And he came in and he had his evaluation with him and he put it on my desk he said something along the lines of you. I got ranked in the middle the pack and how did this happen and I should be at the top or or at least I should be near it. I should have five hours and in view of this category, category in this other category and the guy himself. He wasn't slacker by any stretch. Imagination was what goods really solid zeal. But he wasn't.

Standing front runner, but he was really really solid, which You only allowed to have a very small number of guys that your ranking as front runners and evil and therein, I was better at this point playing the game, you know up and down the chain of command, and so what I do is I sat down. I listen to him and I listened to his perspective and as is doing that as I was listening this guy in our thinking, myself feel this guy's a hard working seal he thinks he should have higher grades across the board. He thinks he should be a top rank guy with FF if point knows and I am sitting there listening to him. I'm thinking Why does he actually think that? Why does he think what what is going on in his head that he thinks that he should be a point out. And, of course, something myself? This is somehow my fault. This is gonna, be my fault, because I'm the leader and I have a guy, I'm a guy

And he knew I mean- I know I worked in the apartments- I know what's going on these- not gonna? U can't lie to me and I said how bout this needs. Supervision produced quality work. Few errors uses resources efficiently. You know that is that three point up, I could give you a four point out somewhere between those two on actually being kind of generous. What what do you think. And one thing this interesting rather wrinkle you in the Navy, one they list, ok, you're, a one point all this is what your like as a one point, no unrecorded and give description for the low and spectrum they they did.
