Nine was supposed to provide a party in sports, so why does the gap still feel slit? Why all the sudden animals like we? How is that allowed didn't title? Nine fix all this from NBC youth and NBC sports. This is in their court, a new high past about women's basketball and the fight for baroness listen. Now wherever you get your party ass, so weird can. I have a result tonight all the votes or tallied. I am confident we will win. We're not gonna have resolution tonight, but we can see the path ahead. We can see victory ahead. Pennsylvania republican, primarily for the. U s. Senate is still too
close to call trump backed doktor oz leads, is opponent dave mccormick by a tiny splinter. Just under twenty six hundred boats separate the two plus republicans in north carolina, eleventh congressional district run out of patience with congressmen, madison gothorum as trumps pig in that race is voted out. State granada is standing by to break down the results from last night's top races and what they mean and developing overnight. Finland and Sweden formally submit their applications to join nato. We will be joined in our third, our by sweden's ambassador to the. U s and clear watts will take us to the maps at this hour plus another sign. The justice department is expanding. Its investigation into the january sixth attack of the capital is now trying to get access to the transcripts of witnesses who have met with the congressional committee investigating the insurrection well bring in one of the reporters who broke that story and president Biden consoles those who lost loved ones in the deadly mass shooting in buffalo, as he vowed to promote, expose the people who use powerful platforms to spread hate. Jonathan. The mayor has some new reporting on that this morning good morning and welcome to morning Joe, it is a busy wednesday may eighty can, along with Joe willie and me, we have former aid that george w bush white house and state department, at least Jordan she's in a mess and bc political analysts and the aforementioned host of way too early and by how spirit cheap at political, Jonathan, le mayors, where this is well so bad, a wilderness. Relieved if you go not only so that you could you go through the growth per country, these public libraries
As of anger, you add a doll. Trumps candidate wedding is gubernatorial race in the city. Primary, which is still up for grabs two thirds of voters, voting against donald Selection. You go north carolina where again we get. We just talked about making just said that donald trump edison, call thorn, lost and incumbent lost in that house, race Madame from one state wide, and you can go across across the country in places like idaho, where they're having really some challenges in the republican party. Bore right: extremists, white nationalists the christian nationalist to the end and all of that sort of clumping together a lot of the far right candidates of the time, I'm supported, including the lieutenant governor lost their races to sell me
bag is best for the former president yeah mixed bag, even side in this state of Pennsylvania, which is where we're looking very closely. You have dug mass giuliano who was a late bandwagon choice of donald trump, Donald trump choice. Indeed, he won the republican nomination that state concerning establishment, republicans, who believe he's gonna have a tough time, beating their democratic josh shapiro in that state and, as meekest said still too close to call in that hotly contested senate race. Republicans still do not have a winner, the election to close to call between the trump back doktor member jaws and hedge fund executive in military, veteran, David, Mccormick mccormick, is backed by several trump administration officials, including former secretary of state, might bomb pale. Recent poland saw him losing momentum after trump attacked him as not mega. We talk
a lot in the last few days of a conservative commentator, Cathy barnett, who shook up the race and the final stretch with a late surge, but she has fizzled out and likely will finish. Third in this race on the other side, Democrats chose the tenant govern John federation to be. There are now many fishermen had been leading in the polls when he suffered a stroke on friday. He voted in the primary election from pennsylvania hospital and is expected to make a full recovery, as I mentioned in the goober torreon raced far right election conspiracy theories. Doug mastery, I know, has won the republican nomination. Mastery anna was leading the race when he received that late endorsement for for present from just on saturday, he has said if he wins, he will appoint a secretary of state that would quote reset the state voter roles.
state attorney, general Josh Shapiro ran unopposed for the democratic nomination Joe. If you look into doug mastery, I know his history and his record and his views democrats are excited about running against him, but with a strong candidate and josh shapiro, but will two thousand sixteen, when Donald trump was nominated and democrats were excited about that as well. Remember the setting. I lied scare with Hillary Clinton, talking to Hillary Clinton of the past laughing about the fact that she got donald trump, the Jim, Jim Carter's white house and nineteen, eighty celebrated when Ronald reagan, one the republican primary, because there is no way this guy was ever going. Did elected in eighteen sixty six, just like this pennsylvania, arrays ronald reagan, primary upon it actually promptly, in the two are.
