guns, knives, fires, drug use
day in and day out,
you dont realize thats what

where I live.
I live here in the building
and I hear them all night long
ive been in California. My

this- is not California anymore

families to room in

Lawrence? Why arent the police,
enforcing the laws here

defunded.

issues.
Weve been trying to find her
for the last couple months:

you went the your first group
home

Lawrence? What would it take to
get you off the street today?
Oh, I mean im about to
leave

up
Lawrence. You say a lot of
people are between places right
now.
Some of your friends are out
here that may have addictions.
Do you think they have the
desire to go through the
treatment programs that the city
is offering
no
Lawrence mind telling me how
you ended up here?
I lost my kid and fiance due
to a drunk driver
Lawrence. How often do you shoot
up
roughly thirty two times a day?

who are feeding us and giving us
nice clothing and making sure we
stay neat people can come.
I did
I was a councilman. I would
be down here right now, man
talking to you talking to these
people saying what are we going
to do about this man?
The city councilmen have
allowed them not to have a rock
bottom.
Everything comes to them
Lawrence Lawrence. A lot of
people are leaving California.
If this problem continues, would
you be one of those folks

while, because I think this is a
place worth fighting for

our request for Comment
