, because their Tito immunity for a variety of reasons, might not be a strong through a lot of people who and really vulnerable, but we should be clear that all the evidence that we're looking at from South Africa to the? U K to Europe, to Canada, to across the? U S, seems to be telling us the same story when it comes to honour crimes. This thing is doing very well Marion Izzy's breaking into a lot of castles, but the t cell immunity, the knights, are doing a good job, clearing it up inside the castle and that's why we're not in March two thousand and twenty we're not in June two thousand and twenty we're not in December two thousand and twenty. This is different and we should probably start to think about changing our rules and changing.
Bits to reflect that different threat. Yeah. We ve been wrong in this part when you ve been on it. We you know there is a moment in time, and I think it was it is this part basically everywhere in March, where Paper Saint get vaccinated, you will have the fence. You, Babbler transmitted to your loved ones. You have responsibility, get it, and now I think you know people. rightly going wait a second I thought I wasn't supposed to be able to. If I had. If I was asymptomatic, I thought I wasn't then supposed to give it to somebody else. I specific you're, not back stated on boosted. I know you are too. I think I am I personally and I know this has become a person decision for a lot of people, but I think it would be kind of crazy not to give vaccinated boasted just because out rather neck. This would be advanced at it, but the part out I'll get as if we, especially for in a situation where a bunch of people like that you're in a school such work
you're in a high school, where they're doing covert tests in all these different things and making sure whatever? If your vaccinated and your boosted and let's say you get overcrowd I'm a proud overcrowd. I thought I'm a crowd. I love you gotta hit on the cry for those related you get. It is like a right so How long can you live with it? Is it transmittable should use You have to shut down your life for a week. Should we move to this world thou? Where are we just can be in mass? Are there could be more variance? Is? Is this you be the new reality of how we live, and if that is the new reality of with how we live, how do we We make it more manageable so that we don't raise an entire generation of people who were in fear, which, I think is what. we're we're heading with an entire class of people between the ages of what fifteen and soon five people either uttering high school paper in college. People just got out of college who this is just how they lived out for twenty four months.
How do we make it a little easier on those people, while also keeping all the people say that we need to keep safe, because I just think we ve been protecting ourselves left or right, I told the story last week on paper, but like we flew, flew back to Boston. Last week, Whereas bass and on the planned by the way, they don't checked, backs guards on the plains, because they just want everybody's money. So whatever you get on the plane got, keep your mass, then it's like hey the foods here, hey the snacks or here hey your drinks here. Take the mass off an hour on a planet in people turn our backs on its like what? How does this makes sense? So if I'm on a plane for six hours and eighty two some time have a mask on I'm safe I'd, say I'm not. what are we doing enough? That stay over overriding theme over and over again is what are we doing? What's the master plan? This contradicts this. This country, Is that what are we doing and who's in charge? And it doesn't seem like anybody is yeah
think is really important. When you look at full faces the the grave as risk from covered at large enamored kinds, specifically it they don't seem to be the elderly and veto compromised, so what I would if I were Clovis Tsar, is I would devise. I would encourage people to be careful about mixing households with the with the elderly ending in a compromise I would be having a. I would a vaccine mandate for nursing homes, certainly, but aside from that, I do starting to wonder whether He made a mistake. Closing too many things Jimmy looks to me like schools, initially March, two thousand and twenty April, two thousand and twenty when there was a total sort of a nationwide freak out about this thing. Of course, we were closing everything left and right. We didn't know what to stock. What what this virus actually did. I think that we learned a couple things in the last two years. Are almost you is one. We have learned that this virus poses much lower risk to children than we initially feared,
and number two? We learned that the learning loss from closing schools has been awful and has been particularly awful or lower income and minority students who don't have the same kind of access to the internet. Higher in time and non minority students do so. I think school closures have been a colossal missed and a huge nation wide problem, and I think that by demonstrations this case is right that going forward, we should do everything that we possibly can to not close calls for an extended period of time going forward in Accra, on or after I I think that you know we're not at a place. We have heard immunity right now. Obviously there are hundreds of thousands of cases today, but we are nearing a point where we are beginning to learn it is this virus is going to be with us for a long period of time, and we asked we have to react to the evidence that we can see and
what I would do is try to draw like a port in around the elderly. Ending. Compromise, while trying to keep the rest of society as open as possible. So here's one way you can think about doing that for what about what about? Would you throw like obese people in there shit, I'm not entirely sure about the increased risk of of the obvious to two to covertly, it relates to people who are, you know over seventy over eighty from, We are better stats for the other data banks, exactly exactly where we have with us how to give certainty about that. About that evidence, so we look just talking from my own life. I then I've been eating it. France, either mostly living a normal life. At the same time that to go. I had plans to visit my ninety three year old grandmother who lives in Detroit. I couldn't get my and on a rapid test or a pcr chest in time, and so my wife and I just cancel the trip. We said you know what is a surge of cases right now. We
dont want to mix households without having time to do a test determine if we are contagious through it? I guess this trip and will hopefully do something in two months from his comecon wave, which should the patient s reports be shorter than other waves when some upon waves is hopefully over but this is one way. I think that you can have an attitude towards this phase, the pandemics it says I am Thirdly, as a vast as a boosted, individual gonna live emotionally normal life, but when it comes to making a decision that call, this is me to live indoors within ninety three year old for three days. Ok, then, I'm going to take a little bit more caution, and wonder what a policy like that looks like when you spread it across the country is probably a lot more complicate. Just you know, by casting a ship to see my mommy, but I do think that that's probably where we should start. I don't want to start with closing schools and doing a lot of the policies that extremely detrimental to kids lives, and it's twenty and trying to, but on the other hand, that I'm with you
do, but on the other hand, if you have teachers in those goals, for they are thus it gonna work, then that that's where the fact We don't really seem to have the court uncle codes are which I added. I wish I'd rather be number unbelievable title, but the fact that just every rule is different. The leaderships all over the place. The information is all over the place. It's hard for me to say that some you know sixth grade teacher yeah, you should go to work. You know, or whatever tell anybody gotta work. I I think, that's that's where we struggle with this stuff, but I just feel like if we're looking at positives right, twenty were now twenty two months in. Do we hear about positives enough. I guess it is positive that this new variant is much more miles. Then the two variance it came before. What does that mean Does that mean we're heading in the right direction? But does that mean there's another bad very coming is just gonna be how this go.
And then the other pieces like do we have to start thinking about this? I just the same way with it influenza, measles and other things that we ve grown up with getting shots with here. Bout hang about polio way back. When is can it be life? This is gonna, be in our life. It's not going away. There it's gonna be variants, and now we have to figure out how to live and move on verses just to be in constant fear of it. Where you stand on that I believe in reaction to threats as the feds actually exist. I try, as in his heart, is. I can't shoot to deal with the evidence as it presents itself in a typical flew year. The flu kills. Maybe sixty seventy thousand people,
now today about thirteen as the thirteen hundred people are dying a year are dying day. So, if you must know that across the year, that's about you know four hundred to five hundred thousand deaths, which means you're looking at something like eight times worse than the flu, I dont believe in responding to covered as if it is the flu today, because it's not like the flu today, it is chilling like eight nine, More people are on a daily basis in the fluid. At the same time, I think we are likely moving in the direction in which case in which it will kill fewer people a day for a variety of reasons. more immunity from natural immunity, more immunity for vaccines and boosters and honour crimes seem This might be the best piece of news that we ve gotten in the last six months. I don't think it's don't mention enough. I'm Francine, to confer immunity to Delta, which means that all
people that are getting on the crime are likely to be immune, are or a passing quantity immune to delta variances well daddy really really good. That would that would predict that into the spring of twenty twenty, two, your likely to see covered deaths decline rather genetically I worthy prepared in the future to have a different attitude towards covert way, in which we are in a really encouraging Oliver schools to stay open, an end and not to close any period of time and in which we are basically to live a relatively normal life across the economy, but I I am I am mildly defensive of you- know my friends, the media and my friends in terms of public health institutions that are at least for this very moment in time saying. Yes, we should point out the good pieces of news. I'm a crime we see more miles from arrogance and people around the world number one and never to endocrine, seems to provide. the against the other various and were I wanted to emphasise the Good NEWS, but I also think that it is
yet for the time being to not all the way toward covert is justified because it clearly is killing a lot more people than the flu would at this moment did that's good advice. There seems to be a middle ground that were needed in these days and I think that's the thing that concerns me the most, because we're still doing the same stuff we're doing. in two thousand to twenty in two thousand, the first part, two thousand twenty one with how we think about how we are supposed to act, the public than some some states lifted stuff. Other states have brought stuff back. and there is a lack of cohesion that kind of ties in with the way everything has gone in this country for the past five six years right now, it's like the people who found Allah leg like those people like double down now like see, I told you look. a backtrack, and here there the other way. The states who have practised,
ass. They really lax attitude toward this stuff the studies are coming out for the two years and I it been shocking to you that the numbers aren't that different. The penny state. I don't. I dont know how to make sense of that it and at first saw whether at a soccer thing with my daughter November, two thousand twenty twenty and we were walking around- was the first time we kind of bit out outside a California seeing all these people in the restaurants with no mask and we're like all my god and then it cycle so widen the surges, so there's no Reimer reason that any of this and its left me more confused than ever. I usually like that. I usually like have angles and things I don't really have hang on this, I dont know how to make sense of one thing about it: in a year, will the sparse people- I know you ve, made sense of some of it, but there's some data that just doesn't make sense inward twenty two months in and I can't reconcile it. I'm sure you can either you do anything
there's a there's, an emerging philosophy on this is that you can try to think of it, like team inevitable, which says this disease this The virus is inevitable. Everyone is to get it. The question is when they get it. How protected will they be? and that's a strong argument in favour of not just vaccines and boost but maybe- and I'm not making this argument, but maybe arrogant just mandating it for everything. For basically saying look. We have is a high degree of certainty that you are going to get this disease and we want to protect you as much as planned was there we're gonna mandate, vaccines for everyone and the way that I've seen it back met. Vaccine mandate has been relatively successful. Work and tried, but they ve also stirred up a lot of political animosity, and I dont know how I know how wise it's going to be for a lot of you know. Governors and leaders of sort of moderate states, a mandate them for everybody, but that maybe that's out of here and there. I think that you're actually writing.
look across the world and you say what are the countries that have really really done this? Well, you can pick out a few. You can look at Japan, you can look at South Korea. You can look at maybe some countries in Europe, but it's really hard to devise like a total pattern, like full philosophy, the same where you could from like? You know what we do with usually works like a sports, the where you say, look, The changes that are taking more three pointers game are clearly going more points. We should take what the pointers again. That's a pattern. You can see, threw out the data and that leads you to clear conclusion. Right, I don't see the same kind of patterns for the non pharmacy. interventions the MP eyes like social distancing or masking it's much harder to be shown. Conclusions there with easier to reach conclusions is vaccine share the states that have the mortal that have higher share vaccines, their dying less the counties that have the highest
that seems their dying less. The countries that have a heart you go on and on and on the vaccines, clearly work in preventing against severe illness and death, but eyes the besides that it has been a harder than I anticipated to draw clear conclusions between policies, behaviour and outcomes. The vaccines just were swamp everything in terms of in terms of their power, and so maybe that's the only place you can really land tears. To tell your friends tell your family and increase people in your life to get back to you in a booster, because it does seem to be the clearest evidence, maybe would it help if, instead of reporting cases and rising cases and things like that, we had multiple categories? like severe on this cases and death, and if we put those no better, broader contacts versus just like cases are up cases. Europe had sexual cases are up, but if people are needed and or boosted or if there are symptomatic, should they be counted. Should that car,
as much as somebody who gets covert in there in the hospital for three four ways cause. I think having that data would really help. People understand how important it is. What you just said that you, when you get vaccinated and or boosted hearing about, position of fight this thing. If you get it, you just are all the evidence says that now yeah, but it's also says that you can still transfer to another person which we did not think that months ago I get it, but I just wish That stuff was out there more prominently than just covered surge cases up and to me it feels like panic headline stuff, and I I just don't like it. I don't think it's pretty. Yet at the end of the day, what we want is we want people to be safe and we Initially the cases where the best proxy for measuring this pandemic. But then you saw this split between cases and outcomes a lot of people were getting the disease, but they were breakthrough cases, and so they weren't is likely to get severely ill. Then you look at hospitalizations. Hospitalization
thank you right are pretty- are a pretty good indication of the severity of the pandemic, but what they wish to see with hospitalizations because there are so many a symptomatic and my old breakthrough on the crime cases. People and we saw this in south africa- is really interesting. People go to the hospital fer, you don't. Let's say they broke their leg and then they be tested for covered and then they would be positive for covert without delay not even here for carbon, I'm in the hospital with covert barometer hospital for my broken leg. So then it looked like the best way to measure this affair. The pandemic wasn't cases and wasn't hospitality It was, I see you admissions right, severe hospital patients. If you look at that, if you look, as I see you admits in South Africa and in England and in New York and across the country that where the most optimistic data for the army, Kron Wave seems to live it we weeks
clearly seem to be seeing a a smaller share of people who test pause, differ on the crime winding up in the I see you for whatever reason, maybe that maybe the variant is intrinsically milder, maybe the vaccines or pay His illness prefer really really strong immunity, t sell immunity, but we just see fewer eyes. You cases that's really news, and I am with you- I I wish the media with clearer about reporting the Good NEWS with the same clarity with which we report the bad news, but I think that my big picture thesis here is an arm across really is just extremely confusing and are. There are reasonable, smart, none, ideological journalists that are just a little bit frazzled about how exactly two communicates. What that, like the threat that Amazon if economic imposed to people, because this show so transmissible but also significant,
milder and it may not threaten to twenty I've you're old at all, but it might threaten a typical eighty five year old significantly, and so how do you have you communicate risk when risk means two completely different things he's too a twenty five year: ninety five year old and white, so so contagious and enter antipathy. Somehow it really is just just eight a strange evolution of this disease, and I guess I were at work with you to land on this is to say it's. The press always has the option of communicating the conclusion that thing is just strange that we are just human beings like you, like the readers working our way through a very complicated emerging mystery without having the full one hundred percent answer to it. that doesn't work for Apple NEWS, the rays we communicate negativity with a hundred percent certainty and positively with a ten percent certainty. I will do better at communicating everything with the proper degree of certainty. I would
more data at their legs smarter at the same way like our basketball, where we went from. I feel I get. Oh you like this. The way recovering covered down. If you go back, look at the way they did box scores for the NBA in like the sixties and seventies, and it was just like field goals made free throws made points. You know you be like Derek Thompson at twenty eight point: six he was ten eight hundred and twenty eight, and that was all I could learn from the boxer right and then bye he's gotTA, USA today comes in the box or get a little wider. That's I go now. I feel go attempts and free third Sampson of there's some three point: attempts and steals a box and now have a better picture for what somebody's game was now in this arid two thousand twenty one had intended to where I can. I know that, Graham, Williams is shooting fifty five percent from the corner and threes. I don't just those Report thing: I know that he is number one corner trees. He eyed I
somebody's percentages in the restricted area- that's that's! The kind of stuff covered though Phil. I guess the nineteen sixty Zambia Box course is just like cases death. I see you think I will What does this mean? That is different than what it was like a year ago, so different to what it was six months ago has changed in the last two months: Nobody is doing this work and if they are not be I'm not getting shown that work. Where is it I love that, if I could, if I can take this, is perhaps to further, I would say that I'm a crime is the rustle Westbrook Variant, because if you look at it, fashion score? You're, like oh, my god, it's filling up the bar score thirty points fifteen rebounds fifteen o says, but then you stand. You, president, that that plus minus extension of European Box, for that gives you the four plus this and they are wholly unpredictable. It's like NATO, Russia, Westbrook had a triple a boy and he was plus fifteen in the game or merely Russia. Westbrook had a triple double
and he's minus thirty and is twenty six minutes right? You can't see the impact just by looking at the initial statistics and that's kind. where we ve been with IRAN, but got. We then really really good at measuring cases. Really really good at measuring early hospital admits, but those data might confounded the ultimate conclusion, which is that on a crime on a per case basis is actually milder, and then you ve got to daddy. further, ok, for whom is unbecoming actually really severe, is severe if the UN vaccinated the invested, who are old, the vaccine that but not boost and who are very old in their eddies nineties. That's the ultimate plus minus that you want to see from the box for that's the, so what not just the what but the soul. And I do think you're right it we're in a phase the pandemic right now we're we're looking at Russia. Will Russia westwards Box score, but we don't see the author plus minus if his contribution the team and that's what we're working towards all they don't know that I had thirty eight points, but he took thirty seven shots.
That is all we, that is, the maid, feel Gaza, the maid fritter, so yeah, I'm just hoping for two thousand twenty two we is our go up a level with the information that we have in the stuff, and I think, if the two, biggest mistakes. I think the media made, I would include the two of us is just thinking being told this information. If you get vaccinated here are the things that will one hundred percent happen and the hundred percent that's a hundred percent right, so that was one thing. The second thing was a media issue of whatever site, this virus have variants you you said this by pod initially. But I don't think that was communicated to the general public correctly. Like hey here's covered, there will be more strains of it. They're going to come out of Different countries and they're gonna come out of nowhere and they're gonna act differently than the previous thing. This is how viruses because the more you read about this stuff, every scientist said the same thing. It's like this is year, one of them
is going to be a slug. This be years, there's be different. Strains Armenia's build up, what the vaccines will get better. sure have ahead on this. How many here but we don't know but strains are coming. I don't feel like that was communicated correctly deal no I'd only was gonna get it ideally at all, and I put myself in the in the category of of people who are wrong about this. I did not anticipate that the jail to waive would be as severe as it was. I do not intend to pay that. A variant like I'm crying would come through and be able to break so many castle walls so many doubly vaccinated people. I didn't dissipate either those things nodded that experts that I spoke to, but I dont want to pretend that I am not blaming. The expression is telling you how, where I got my my information from from scientists, I that is important to be clear: support for the media to be clear about how we were wrong and how we were right. So we try to set a good example,
The way I was wrong was never one eye. I wildly underestimated how successful variants we're going to be at breaking through doubly vaccine. People where I was right is about the protection of the vaccines to severe on this and I think we just need to go forward by you know getting a little bit smarter. If you said, was a sort of advanced box score analysis of what's happening on the ground. Should I keep both eyes open for? What's Ashley? happening, and what is actually happening right now is number one. On the contrary, are going crazy hundreds of thousands of new cases today but numbered We do seem to have pretty clear evidence, not just from the U S, not just in South Africa, but around the world, that on a per person basis, especially if you're, vaccinated as best or or have national unity, This is a milder disease than previous variance or the Oji Krona virus, and we should start to think
about which we think is a good sign. We thing, which I think is a good sign that is a positive widow, we're not a hundred percent sure, but we're pretty sure that that's a good site we approve that's a good sign. Yes and I'm not. I do. I do want to make any any overly strong predictions, but a eight. Let me put it this way, a variant that is very contagious and not particularly mild that does provide immunity to other variance is is much much better than something like Delta, which was very severe and did not provide any kind of immunity or do not might a strong community COMECON show. So there are reasons yes to be optimistic, but I would just encourage people. I guess you got to go back to me. I said a few minutes ago encourage people to recognise that America is It is not just a bunch of people with the same risk to covert it's really more like like three or four different rags,
one ring in the middle is people who are nine seniors and boosted. A ring just outside of em are people that are doubly fascinated and not seniors, and the range of that sort damn are the major sets out of them are people that are extremely elderly or on vaccinated entirely and this disease. Just posted a very different threat to those rings, and so I think just be mindful of when we are mixing with people. Indifferent ranks it mean entirely changing your life. It does mean having a kind of clarity about what You are putting someone that you love or at work or just bring someone else at risk with this with his Burien. But this is really interesting. I appreciate it, and I
pack ass, to have learned a lot, even in the five or six weeks, can't wait to see where it goes in two thousand and twenty two lots to discuss as we anticipated just used every day with the way things are going these days and check in the world's politics. Everyday ass, he cannot acts, so happy new year. Thanks for coming items can see trees. Observable summons pack has brought by simply safe. If you ever want to know, what's happening at home and are not there, while were big fan of the new wireless outdoor came from simply safe. Let's see what's happening outside read from your phone alert you in any one approaches, so you always know who's there. Here's the thing about the wireless outdoor cameras couple thanks. First, they deter people who see the camera, who might be thinking about breakin in your house to look at the corral ago. Witnesses
Am I being recorded that's good, also, if they're trying to break in you can see them from inside your house or you have video of it after supper. no, I wouldn't want to supersede, has everything you need to keep your home safe less than one dollar a day and you can set up and around thirty minutes no long term contracts are commitments, customize the perfect system for your home in just a few minutes at some perceived that calm slashed, be as today, and if you go to day and claim a free internet security, camera plus twenty percent off with interactive muttering. That's a deal that could happen for you go to say, put to us said Perceval COM, Slash B, BS eyes were it is ten thirty Pacific time, a rigorous here. We have been having some success with millions of Europe. like we always do in December? One almost a million bucks. Last week, eight hundred seven thousand hours we're up five hundred fifty three thousand for the year positive we'd like to get at the seventh.
Here's heading into the plants which I think we can do before we do. That, though, tell me about the car does because they are they. Let us down on Christmas. I dont have they let us down, because did we bet on them? I can remember we didn't we little. We didn't. I stayed away, yeah I'd better them personally. They let me down, but we recruit refused ourselves, could do in the game right which, thank God, there is a crazy kings, very stat that I saw on Twitter about what happens to his teams. In the second half of the year, the car games one through seven. This year, they're seven Adele rest of the year three and five year before after game, seven, three and six year before two and seven, then he go back to Texas Tech after game. Seventy five thousand two hundred and forty two three
for one and four: is that just an aberration, bizarre stat? Or is there something there? What do you say? I don't know they didn't have Deandre Hopkins on the field and these games are losing. I think, they're really missing him down a lotta alot of analysis, and I was surprised to see it was well Christian, Kirk age. A green and ran down more like the answer is one of the top three wide receivers and the leak. So he goes down. They have at once and say they lost him. Now all add in this I was on I'd lines for the game there pomp there looking good, everything's right caught Mccoy, who had known for quite some time walked by and I wasn't sure eggs like. What's our duties got to help it honours it. Whether these are punter is down with covered so um building today and I'm hang, I only whatever I don't I'll go back and quarterback is I've never done that before I know is I never have done that twelve years and the NFL, and am I right sure enough. Fifty one yards Prater Snap comes out laces in Miss next one day at the touch down extra point, Miss called got reply
if they had the punter than when it started holding, but like that kind of shit, you can account for that right. Our pointers downward obeyed and that's in other winning that game if they had either one of those and their up early I'll go one step further at the to be critical of the of the cardinals. I will say this: there isn't that sense of urgency and I don't know if that's vague and real for the cameras enable like cliff is an evil killed guy and that's his greatest strength and I'm starting to wonder if that could be his greatest negative in and you can say what Bela checks even killed. But no you see Bell check at the guy's together and get that fiery speech and the deeper
but he made soon Mcveigh is always fired up and you got through the championship. Coaches is always that moment, I'm on that sideline Christmas Day and like Kyler, no real urgency, the guy that was the most fired up on the sidelines, Buddha Baker and he's a safety- and I don't know it can come from a safety in a kind of want to see clipping. Kyler feel the same urgency that the quarterback and coach usually feel, but it's almost as if they were intimate Sunday they woke up. They clinched apply of spot. I'm not sure if that urgency is suddenly going to be here, the final two weeks either. It might just be one of those deals where trust us play off we're gonna put it all together, could Kyler talking to him. Lastly, before we did our podcast he's like people say, I can't win the game. The became laugh at that because in ice,
I went forty three now and in college. I want plenty, a big games and it hasn't happened at the NFL Lovely epilogue, come on like it'll help it there's no sense of like wait a second. Maybe I can't when the big aim and again that could help that can hurt, but I really think the big thing was no Yonder Hopkins, because at the end of that game, age, a green wasn't break into play and Norway, Christian Cargan. They did have rondeau more. It just didn't feel like they had the guns to go and just put up often right away like day, and we expect them to do and these teams same bounding determined not to let Kyler break out on either side of the packet and on top of it, it doesn't see my keys as eggs to scramble Iraqis donor. I see the same thing. We talked about It was a little bit on Sunday and this bad. Only Russia worsens this year I was shocked. I watch football day Sunday and I thought he was one of the worst max. I watched that game as alternative weapons, pennies doing doing really well. For them they have calf to have locket.
Their plan and ban some bad weather. But in the past I used to be not a huge issue for him and he just as the the same. Guided me he's not bring around he's not this threat, and I feel same way watching Kyler, where I either teams were so scared him now it seems I gave kind kind of unlocked Budgets keep em in the middle and he short and he's gonna have trouble seeing other people, and will you be able to get back pause down and he's his sight. Lads Ruby off, whereas, like you looked at with the paths, try to do with Josh Alan, where data what's in that much you know, there's some really interesting. Advanced metrics I'd, send the house on Josh Alan and his numbers go down the path to the opposite. They laid back, they paid Nick orally. Some of the dime there a lot of zone stuff and basically just telling Josh Allen, just methodically go down the field on us. We don't think you could do it and he just did it for for core
He had one of the great games but was also able to run when he needed to. I don't see that from Kyler. I don't see that sense of others is what my tea needs in this game. I'm just gonna do it! So then, when you go back to the personality peace, I do think teams get their personalities from the coach in the queue be with the exception of. If they haven't us defence right, sometimes the defence can become the personality. The team, thirty fences good its outlay, but I do wonder if there's something to what you're talking about here, where you have Kyler, who just seems, same demeanor, no matter what the situation is an unclear foods. You know he's like the bread, Stevens type he's just on that I advise you just gotta watch it and when there is a real urgency, those I? I would hope that average see this week, even though the bar to quench the planned spot, because that difference of We need the odyssey West verses, having to go on the road in that five seed, which are probably going to be, I think, that's that's. I wouldn't find them.
much rather play in Arizona than in their allies. Stating where would you would you take on that, while there there in foreign, that Arizona Stadium and you know well, maybe they so maybe that I'd rather investing their seven and one on the road in their three and four. Now, of course, they haven't wanna game since November at this point, but Kyler is eight no at that stadium in Texas because he won his cot highschool championships there. Anyone in college there a bunch of these eight. I wonder if killers more comfortable in Dallas than he would be in Arizona all add this to the stuff with Kyle. He had one great run to start that game on sat. The fifty Arden they did the Amazon Speed and it was twenty five miles per hour and it's like or I don't see you can't tell me it's our he's banged up in its health than its, so they still have that. It's just can you unleash now? Let's assume James honours back with his heel injury and, let's assume that Rondeau more comes back and suddenly you circuit in pieces better. I would hope to think that they have a better, a better its offensive attack, but gosh it it was day
and on Saturday debt and like it, then I think that is a bad sign. I really do. I think that's a bad sign that the path sauce to the bills, but the bills played awesome in that ain't right. There was a big game for the past, but the boy, We're incredible pats hung around, even though they weren't play well, and you think, like that Jade Jesse Jackson drop Peck with seventy five minutes left Our finally throws us one in the gay bows by an incredible: that's the one Take he makes Jackson jobs it, but if we get that were on the Buffalo thirty five seven minutes, I have to have a chance to steal the guy, Arizona had a chance to steal that game last weekend. bunch of different ways- they left a lot of points in the table, but at the fourth quarter was really. Concerning summit, the lacquered see Kyler seemed college said that a breath nobody was get open, there's no weapons on the outside. My Christian Kirk is not a number one in Asia Green those great stories. It was so now you're.
Kyler to go, do at all and a lot of quarterback say: ok, bring it on. Let's go, I think. That's collars mentality, but like he shows up, shows up to the game, are in Oakland Athletics, Josiana, find out in the drafting and baseball great there's, no real urgency. The court's afterwards, don't we I feel like he's as burned as some of fans at some point, the fan of the team and the and the observers in Carson Palmer, who was interviewed by Dave Pash, actually on a podcast that I think, pushes passions, Parkinson's, like a cardinals podcast because he's the play by plague after their radio. Was like the body language is concerning, like I don't know yet isler, and at that damning, like Carson, Palmer and Dave Pash like two cardinals, people are like the body language is there so I thought that way watched it cause. I bet on the cards. I had them in a parlor t item tease and in the fourth quarter I didn't feel confident it didn't seem like they were. Confiscated then see my bad there to see on the flip side Dallas who
pretty locked it now. You know, and their fate by five and a half in this game and we're not gonna bet on this game, but we thought about it. We talked about it. We talked about different scenarios, did the lack of urgency with down swear. Does it really matter of your two three or four? Probably not on the other hand, they have their three defensive guns. Back all add on that county digs. But now you have Lawrence back your parsons, you have Gregory and you have three: let pass Russia's altogether. So I'm kind of fascinated for this game because, on the one hand you have Kyler, I think is gonna- have to create some stuff for move around and you have probably the worst defence for him to go against you know and on the flip side, Dallas just seems like there get unhealthy. You look at their You know you look at their season in its like what are their huge whence. Well, he beat the paths by two and they beat at what other plants team by three that are lacking,
they gave to really get whence I find it. Adjured that they need the help of the box in the chiefs, and that's like the almost thing you wanna take away like, I didn't, get blown out by those two team, so we know they're good enough another healthy Europe. They need I'll, find that contain that they hung with both as you're talking, but they need our data haven't the statement when against a good team, yet the paths they barely, and the other one where they won by three that I had that one Frida second, but they have it at the game or people like. Oh there's a lot of fuckin stars on this theme. Jesus could that be this week, yeah they other than the flip side of it is that they have lost since thanks but they ve been Heine a key and MIKE Linen, and whoever else was the quarterback whenever game they want in the last couple weeks, it was against AIDS, guys semi, that that combo platter allow Ryan look resistance by the way,
the chargers they be by three and we too early that those are there get with those other two best whence charges by three paths by two in the charges. Here and penalties in the game, so you can go million ways, I'm not hating on what the cowboys have done because Sunday that was as this does definitive a win, then any teams have all season long. It was such a blow out against a division. Rival national tv in your right Lawrence looked grave and digs had the pack and parsons is all over the place. But to your point at some point we are going to have to see Dac Prescott, outdo, Aaron, Rodgers, outdo Tom Brady out to Kyler Murray, have to whoever else need to see Stafford in that Rams team, and that's where I think I'm looking for him to. Let's see if it's a shootout against the cardinals, can he go this against another quarterback that can run around and throw the ball. So I'm not going nuts, the cowboys victories just yet just because the last month, who have they beaten pattern is somewhere boat. Where did the last
weeks, were little eye opening, where the other team had the best offense of playing the game. And that's where you look at the past and you go and who's our who's, our best player on offense cuz. It can't be a rookie, B and when we really need him one where behind he did it job in gave me last couple receivers as the game when alone and last week, it is just that get Harris was good. Harris might be the best part this offence, but that's one of those things ricotta need the lead with them. I've I've gone through the same stages with that pads game, because initially I was like wow bad. This isn't happening, then he started in some of this stuff afterwards about just how great out was which he felt in the moment right. It felt like one of the best possible games he could have been used. The stuff afterwards like yours, the complete list of guys you from four three hundred plus in fifty yards, rushing in the same game, quarterback Steve. Young is our legally career later with eight
Josh. I now as five in your like. Oh so he's done that five times in his career, because it certainly felt that way: So now, if I'm a pads fan- which I am the question for me as a do duet overreact from that game- where the bilges kick your ass and played awesome and we couldn't cover mackenzie- and we tried this difference the strategy against Alan and it didn't totally work or be nervous that this building. That. Everybody like before the season as potential super favorite has caught a figure their identity, which is Josh out in Shaka, getting his money touches as possible. Can you get forty passes in ten runs in the same game every third and for seeing that Shaka and with the fear spread just deciding how to dissect. Have they figured it out? What's you take on that? Well, you could also say forth in one four minutes left to go Alan
dead to rights, Jamie Collins has em all lined up Jesse Jackson's back there and he's just such a beast that he slipped slides out. way she means one way and then get six yards for a first down in your like I'll, discuss. Bucking awesome like that is what he can do. You can convert that on fourth down and when they play Tennessee earlier this year and everyone what not, that they went. Forty fourth down in Tennessee, stop them on the money I felt game, it's like now, that's what you do if you drive Josh our fourth. In short, he can pick up that yardage. He was so good. I Sunday, the numbers till one story that on the ball, the entire game. First time ever against the bell: it's right there was no fun, and that was without Beasley and without Gabriel Davis. So you know if you're doing like Super bowl picks right now week. Seventeen, the team- that say circle as pay. Maybe they figured it out just took em for months to do it so Buffalo Bill. They looked deliberately put it the last couple weeks is why weren't sharp was talking about on minor gamble, shows so lack for nine stray weeks. Is that one of the bills doing wire?
why are they so committed to run in the bow with these video curve to below average running backs? Why not just put their fate Josh ounce hands, they find It seemed like they finally got there last week. I the paths fan in me who is learned to trust bout check with for by life and has seen him rope dope teams every once in a while. I do think It's weird that we never blitz thou in that whole game that we never changed up. What we are doing, that we state in this defect sat wasn't work it because he was just killing us that there are just psycho cool watches were just keep on with it. she's gonna work, eventually that usually what he does so as a path and who watch bowed check once upon a time stare, Don T care from the opposite, Sir Buzz. I an agenda mine trick him into a throwing slant. I do wonder: is it possible that Bela check left stuff on the table
wondering if he was gonna, see these guys again in January that there is some wrinkles that may be. They didn't break, Please tell me on that. That's not wishful thinking, my own counter to that would be demoralising. Would it be if they beat them again and they had swept them. Indulgent just got the win, and it's like you can't touch us leg, the matter how good your quarterback plays a motorway. We still have an answer I can imagine that there is much stuff left in the bag they just saved because of that, but you write like Bela check, has Plans for the entire year, he's not one game to one game. So who now just admit you? You shit on my theory and syrian Beppo, either way better, listen if I like they had to win that, I want to say, was a fluke you able, like they had the greatest game plan ever for that. Monday night came in Buffalo and the conditions matched it perfectly, and he did AL coach Mcdermott that game, but God in a game where it's not inclement weather and you need MAC Jones, Josh now Josh Alan going to be tough.
Can't even believe, some of the conversations I had with my pads fans, friends is sweet, tried to find silver linings it. This is the thing I actually said. Well, we didn't have Aguilar We will be able to move their rear, remove every up because they don't have the deep threat of Aguilar. It's like I'm really region yeah. I think I think God, if we're looking at the teams, will talk about the circle. We'll take a break after this deepening our picks. We will start but the circle of teams that good work the title rate, and I was doing a little many powerful at victors to talk to you. In the pattern in either of them, but the top top Tears Buffalo Tampa Kansas City, Green Bay, fair, right under date them Dallas, Rams, Tennessee Indy, reassured idea, that's our!
right now. I was talked about how a yet every eight teams can win the Superbowl you're gonna. Have these games and weird shit gonna happen in your partners? Gonna get covered in need of a whole. There is still no but eighty You to be in the magazine, you need some scale and you need some guys to step up in Angola. Luck too. I think right under date those eight. Our New England San Francisco, and since he and then I think that it has been here. I had was Arizona, Philly charges, Miami. I just think without Hopkins I want to write off Arizona, but it's hard not to I think, they're kind of out of the mixed, though I underestimated what a beast is and how important that, often, because talking a cliff before the game, it was just like he's, not fast he's, not particularly graceful, and yet he never drops a pass and he's always open and he finds away and that's it the ultimate ultimate comfort for calamari who's, gonna scramble around left his head up, where's, the Andrea, that's his first second third option to not have him that take
lot of the dynamic part of that office out. So I would agree errs on is not in their San Francisco. Complete Walker. Phillydelfy is interesting. I gotta see Philly over the next two weeks cos really runs the ship out of the ball. They run the ball for two hundred yards and like Lane Johnson did not make the pro bowl is going to be a first team. All pro like he's that good, it is ridiculous to make the pro bowl and their defense is better. and better. Their defence accorded Jonathan Gannon has had one of the great turnarounds for a unit like they were a joke for six weeks of the season, and now you don't wanna play fillies events in their I'll play in great, so Billy's interest. to me because come January, it's not John hurt sets gonna scare you it's the way that they just dominate the ball and run that died down your throat. I can't get there with them because of the schedule. Wait. I just can't yeah that'll, be anyone you right and we are so we had them that weak when they lost the giants. Thirteen seven in its hands. I judge you just like hurts. You not running ended up the Eagles, like, oh my god. What do we do, but you look
other whence they killed the trade they beat Denver they be new orleans- maybe Denver in that weird one where member Teddy don't go for the Jackal, a dairy right and it felt like Denver kind of have to place go different ever maybe whence they beat New Orleans. They beat the jets, they beat washed and they beat the giants. I I don't get it I just I- I want to save- do it against a good thing and we have it now I say that about a bunch of teams, but I just think when I'd, maybe they're the good bad in this year and that's how it is yeah, that's fine and maybe it's them in the dolphins are just one of those seems at that is when games against bad seems gets a blouse loose first round. I just know that in laying johnson- and Elsie rang a lotta like they can all whoever's in front of them. So if they can find a way to eke out, I would be I would want to face them. They're gonna.
This should at EU and it's gonna be running down your throat. The whole game could be a good cold weather passed him. So you great Buffalo, Tampa can't city Green Bay, slight chopper, Dallas Rams tenancy. Indeed, now people would say why is doubtless in that top, for that should be a top five. I just want to see them have a statement game. We still have ensued I gotta have the time to get in there and honestly, I think Green Bay, the team that could drop out of that because I dont think their defences very good. I don't love their coaching and I arrow I did their special teams. We know is bad, but they have some red flags for me that I think harmonization schedule the fact that Rogers is who he is, and they ve been able to pull some of these things out I feel like you can really really really attack their defence moved about it. It's amazing, after that game on Saturday was, I wrestled Douglas Disassembly will story the truth. The matter is clear.
Baltimore with a lot of people down, went up and down the field and that events ass. They therefore interceptions on Saturday, but, like mixture is still running, the earnest Johnson is still running like there were some serious questions about that defence. The last two weeks so I don't know that their home in its Rogers and it's like this whole last stansfield, you think the brown or even when that game. Neither ahead, I didn't I two and there, on the fifty with three time outside thousand. They figured it out. Just don't let maker her you, gentlemen, and then, of course it throws another pick, but he threw for pigs Three of them were a hundred percent. His far, it wasn't packers defence wars producing one of them, the maiden S by three damages bakers, bad and only seven anyway, so yeah. I think those could take back. But I think I could see Green Bay doubts flipping bay. I think it's Buffalo tamper can't sit agreed. the Dallas Ramps, tenancy, Indy and then lurking right under neither the Patsy and the and the Niners in the bangles,
ah, whom have in having prove a games this week it's as or let us take care, business kill. Houston path should kill Jacksonville since he's got the big Testimony will cover all this red after because they're coming up a milliner, pics million objects week seventeen here's what we're looking at do. We would start here. Do you like the rams this week, because I do? How are you feeling I, like the rams, a lot, this ok, here's what we have for the rams, they're playing the ravens. Lamar like do. We see Lamar the season until the playoffs. What is going on with this? Ok, so it's a bone Bruce. He couldn't go last week. He practiced we're doing this on Thursday. He practiced Wednesday, I spoke to some folks that are in the know, did not start practice on
Thursday, and when I see that that he was limping around yesterday, I would expect Huntley to be the guy on Sunday, which might be better off than bowling Lamar? Who can't walk right now? I'd rather we're gonna play the rams in this game. I would much rather see hobbled the MAR than Huntley. I think these pretty good really do he's, cost us money. He was back and forth, and thirteen throws at us in and get us so the ram favoured by four over the rams and we can get a little ambitious move that around we have some straight up possibilities. Some alternate possibilities. I at the Stafford thing its we're. Just gonna have to deal with it for the rest of the year, but I do feel like the rams got back a little bit too. Kind of the balance that I was used to with Mcbay, where it wasn't just like Stafford Stafford Stafford. Throw
rose. I guy he's Sunday Michel. Michelle is see minus he knows how to run forward and fall for four yards and which is right there and they fell. They found a little more Mcveigh last week, also Adele He help. Why is is defined hang a guy. He had one catch last week. I think I think I'll go Adele's case of Baker. The was holding me down is that every week by Baker benefits as well as funny o Dell beckoned was trending on Sunday and I my gosh, got covid again or something, and it was just people- bashing Baker in other quick couple, things on the reins, and I spoke to those guys this week. Do you know Hu, the NFL leading Russia is in the month of December, it's only Michel Saudi Michel Flower under twenty three are on the ground and if those leading rush hour. Secondly, they were without their two top tackles note, boom and Whitworth on Sunday there without either
or went down Stafford Stunk did not play well and they won on the road. In Minnesota, like I think that matter, Sierra? That's good shit like that stuff that you're, like our right, like it's, not just everyone's healthy Cooper CUP, go figure it out, like special teams, touchdown, which is so rare for them, which has been an atrocious unit for them, and their defence stepped up every time they had two on cousins like these last Two wins over Russell uneasy oxen. I know there is an atrocious fourth down pass interference. It wasn't called fine, whatever the one by ten and then against Minnesota like ugly winds and that's stuff good for a team, as they start to figure things out it's ok. Well, we won with not our best effort. Imagine if we all pull together. We play well and are another team? Might that be a team? And I think the ravens were like that until they passed the point of no return with injuries, but these teams that can win these games. You're, like wow, had that when the caddy, when a game and Stafford makes the three first that he made easy easy
it's the last summer time and they pulled it out. I was impressed. I wanna put them in there. We have courts up to minus seven over the raiders, but we can get a little ambitious with the money line, so thought her sway. Real quick on camp acres, everyone's fantasy fit championships. It's Thursday Evans. I should I start chemical pleased out yeah, that's a boy above advise against. Call raiders, so the raiders caught than the Micro Myers of the season there, where we ve, we thought we killed them off three times and we haven't been able to do it yet and their certain type, the games they ve been frisky underdogs where you can't know it as its happening than there's other games re elect the two Chiefs Games civically where you're like glad this team blows. I like this called spot. I liked it
must win game. It seems like will have once back in time cause they changed the the covered rules and fears the courts can run on them now. Should we afraid of the raiders in this game, how you feeling about colts Raiders courts, minus seven, but just the courts to win. If we had the court's money, one you ve been watching hard knocks at all, or do I have that? I like a Nazi go binge avalanche youth, you, you might want to pick the calls win. The Superbowl watching hard knocks like that is how much you love Frank Reich and this coaching like they're just dealing with shit from all over no quitting Nelson. His responses I ll find we got not really get off and sublime. Let's go their special teams. Coach, bub, enshrine who is with the Patriots four years on their behalf, is like one of these high energy. Like nothing can stop us, we can overcome. They didn't have quitted Nelson Rhine Kelly Darius Leonard or anybody on that offensive line on Saturday, and it was like they were. It wasn't like. Oh, we can overcome. It was more like no big deal
Oh and must do our thing then whence and you guys hit it you and sour great on it. I respect you guys, given him credit, what he had to make the throw that was as good a throw as anyone has thrown in the inner fell the season and it's like gosh. If Taylor can still run for a hundred yards with four often sublime and down, and whence just has to make one you throws. This might be the team that, like finds a way to win, no matter what and I I look at the squire, what they ve been through their getting back Nelson, getting back Lenny. They're getting back a lot of guys? I dont know if whence plays on Sunday like I've got friends who have been the shit kicked out of them from Kosovo. and were de Saint aright, wonders new rules, five days, Houbigant five days after being on vaccinated with covert, I'm not sure. If he's be able to go Sunday will check it on how is feeling technically he could be out there, but that just like the story there season- and I would not better them in this game, not the way to sort it out now, because the whence they make you wanted
away from their sir. Your found the right. Now, I'm fine, I don't care if its whence whence fifty percent or Saint Eleanor like go find a way to win. Here's just a quick look further, or the lesters at the raiders. The raiders are three and five in their last Jacobs. The three winds were the overtime Thanksgiving game against hours, which was the officiate game. not only the year, but maybe the last three years. You have the two point one right click on the Monday, which was the bizarre covered game which they almost lost out anyway, and then have last Sunday again, we had our. We took him, we took up and it was more a bad again. Strew lack who is this terrible is advertised and the fan GEO jeweller combo, which they re.
I got the red Forty plays total, which was close to it at a record of minimum place, so those of their three winds there, through their five losses, lasted the giants by seven lasted the chiefs by twenty seven Boston, bangles by nineteen loss to Washington by two lost the chiefs by third No, I don't think the raiders or get no waller lost rugs forever offensive the latter red and frowns Jacobs and then car, depending on the corner, pretty good pass rush couple good guys in the front line. that Crosbie lacrosse Basin Crosbie jumps out every time you act by school. I just feel like the courts. If there they're gonna be date. That puts us. I need the game. Yes, beside the courts can bag. I ever saw this out that second must win, for the core gets a division like wild our wise. Both teams need it. I mean the raiders. I think I could be wrong: the raiders winner,
and they ve got over the last two games. I think they make the playoffs like that. It's a very strange season. It feels like it's been eighteen months has just been eighteen weeks, but I think calls at home that place rockin, Nelson Back Leonard back sorry, gotta go courts so had the courts were in team of the rams just on the Ravens quick, the ravens are three and six. In their last night, there might forty eight those games, they followed a name Kate, the diva away with interesting as by Well Lamar's, but now it's that Lombards, the defence there. Twenty eight, the diva defence, the ribs, Fourth, over others, seven six in five in the three categories and
we're going to put the ribs in the clothes together. Here's my question for you: yeah Rams, colts moneyline parlay, just they both have to win even money, plus one hundred alright or we could take the rams. Two three point: five: on Fanduel, with the alternate line which we've had some success, with switch of the Rams three and a half, that's badass, three hundred and fifty colts betting line. We could sprinkle in the Bucs see the one to beat the jets MIDAS seven hundred those three togethers minus one of five. So the question for you is just the straight money parlay, or do we want to buy some insurance in the Rams game or we worried about Tyler Runner Huntley at all, plus three and a half or we could put in the bucks? Might a seven hundred? Let's go money like the suit the right way. Let's just pick the winners rams colors. Ok, let's my dear sir. Work will mark that when Thou Rams courts even parlay, I speak in a crazy, powerless
They said they would boost his first a little bit in the reason a boost is for us is cuz, it's a dumb bet. Then I think we could win it's at one thousand. Four hundred and thirteen point parlor talk to me, wow Pat's. Sixteen one slash two against the jags who have how many and they must now twenty seven. Yes, then depleted interviewing coaches as we speak. Yes, I actually watch some other jagged jets game without I, with a laugh cause, I was gonna, get Lawrence and fantasy size and shape the Jaguar. Or are there so bad, I couldn't believe, I was shocked about they were, and I don't know overreacting Lawrence here, but I gotta say like I was expecting this sure thing: Angel luck coming into the weak right away, being good type, a guide he may allow
bad throws. A lot of bad decisions. I've got a giant fed I've learned from learning at the knee of Troy, Aikman and I've become friendly with that that first year Equally, we throw it out if I throw out third everywhere we went one in ten, I think and then manning obviously led the felon interceptions most record ever for rookie like throw it out, not how new coach but yes, alarming how bad there that debt jets jaguars game everyone's like while Jack Jets, one withdrawn Middleton the jets had some of the most ridiculous gay management. This Yes, but like saying, look actually left, I bear China Further game at what point dj mode just drop the pic six. That would question. Is that greater if he had the payroll? What's going on here? I once I once covered a jets cardinals game pie like five years ago. Egg Mcelroy, and I believe it
Ryan Linley Urgence got my was sent, thereby fox- and I left that aims at that- is the worst game of NFL Football ever played and I think jets jaguars might have been worse. While the paths are sixty enough, so we could bring them down to three did have to win by for the jagged puss seven fifty years and ended up. Remember that next one is tat but minus twelve and a half against the jets. This is Tom, Brady against, suggests a team that is at an incredible amount of success with us. We just talked about how bad the jets JAG that, but that the gay manage read just a bunch of things back on a great with the jet jets, I will say they look like they had a really good draft will fund. these guys year, but Michael Carter, Morse, more is good, like Wilson showed his legs little button, that touchdown run real people like people like that, often sublime into very tuckers, been player,
very well. I got a good draft. Your both Michael Carter's, the safety, been really good too. With all that said, this feels like an antenna brown, seventeen catches for one hundred and ninety yards type of game, we can take Tampa their twelve one, slash two. We can take them basically to even check their five hundred and twenty two in that game. Just throwing that out there next one diners Texans. This is the one that worries me the most because general, please Davis bells by be good. Smells might be awesome, Davis spills. What the hell is going on now, favorite by twelve and a half taxes are plus five. Twenty. The texts have been very kind to us, with under parley Albert or ill at ease, and I think we're under ethic we're like seventeen o betting on the text and either with points under our brother. Like our team from twenty twenty one. Yeah, no cooks is cooks back this week
you did not by last week? Donna was a well Niners. Must win, could take them that even taxes are put five twenty and then the last one. Those falcons bills are modest. Fourteen in F could take that down basically to to minus one now Bill, I didn't get your opinion on the John Lynch treat gate. Did you follow that stuff to me that it is screamed of Maya. My kids are ready, twitter account people. I don't, I don't think he could even law, God knows onto a warehouse your take because its leg they're like just how does that have been added? Did you still happens like these things happen at itself? Finally to be just body and laughing, but it was you they're, like they were a hurricane Javier crisis, road. It sucks it's this year. I don't, I don't, think you clicked on it knowingly, but to your point, I just left that, like an NFL Gm likes it
of a meme of region, leave the quarterback Enmesh Jesus bills, minus forty enough against the Falcons, some Atlantis dad said her pretty incredible. I dont think we and after this amazing Atlantis is their seven and eight are like our great who cares their seventy eight. Well, second a dvd away errand shots on four by outsiders. This week he did. He did a horse scale of every record, the worst db away with every record right from Owen, in sixteen all the way to to add the sixteen, no paths and it's a or at record ends there going to be the were at the lowest mulatto. For that record about aware lance. Seven and eight Are one hundred and twenty two for the season? They played six playoff teams that they lost by two thousand six hundred and twenty three four thousand and twenty five one thousand three hundred and eighty
even when they beat shady teams, they barely beat them. It's always come in at the last minute. It's always guys. I five after some fort that stop are young way coup right and it just seems like the bills. Just beating the falcons by two as a home run some free away the craziest falcons. That is, that they want their, Tom Game last week in week, sixteen loud a so pats minus six that have modest twelve enough. As modest format, bills minus fourteen enough. If we brought all those ten thirteen points which one scares you the most out her Davis, yeah I would I would from David from Dave's just cause. I don't know the Niners quarterback situation and that might be good might be bad, but with doing all those games doing all those games bill, if you want well, I asked people on Twitter
the twitter. If I get done with twitter, I did a pool of picture. You try to figure out how to do a pole you. Talk about. My twitter skills are still empire. Sixteen thousand forge and forty three votes says in this a lot asked and which ones gives you the most fifty percent said the Niners. Davis here Leyva smells is a real thing: David smells. How could you pass we had third Overall Davis Mill. Well, you do at thirteen point is unfounded: minus one? Seventy five they're gonna boost this for us two plus two minus one: thirty, so we can either do that or here's by other option for you we can say one of these teams is gonna. Fuck this up, we'll bet the for money lives for the underdogs and will put a hundred k on each
One of them when we went so we could do Jack percent fifty jets, plus five twenty Texans plus five twenty falcons, plus six sixty, and that that thinking would be just half day at one. If we lose with his formed, it asked if we hit one now we ve made some money or we just do. The teeth are more prone toward the tease. Me too. I think this is business. I look at for those games. I think there's something we can say that each one of these underdogs and then I go to bed at night and like they're, not winning their game. So I'm sand. Let's go at the favorites in the teeth so we are will boost at to minus one thirty, and then have another one. This is your kindness, the Davis, most special boy, the chess heat This is this is a really special one, so you have ye I
had three games. We like the over. I tell you to do and I said I want the over on three of these Gibbs shouts chief spangles Texans forty diners falcons bills shootouts author against shootouts. One of the beautiful things I've federal as they had the alternate lives. So we're doing an alternate line over parlay. Here's where we landed, sheaves, bangles Ma this two hundred over forty five F forty six points wins Texans Niners overthrew he died in a half minus two hundred forty points. We would falcons bills over thirty, eight and a half minutes to fifty thirty nine points. We win. You put three together, plus two fifteen, all them after win chiefs, have chief spangles forty six points
Texans diners forty points falcons bills, thirty nine points plus two fifteen. I love it I would encourage everyone listening ear you lookin at me, homes Bureau shoot out, which I think we deserve our neighbours. We can make headway that can be great Houston Escort forty one and thirty. There passed two weeks against fine defences, the chargers and wherever else they beat the it may be, the jagged that team sucks, but still decent. They put points up, and then Atlanta is terrible on defence, terrible and book ass, really good. Let's go plus two fifteen, so we got that before we do under parlay just two games quickly. I think we should it I'm staying away from both just wanted. Titans by industry have against dolphins. Dolphins feel good bad team is too much. the Eagles there see version the Eagles, but I do think it's a team those who they are. They know how to protect her to the tea. He knows
replay exactly who is doing in a second half their defences. Little frisky there well coach. They went seven straight, which has nothing to sneeze that no matter what the schedule is. On the flip side, the titans with age round back just seemed like here: lock them in that Irish gave, but staying away. I was trying to think about the titans disease. Are one chance to better against tour? Is this again to a false apartment? I think it's a stairway, any feelings of mecca you I'd today I also like they intangible there and as an all out of the guys in Miami is like they are so like all in all like no one, believes in our staff and all that crap and you know Flores defences, dial up right, but Ellen Waddle factor is like whenever they need a play. He's gonna break like every he's, gonna break the receptions record for rookies in a season. He gets the ball ever. Well, don't, like you, be the number one fancy player of the last month like jail and why,
was the ultimate security. By give her to Her- and I could see him haven't just as good a game as age- a brown if they need him to its easy different, where the both but seem, rather latterly right, yeah he's just all these different situations. I do like the other one wishes. John Brown Stores minus three and a half for the brands, and I do like the Steelers bends last game. It hides Baker against the defense. My question for you is what city was he. has he got hurt two weeks ago near the end. He didn't look like himself last week and if he's not himself, I don't really want to take the stores a play with a broken rib several celebrates by about, but it looked like himself last week. I don't know been at home against a team that he is like dominated his entire career there. No, they lost the play off. to them last year in Heinz field, a nigger say: let's just didn't whatever I kind of like the Steelers to bill, I don't know Tomlin Ben like find a way out of those games.
the Monday night, her the Steelers are plus one fifty to win their plus three and a half to cover, and I don't know it's baker. Mayfield puts more funding. Betty gets here which one do you like you, like the posturing affray like the money. I liked the money line, we should put them an underdog parlour. I say straight straight out right up straight out straight up: do you like the dolphins money? What kind of gets the titans kind of tat could be it their straight up, so dolphins, money line is plus one forty to do Do they re and ten a hell revenge game, do anything for you or you don't. It scares me a tiny bit. I also. I just think that there's a resilience to that time
Seen that now I generally were a bit. I can't believe they covered last week now has not as an amazing when enables my coat you the year they had eighty eight different players and they one last week without Henry. and the Juan and Sappho like they were down ten, nothing. Last week's win. If that an open eyes than what rebels deal with those guys, nothing will I worried sick bay, come back. Do under parlay then release the million dollar pics. I did, These are our kind of weak, fronded parlay, just justice underdogs I like we got Steelers one hundred and fifty against the Browns dolphins, plus one hundred and forty two against Tennessee, with the cards plus two hundred and ten against the cowboys. Wanna tat what it meant a scratch. I want now, let's scratch it. We have the Bengals
plus one, eighty four against the smoking hot chiefs? So there is a bangles why I was thinking about if we wanted to do that when straight up to an end, We both even the chips, are red hot. There probably is stay away, but this game is in Cincinnati and if you're thinking, if you just looking at the week, seventeen say Being like who's gonna, be the overreaction team coming out of this weekend. The beggars argued candidate right if they, when it's like member of couple years back because an oath to our three, the chiefs were undefeated like Chad, Johnson and might have been kidnapped and Rudy Johnson they beat up and I was like the bangles. I remember it feels a lot like that again, If the Bengals, when there's can be some points in that game, correct, yes, absolute, shoot out! That's how I came to be decided if the Benghazi yeah, so we could do.
Bengals one hundred and seventy six with the over fifty one is basically four hundred and twenty one. It's plus four hundred and one sofago bangles we go over. That would be the bet I kind of like it. Let's do it I would put that when in some instead of putting that an underdog. we will. I would do bangles over as its own thing Two other cup other ended up possibilities, Broncos pussy Twenty gets a chargers that would involve us bedding. It's true lacks that's out right now, the lions, our old friends Jared Goff back this week. Supposedly baby's got a little need need something what's going on with him, we're hoping that the expectation is he'll, be back two hundred and forty five against the Seahawks who are just awful. They stink,
about that. How is there that much of a difference in the lions and the Seahawks to me? They look very similar. They lost to the bears last week. After being up ten points in the fourth quarter area lines paused to forty five, we have the Vikings plus two forty against packers, no feel it they went out for the year, but thou the classic. Oh my god, just some people feel great about the Packers wow. They still have a weak seventeen stink bomb and then washed in plus one forty six against the eagles when guys fight on the sidelines. I'm usually out out of all those are there to do. You like lions and vikings together at I dont want the Vikings I like the lions, and I would go with the dolphins. Four hundred parlay their lines and dolphins alike. Are at that Washington, fight
it's very rare, yet the Walter Paint Man the year nominee punching a team of in the face on the sidelines. That's what happened. How do you like in Steelers or Lambsdorff its or belike lids dolphins, up, convincing myself, dolphins right now, but you're about a young rookies does show up HOLLAND and Philips and let's go out its tied p Peter nobody calls you PETE European, her now Peter shrugs or Peter. We had good Del the show good morning for pony refer to me as shrinks, and I was like that's pretty cool right. Let's go get a wilder. Let's go that good! it does on the Manning cast yeah you come up on the beaches report right now, the ESA. They never. Maybe I think he hates me and I don't like him either. So that's probably happening. I can't wait out that he'll be terrible manic us anyway. In our picks weeks,
Nineteen once again we're up five hundred and fifty three thousand hours trying to get to sub figures for the plant. So have low little fake spending money. Its courtesy of fanned or our first one, the rams and the colts. The rams are plain, the ravens. They are matters for point favorites. The courts are playing the raiders. There might simply ferris. We love the rams. We love the courts, we loved them just to win if the to them, when Even money who you are afraid of in this game shakes a more afraid of the raiders, because I don't know what the quarterback is gonna look like and who the quarterback for an apple us is, but I'm betting on fifty one other players to carry the load. Let's go cults,
It's also one of the things I like, oh no, we don't have Carson whence I think you'll be ok, you still have all the other best person your team, been, you know, maybe maybe woken up, much more job, we're, not scared and no Carson whence we ass. If there's a guy, the opportunity here we're pudding, five hundred thousand dollars, even money rams when cold sweat, so they guy that's our first one. Second one. Is a little special parlay. The phantom has the fourteen. Thirteen pointer tat is they called the idiots delight we're doing anyway, they're gonna boosted too, to minus one. Thirty four, Unless there is some sort of injured or garb Saturday of something weird happens, that'll be off, but the plan, as if things go, go well but we're gonna grab the minus one. Thirty doubt: thirteen point parlay. All these teams have to cover pats for modest, sixteen and half down to minus three. It advocates Jack's yet Tampa
for modest, twelve and a half down two plus half forgets the jets feel good about that when well, when in doubt, bet against the jets braver suggests is usually a fair bit. Nigh there's Texans little more worried about this, and this is the one. This is the scary when Niners MIDAS twelve, taken their data have point against. The Texans feel weird betting against Davis Mills, but you know what I'm with you: we gotta do it Davis, we ve paid you a proper tax. There were nerve, SL the go against you, love em. What body? Where possible? the Smith on the sidelines with the charged up texts, its defence, that great Beard David. What's his name David Cully, the Collie, the fighting colleagues, olive Yanza, serves fighting for an extension and then finally, the bet feel great about this bills. Ban is fourteen act against the falcons who are seven and eight with thirty second individual making history every step of the way. The odds are the falcons being eight.
to me feel like zero. We are buying off these we're going to boost system minus one thirty and we're going to put three hundred, yeah yeah yeah, let's go through education, if we lose with its three hundred. Ninety thousand now we have surrendered our best for free. You America, heading into two thousand twenty two little the dog, but a hundred our nearest thing. The Steelers Ben Ralph, Asperger's last home game, probably his last chance to throw some labourers scale, but he's going gets, is dapple gang, afraid, perceptions, the one the only baker mayfields we're hoping DJ white figure like should show a little vague it it has in his broken ruby. I get that right, maybe chase
Play pillows shows up for the first time all season, maybe where to take the Steelers one hundred and fifty against the browns when take the dolphins plus one hundred and forty two against the Titans, so we're up one of these heads, we'd love of both of them heads we're gonna put, I wouldn't think two hundred candy should this one fifty and yeah yeah one. Fifty one. Fifty K steers, plus one fifty one. Fifty k, dolphins, plus one forty two. What's up one of those heads and then just for fun, another parlay bangles in the over against the chiefs make the case. How do the Bengals, when this game? What does it look like per Job Euro says on the on the dude. I'm the dude throws about all over the yard, and in just says this is our team and we ve got three great weapons at wide receiver and I am guy and stop talking about just Herbert and the recipes young quarterbacks on the did Ben
and the over plus four o one wow. What a lot don't put a hundred or a hundred fifty on this hundred hundred card Tibet against the cheese right now? But it's a funny story. If the banks can get this thing on hunger, can the bangles plus for one. So we have three parties, if one of them wins, it pays for the other two losses. If two of em when were dancing in the streets, Finally, here parlay we got the lions plus two forty five against the reprehensible Seahawks Susan, I think the sea, fans, hate them more than any other fan base AIDS, their fans right now, she's complete this guy's. They know first round pick that there's gonna be subdued While some shade come over by the way might not be a terrible trade Russell, it has been good and a year. What, if he's that running? What is it? What am I getting at these could be thirty for next year should be that exist. we get Russia Wilson, give up for first round Pixar. Whenever it is, would you do that not for? But I would
I signed up for Russia. Well said all roll the Dyson Russell listen. I know it does look right this year, but gosh, nothing doesn't let him would you trade, Zack Wilson? and the higher of your first round pigs appear the jets plus a future. Second, no, because the jets are not ready to win a championship, but if I'm Denver or from Carolina from one of those teams that has a really good talent, I would go very aggressively towards Russia. Will food so you trade to first ramping up your Denver. Yet without blanket Bianca, underdog parlay, we have the law. I answer and we have the sea hawks and we're looking at plus seven thirty, four, how we are going to put thirty three care that are so what teams it's the lions and whose the other team that reliance was to forty five dolphins plus one forty two.
Yeah they're, eager doesna, two teams at Dan Campbell has been the head coach for this damned Campbell weekend. Did we did we not, but on our crazy over with you stated in San Francisco and all those guys we didn't want to do that when I forgot to get that one in their talent in my bed, Davis Milky checking yet the last one we have is the Davis Mouse, he checking alternate overs unfair. Kid city bangles over forty five and a half minus two hundred Texans diners over third dynamic minus two hundred Falcons bills over thirty eight and a half miles to fifty What are those three together plus two fifteen. we'll put a hundred fifty can that is well yes, Sir we are the million dollar pigs will see. If we can, we have a lot of stuff on a lot of things, but the new year's coming we're ass, we were hot were festive were feel great. Those are the milliner picks for weeks. Seventeen Peter Sugar, we
Are we seeing the sidelines this weekend and others nosey? I love it. I will be on fire, on the weekend doing the brig game show I loved me in on the sidelines, but the studio always whereby home is I'll, be there Fox five, whatever local channel you have box car are happy, good, to see you and I will see next week for we gaiety happy new year. Let's go, I'm a daughter, Zoe Simmons, the Sarah she's sixty and a half years old. She came here at the end of twenty twenty, who did the teen culture awards for two thousand and twenty. We did a half year in June for two thousand and twenty one, and now we are here for the end of twenty twenty, employing Sir Te Culture Movies TV. Your whole world that your immersed in especially during a pandemic when there's a lot of the time and now covered, seems like its rearing, its ugly head again, which state one of the only benefits for me, as here in the house, more yeah, you haven't had a hold of me, fella
months. I've just been gone. I know you got a driver's license and, lastly, it is less than six over the back, though we're back baby rounds here. Twenty twenty virgin, while the only problem for us is less a view, means more of your younger brother bed, and this is unlike sportswear flag. number, one shot maker and the team leaves and then another guy that second guy steps are peace than the opposite. I could not tell you worry, is right out there and that most of the time he's a prosecutor, guys you guys used to be close days as his own faith unfortunate. Maybe this covered new strand will bring us back together. I doubt it. I doubted, as one team patrol two thousand twenty one year influence or words really go through some categories of set. You up, you're gonna go. I dont understand what most of these things I don't think most were audiences either, but let us have the daughters of of people that listen, or maybe even of the younger people, get sum this up anyway, lingo in two thousand and one when we have some new words that have rose the prominence either in your life or just in general. So let's go through the words. What are the right so scent is our first one. What do you think sent means that simply set me like a simpleton resented now ok were sent. Is someone it's a dude or girl, someone who's like really over infatuated with another person that they'll do anything
I am sure, sipping for someone. Ok, give me an example of how to those than everyday culture, then, with one of his ten girlfriends. He simply for all ten of them road waves. Earlier, like I gotta get em I would never gone, is flop, which is a big one. A flop is like a mess like, let's say, movie came out all those four thousand miss thousands, easy money. You guys know all the stuff. You understand what I'm saying. Recent flops but are forever. I am making shares this one cause. I've heard your age in your ancient and I need to make sure they were on the same paid by next week. Next, one saucy something saucy, something suspicious that one's pretty simple but its very prominent nowadays, so that there would be like you have a friend whose climate dating somebody but he's sliding into somebody else, is the area that I saw that such you. So I saw he bore, saucy situations are set out in this. I see I think, but it's more sites such as like, so that it can.
thanks I next up is clout and clouds head do not clouded means, or am I make one another silence for this visit mean something else. It just means when someone has a lot of fame and attention that cloud, oh really, work. Of course. Ok, sorry I don't know like when you know that I dont know birthday. You gave us to that. Actually works. Science, assailants flapping clouds. what should I also in our family Ben uses? Did it all the time, but I'm not a huge? No, I think about people use that that's more like a twitch dreamer, videogame guy MID just means media when she's, like average and ass? I was I other one. How were? How is the copper game? it was. It was but then says the so frequently that is, cheers actually had the email or muslim rain say something about it. It is the stories that runs counter to the med. Next category is but what was the way
What was the winner for best late best new lingo? The Irish no vote is that research. I think so. I use ass much more next category Tik Tok follow of the year the last year. The winner was Sienna. May all my God, she's at all cancer aids are alike, are either okay, so who's that followed. The fog this year is Emily Rico, you have no idea who she is about. Sal, you she's an almost thirty year old woman who basically spend your time on, take talk, making delicious meals out of past use food. She makes healthy meals, just meal inspiration, but the reason why she caught on so much as a video like nine months ago about a salmon and rice left over dish or she makes altogether kind like a pokey ball, and this caught on and became a huge huge trend because of her, and now everyone is basically in love with her entire common sanctions. Are people simpering for her for the food that she makes just for her life, because in this town
day. Teenagers are so all over the place and no one is put together an Emily's, almost like a motherly figure where we watch our mom Emily, like making these delicious food like going to the grocery store, getting our shit done and she's really put together person, so she's kind of like she's, the mother of Tik Tok or like the coup. older sister, where she has her life together, and we all admire it interesting at sea that some things are successful in Tik Tok. Can you right on the teenagers are all over the place you dont think teenagers arose. I bet you did. The pandemic has pursued to no more. I think pandemic is definitely push it to another novel, unlike teenagers being the prominent users of social media, and someone like me who I was in a fund for while, like I'm, a junior, I'm all over the place like most of the food I'm getting is from fast food, or things like that, like I dont have great options cause, I'm always all over the place and I'll have time and watching someone like Emily's, like a reset. It's like many brain vacation, almost being honour, page,
having good for you, because you you're in situations where you have like to soccer practices. In the same day, I have to go to training analogy, pick up some like red and fields, but she just everyone adores her, because she makes you feel like you're put together by watching her, be put together a year from now, she can be cancelled Erwin good. Now. What I'm hoping shall deal is maybe she'll make some sort of like dish line or maybe like some nutrients or supplement brand like she needs to brand herself, because I think she can be really successful and she is the money to do it so rooting for Emily Congrats anyway, you did it
biggest disappointment. Two thousand twenty one was Chase Stokes in Madeline Klein break up. Do you know those people are really dug? I see you been season two of Obi acts and season, one Wouter banks. What does you called opium Obi acts that are you call it an, albeit slowly, acts outer banks were. I just got out of bed, Ok, let's because your old, but this is an insane thing in my world right now, I'm like freaking out so metal incline and choose dogs. They were the two main area durable. Yes, I lived there dating? I was then only Russia they were in this is tragic, whereas this show was so widely loved by everyone in the world and the two main characters who you basically bank, on the fact that their love with each other in and out of filming the broken up its
it's like the most heartbreaking thin, so you thought they were headed down the aisle. The hope I thought that they were just going to continue at honour at least faker until the seasons were over, so that people could enjoyably watch the shell like I'm, not to be able to watch the show the say: oh stop it you to know, I won't I'm in a watch. I'm gonna watch it, but it's all could be the same. Mao's excited them to get married and then invade people from different classes to the wedding, and then there are the whole class were brought the wedding far by people getting chased. What are you saying that every episode outer bag over got somebody violent, there's boyfriend. I can you believe it. I didn t they'll be here at home in the Bahamas. Relax that have enjoyed. Do not say that I appreciate that enjoyed it. It's really dumb right, so chase a matter on its over with Madeline, either them.
Rebound anybody, not oh, my God, scissors one dude. I could not tell you his name he's like I don't wanna go ahead on anyone, but he's always with the most attractive females might use with Madison beer. He was with like Oriana crawled day, like he hang out with these really attractive women and he's like short in kind of stubby, and I don't know what he does, but they ve been pictures had been taken of him in metal incline going to dinners and things are, people are raising speculations iced. I don't know what to think of it, because going from some lonely chase Stokes was very attractive to like a lunardo, attractive guy there. I just this together will marvelled around the two thousand stated paisley every attractive, early twenties girl for four years. Better, I think, sometimes, if you get the first get too that you have on your resume. Then it's like you become accepted by all the other beyond. Regarding the kind crows set up. An anti item units is another
every attractive, Larry Data to their friends, just crazy rulings available. Oh my god. It's like that in school, two guys it might, even though it may be to be like that for Ben segments of the biggest come back of the year. Was that David Jailbreak- and this is- I never thought I'd- be saying this, because we know that David had a very big cancelling scandal where he one of his it is. I don't wanna talk about it because it's a pretty, I talked about it. You guys know you know, I'm not nor explain it, but using a bad situation, and with this cancel culture era, people don't come back from this like you're its constant hey. I don't know how you rebound, but some he's managed to deal with two measly poor apology. Is that we're not genuine and then
continued on Valentine S about yes, like they were those of you who were terrible. They were terrible. Apologies and there's really know right way to apologise, because you're never going to be forgiven, but he should persevere. These continued on he's made content every week and I have to say I'm enjoying it like. I dont support the situation. I don't condone anything that he's John, unlike the minor league kind of abusive tactics he has with his friends in this video sometimes, but he s, views are really funny and their entertaining and they always remained the same, and it feels nostalgic for me like I like watching videos, so I don't know even work back to civilization, buys you did our next one. This category is called coded round
to tread so we're saying round to is where we are right now, the around targets at ground for earlier, but this has worked to dread the tents. The trend is live idiots k within it. So this is basically like alive bachelor situation over twitch in one of my body start, there does. He has covered right now in his friends, do as well and their single and they won't ladys. So that the aid of them gone, these lives dreams and invite one female, and then they all try to win her affection separately like a bachelor situation ago, Mr Gameshow, yes, I going on dates and then, in the end, they choose a person, but it's like who thought life would come to this twitched dreams of live dating, so it somebody on the zoom they have there's. Yet they go around the suitors have to impress them the she eliminate people actually eliminate people, so she customs rallies eighty four and the hour, the two young men editor and then it's done are you?
during these yeah you're gonna stream like its. But people are doing shit like this, because this is what life is coming to an quarantine like what else you gonna do it Firstly, if you want my female or mail or whatever attention, as in a dating game Senor in college, I, like you ve time one for you. Why not? I had a girlfriend, I can go in the date, Why were you in the competition? Thus, ITALY was there was the whole Jim for people is like a chance to be funny and unexpected. Oh, my god, that's crazy! We'll get you one alone. Data gave situations, ok live e dates is that are covered grounds should the year was are few too there are fewer. The air was chronic, Corina, Comp and Natalie from David logs, and here is wise. Current accounts she's just in influence her up now be in David's videos. She has is very highly strained. Only fans if you're were about one with selling workers on their ninety yachts, a lotta
Falada, letting you don't want lingerie s, yeah yeah, it's so view and about only fads. I should just kill you don't know. I don't plan on that, but she's she's, a huge risk not only find out why, in she dated David's buddy these and other prisoners personality in their blogs. They didn't have like a real relationship was more like a hooking up and then like saying or in a relationship is more for, like the funniest on the blog, but then Natalie in Todd now have very real relationship together and not lend grin our friends and there's all speculation in the videos of hemp, David, just making jokes, but how critter hates Natalie and other can fight, and all this shit, because it's like I love triangle situation, taught gonna asked over Corynaeus, would take together viewed a running for a few euros ready for somebody. I kind of
before the underdog in this one I'm running for current, I could utter knows. I like Natalie entire together that much. I just thought I'd like situation pop culture crossover moment of the year. This is an easy one. This is p and Kim K, and I have like conspiracies about what's here with your eyes are so p and Kim K obviously will never work. Alan, the real scheme of things is kind of the situation with the model incline and then the we're did and I'm not like disregarding p in any way, because I love those parties using their vile. I love him. I think, he's an incredible actor ease, whereas he's a great media, but females just tend to go for those two. that look like they're a withering away like he doesn't. He doesn't look alive anymore and Kim Kardashian basically have any man she wanted in the world. She meant for peat is thirteen years younger than a thirteen years younger and he is a completely different audience. I dont see
What what did they talk about on dates and things like that? I'd Jornal, unworldly honour? I think it's a brilliant career move, no, but here's. Why he's incredibly popular with people under thirty here he's hosted the new year's Eve show with Miley Cyrus? No, I know strata movies at it s not come back. She everything's calculated with their silence. Dear conspirator. This is my Chris Jenner curated conspiracy,
the ringleader, it seems like the pictures of p income K going out and things only turn up when there's a scandal within the court, the first time when Tristan cheated on Chloe amounts or that entire situation o pops up pictures of him and Peat and then the next time when the tribe Scott thing happened after world and more pictures. So it's issues I feel like this is Chris Curative this and because obviously, p has such a large following and soda Kim. That's gonna bring in so much media that these other terrible situations are just clouded and it always comes at the right time, like props, to her honestly she's, a incredible manager. Yeah like she knows her shit but its. They would never really work on the scheme of things plus like the Miley Cyrus speculation, such as with the Miley Cyrus, while people think they're hooking up till he gives it a mouse are here because their hosting a near
yeah, but there they hang out a law. They go on days like shit like that, like peace, another one whose cross the line, now he's a few can do any working celebrities that he's been welcomed into the group. While I feel like it's almost a privilege today, I feel like he's like he's like my degenerate, older brother, perhaps I may degenerate younger Brother Anna degenerate but little brother. So this is definitely a most interesting celebratory lawyer. I don't think we have the whole canopies and everyone and says guys mad about anyone want to speak on kind. Anwar family loves gardener, yeah. We don't love some of his actions. We don't say William, we love it amazes me. I've been with you guys, you're hello as he is. I girl I'll. Never officially, I want to know I won't disowned either he's my guy. I was then then was of course, to government music and my car's. He always does and he's playing like through the wire and his eye dad this one's about my? How dare you knew this
This one's banger knows you know banger. I should have been another one that was a kind of abuse banger. My part, something that makes up. Why would a beggar mean that you were like that? No means the same thing. I just want to be like that's a great song. It's a bad idea to stipulate that Murphy David, something I'm gonna make this I get to giving a word, or even those is your worthing biggest influence on our side on your brother bed, his basically becoming em. We should send a descent. island. She does this thing now. I talked about unfair corner, whether if, if you yelling at Amory upset with him, he just as the pity a guy. we better even gasolene on fire. He wanted made that its from pity there he's like this is all we got lightly.
Neighbours. I know I know you do it. I guess I owe you know it's funny. Two years ago it seem like wise, as those even happier anymore is mass. He barely be in sketches and Lord Michael's. The IRA thus now clearly saw some sort of star power thing with them. He said I only hope, and like the last year and a half he's been awesome, really he's like we livelier allowing love ya like, furthermore, to view be it away from the carnation the biggest flap of the year, not enough. This was technically a flap because the show got renewed for season to, but I think for what is supposed to be. What was it? Does he merely a sham? a man on Hulu and this could have either gone one of two ways, but the peace that was missing as Adieu meals are probably the tumult. Mooring people on the face of planets are giving them a reality. Tv shows just like what are you gonna do with that, and this
Tv show basically like highlight in their everyday lives, just what they're going through like how they exist. Being famous teenagers is interesting for battle over minutes. It was interesting, but only for the fact that their lives are so depressing lend. It seems like it's entirely their parents who push them to do this. They don't even want the life that their living like they want to be normal and their parents are basically using them. That's my impression that their parents are using them for this entire start Van Roman entered make money off the face of this shows just like sad, been from the people, and I talk to about it. Like my friends, we all think that they live a very depressing lives like they're like it's terrible, I feel bad for you. That was. I've really goes a flawed because it was torn out what they wanted to do. Another video, where you're, dancing, crazy, infrequent camera at five o clock, but again it
it's gonna get so aside, its really Sarkozy sorted out. Just one random hit the video and crazy. They went viral, and now it's like their parents have taken over I never see them online. I reiterate what I was gonna. We had all these child stars and all these different tv shows that I watched so I made three channels with no internet, so ever watched all the same shows and allow the child stars from their shows ended up becoming like complete mess. When they became the doubts and they would have juggling thrill all these different things. There's like so many of them, and I wonder, like what's gonna happen to this influence her side when they hit
twenty eight, twenty, nine and all those later lay like mental health is also show how prevalent throughout these times being covered, but also for teenagers yeah, obviously- and I think that's becoming more outward because of covert and because people are becoming more comfortable themselves, I'm sure like they ve talked about it briefly, but I'm sure they deal with water mental health issues, especially because comments, because of mean, like fans and things like that, like putting yourself on this high pedestal, like with the spotlight on you at all times, ass a teenager, it's just terrible like I could not imagine the lives that they live with that. If you don't like the sure yeah, I feel bad for them are throughout the year. Who is it
this is injured our field and then on this one was more of a later heartthrob, because there wasn't one stable person like changeable already will always remain. Might I like he's he's the one Vinnie Hocker he half an hour, he's a tick tock personality of, but oh my God, Andrew Garfield, just came in like a hot rod after Spiderman came out and everyone's obsession them and it's funny because he used to be like known as the worst by the man of the three were now he's a lawsuit stuff to road. Young was well that was a Dallas bag, but it was really the Spiderman movie and has a Corky cute personality, like everyone really life now and all I see is take talks about him, Intro Garfield. I am a stone once upon a time. I really love em, a stone she's, great those good for him. The lily ponds worry labour, they lay ponds. A word is clearly ponds. Award is just an influence here that should not should no longer be in this world here bore as it appears that Europe.
old and no one's really watching united, I any people now. This one goes too We Hannah who has vanished? to bear for years and years now and at this point, she's kind of just going off the rails, like a lot of or videos, are just her singing critically and these we T shirts in her hair, all fucked up an inch dislike. It really unc she's going for that, I'm manic and in a depressive, crazy state, and that's like her attention grabber for her videos now and she just creating beef with people like Tricia pay taxes and who you never create peace with. We ve talked about this before he had never beef Patricia, but she just like beefing with everyone. She just she's, going crazy in the ways that she's trying to get her viewers are from acting like a degenerate cell. Gabby needs to get off of Youtube witches the bar
mine here. What is this? Sixteen in seven sixteen seventeen year olds are the pioneers of social media. What a word is out of hell his Lord. What is it like? I got that I just wrote that works the word well I'd Xanadu Lord, I just like the others. Do you think that the people who were controlling socially, you're right. I sought in seventeen like eyes, you, like you, I know, but I just feel like I'm like one of the pioneers Are you out of your general? But yes, here like a where the face of it. Like you, maybe you had like Yahoo were erewhile whenever, like Jack
like those were. Those were the money like that's, they had internet, but we have social media and life. I feel, like all all things should be catered two people, my age cause. We are the ones you know you should be, though you should be the arbiters of yes spends money. I know just in this is not like an eagle testicle everything's about ass kind away. It's like we were truly the first people who were obsessive over social media like we know how to use the past. We grew up with it, like our lives, have only been social media. So if you like everything, should be for us? So maybe that should be in a word that I give give us our profits and give us give us our variety in seventy. That's answer rolling everything. Next one is most if YE relationship, which includes one here to favour people Cynthia and her mind- and I love them so very much genuinely both separately and together.
they're great people and would be great friends but having a romantic connection between the two of them is so like far fetched for me, because then day is like five hundred and ninety five, ten and Tom's, probably like five thousand seven hundred and fifty eight there's a doctor there, which is just like it, works, sometimes like I've, seen it work in some of your friends and in friends in real life like they're, shorter male to female ratio and there's no problem with that, but I just like watching them kiss and spider man and both of the ones that Tom and Zendaya have starred in as been like. So weird for me like it's almost uncomfortable guy knows to be fair. You have a weird thing about guys being shorter than, nor does he not for you. That's terrible guy had a feeling over our targets. Are that just by preference but there's no problem with short p? you're gonna get me cannot allow their of does not give any I'm in here like tall people ideal. I like Tom, like mobile phone
There's no problem ways like did shorter, guiding until a girl or whatever it like us, a problem I just like to having had a shorter where chemistry wise not talking about me right now? Dad can issue eyes. I still see it for them like when their kissing it. It doesn't look like their meant because it you know like something is off about it to me, but I really do love yards in day to day I loved her with Jacob Lordy were they were ever how oh yeah they were on euphoria together, and there are a couple for a little bit thousand my favorites and ass. They ask you like where far six five Australia, no he's just a gorgeous, and you have no real sir chemistry like worked so well together and they were even like romantic win.
Often the show at all now still like dying for them to be together. I don't know I loved him together and I love tat, aunt, arms and no hate. Your favorite shows that you streamed in two thousand twenty one that can increase anatomy, where you watch fifteen savings and became convinced that you could medical diagnose people out is also medically fresh, after arching it you were you damn that we had to intervene and make you stop watching that chose to gloomy. Nobody had been then enabling warning. I never said I outer banks, as my first one, just incredible shell, Netflix Reginald serious problem launched I go watch. It is the exactly teen vacate that you need a sex life and college girls. Witches was issued at suggestion, Bali, Bio, oh my god. Oh my coming stroke over here, HBO Max, yes, incredible, Malaysia sex in the city for college grows older. I thought it was really good. I thought is really good as well, because it was the most realistic tv that I've watched
that similar to how human beings my age or a little older than me, actually behave because they had like they had all pieces of the world right now that are prominent with my age group like gender differences, sexuality, diversity like everything, everything which was so ready, realistic to the way that life actually is, and some shows try, wait you hard like, like music from the city, remake Thea and even like. Sometimes in euphoria like you just wait you much, although you, for it, is a pretty good job at it. I thought this was the most realistic version of social media representation. like human representation in general. I just phallic is super realistic and funny. That's fine! I enjoyed it so much and then vampire diaries which comes at a whopping third, which I love. I like halfway through season to its an incredible tv, shows how timeless use put it on and economies. Loner said about this list, what you
Obsessed with you. When you watch you, you know I was fourth or your love for you. It was I felt like I was in a weird place after I watched it like, I felt cause uranos your path because he's a sociopath in Basically, when you watch you, you are Joe yeah, so it's like I felt like I was asleep Your path- and I advise me here as the uncomfortable with those action, is putting on a weird little. How does a stocking people at nice like ours like ours, are going through? they don't know what is going on. It made me feel weird, it's an incredible shallow. Last but not least, your top five size to cry in your car to two thousand twenty one What is this made by the way? So I got my license in August and my favorite thing to do is drive. I love driving, listen to music, and sometimes you just really upset and being my car's like the only place from actually alone for the most part. So sometimes I just knew Cry
and they're sure people out there need music to listen to when they wanna cry. It's like at those tears out to convey the messages that you want, and this is my list for that. I feel like that's a pretty valid sing. Like most people do this yours you're in. I don't see you doing not. Maybe it's like a journey song, her something buffer view, people who, like decided music, who want some suggestions. I got some for you, so first one is all too well ten minute version: Taylor, Swift, a classic. If you like Taylor, swift- and I don't like you yeah she's incredible- and this ten minute version is crazy. She just kind of going off on Jake Gillian Hall, but it really like makes you think about a scenario that you had
like Taylor, where issues things were all too well short brief. Little thing that you had with someone in it. It didn't unwell and it was all too well you know, so I could cry about that. I feel her lyrics next, one repeat insult us Novo more. This group's absolute incident like they're, so good, just some nice like cry type sounding music, but it's not just hit separate poodle, Projector Rex Orange County, another call classic and if you say music, it's on basic, incredible song, just go crazy state lines by Novo, more another one and then strawberries by camp, which is just like this was more about a happy sad song raised like love, someone so much. Those are my five and you have to listen. I'm if you're upset as you're the driver and early and crying you're good a rough year ever yet a rough refound few weeks first, we'll be like, and I am coming home from soccer is screaming in my card. All too well, Poland into the gas station
in the gas guys like. Why are there two years on your face like Zagreb through there? about a break yeah. I'm like, I feel like I'm finally normal again, I'm hoping when school. Does it come round that just changes, but school is actually what makes me happy issues like having so much going on that. I, like I, don't even have time to think whether part for people in your generation is, you think, covert has a finish line in, though that it's coming back and you think I d make us all, and I learned are you gonna? Be spending just your entire highschool career to mask ivy? Thinking really hope not because of mask fishers. I, for one I've boyfriend, I say: that's not a problem of mass fishes are the people the people ass soon ass Kishar is kind of like if to give an example to relate to any of you who have an ideal says: it's like a guy has a really cool haircut
and like a cover, is his entire face. Almost in a burst of the wind comes by, and then he just like not q, so amass fishers hug hasn't dude when you're wearing a mask. Half of your face is covered so bargain with everyone around you. So you don't know people in your class newly o back eyes, like some cute eyes, her wonder like what are you, as I don't really know its idea. You don't know the under, but here it's like it's almost the mystery that you enjoy and then they pull him ass, a drink somewhere like I'll fuck you're not give away you're here in your mouth.
I thought you said it's just like it's rough because you don't you don't know who to go for these days. I don't have a problem with it anymore, but like it's just it creates difficulties and then the mask me too it just like so frustrating cuz you can't breathe, sometimes like I have to walk up, so many stairs gets classes and I'm in class no match my physical. It's just like everything about it. I hate, but I I'm always going to wear masks on the nose just because I want to keep everyone safe and myself safe and I I do appreciate what they do, but it's really unfortunate to be in high school and
where one night that's a good check in any predictions for two thousand twenty two thin culture. We have euphoria coming out about it. I gotta be insane, I'm really excited for thy. That's I'm! I'm quite excited about that links. The two up says that they dead, focusing and on two main characters. I don't love swum, I'm hoping for a good season to come in. What do I do what I want? I don't. I don't know what I'm expecting some issues come
Netflix the Netflix algorithm, probably lifted out our banks louder? I was here they are renewing others and there's another shooting coming out inside. If that alone can I took, I plug my instagram minor yoga, I follow for real earth team patrol on Instagram. Would you some fun lives? Sometimes I feel like I miss I miss talking on here. Unlike sad servants, forget there, though, cried your car. So what does here and if you ever see wage Ivan around just make sure Launcelot DU clause for olive growing? If you sit Craig, and I know that I just had a four hour soccer practical happier than simply the Pakistan
the Peter her thanks to their Thompson. Thanks to my daughter, Zoe thanks to cooperating for producing this package, thanks to everybody who listen this year, two thousand twenty one. I am looking forward to taking this package into a new year and will see if things come down does it really do? I sure hope so happy New Year's day, safe embassy, in unison, One way.