The Democrats actually pump money in IRAN reagan's campaign for governor nineteen sixty six cause. They knew he would be the weakest candidate, so you always have to be very careful trying to gain this out. I will say this willie. I think I think I'll just pick from well speak for myself. I think sometimes arms. I speak in shorthand. I think a lot of people making the speaking in shorthand by just saying an election denier wine intense so may I make it so important that it up things like this. We do we just stop and say whether second, the republican they party in pennsylvania, alighted an election denier, a guy who is opposed to democracy, a guy who is opposed to fair and free elections, a guy who is ill liberal in much the same way, we see with authoritarian governments in hungary and basically says does it matter Why say it doesn't matter
the federal judiciary says it doesn't matter if it sixty three federal courts did say it. It doesn't matter. If there's no evidence, if my side does, when than the election Action outcome is illegitimate. This is something again something new I think new in two thousand and sixteen and something new in twenty twenty It's also again now its end in twenty twenty, two, the fact that we have candidates. and voters across america, contempt for man, much contempt sounding democracy that have as much contempt for american democracy as frame than the constitution that have as much contempt for the will of voters. It's it's something something again that we can't overstate
a casual fan or distant observer. He was at the start. This deal rally doug mastery and on january sakes, did not breach the capital was not inside the building. But there's some reporting that cross police lines point is he was there and fought, even in the days after, in the weeks after two tribes to overturn the twenty twenty election inside the state of pennsylvania and, as I said, has vowed if elected governor, he will appoint a secretary of state who will wipe clean the voter roles and make everybody register again, because these are believes that fraud and the voter roles, because of the fact that donald trump lost in pennsylvania. Let's go right to the big bore national political correspond ever NBC news and MSNBC steve court. Accurate got his fifteen minutes asleep and he's back with us now stay, let's start with the senate race boy! Look at those numbers. What still out there, who has the egg haven't flashbacks year, two november, twenty twenty and that week after the election, when it all came down the pennsylvania and we were waiting on malian barracks in, I think death, where this story is gonna wind up here and they said it raise here. You see right now, state why oz is lead over Mccormick's. It's just north of twenty five hundred votes that two tenths of one percent. One thing we are still trying to nail down from some of these counties. It appears there may still be some same day vote, that is to say some election day but folks who went out and voted at the polls yesterday, the still to be counted in some of these counties, not a ton, but we think there may be, for instance, some remaining in delaware county. This is a big one right outside of philadelphia, endorphin candy. This is where hairs from the state capitol is next door it this is in congo, uncanny were carlyle. Is you can find pockets throughout the state where there may still be some same day vote to be reported, so we're trying to kneel down exactly how much did there will be there? The same day vote? Basically, when you added up together
When you add it up together, cumulatively, across the state, oz and Mccormick, were basically splitting it. I mean it is basically a close to a tied race right now, and so, when you get through that, however much is left there we're trying to get nail that down with these counties this morning. First thing, then, the other thing that we do know is there are a number of mail in ballots that have
to be counted now, there are some counties in pennsylvania that came into yesterday, saying: hey. We have mail in ballots, we're not even going to look at them until the day after the election. There are a few counties that said that a place like mercer county in western pennsylvania made that statement. Other county said well. We started to count them or give you an example. Here, lucerne county said, we've started to count them last night. They said: ok, we're going to stop counting for the night, we're going to resume counting those mail ballots tomorrow. So there's more votes to cut music of the gods, for instance, is doing well here. So we're not sure exactly how many mail in ballots are remaining. But if you used, as a number say, twenty thousand down here. Twenty that number down here. Twenty is what you should look like. If you imbalance about twenty thousand mail in ballots. In again,
to be a zero there. I dunno, if that looks like twenty thousand any closer, but let's say that's twenty thousand votes. I think the key is this in the mail ballots that have been counted so far. Statewide Mccormick is running nine points ahead of oz on the mail ballots. So if you had twenty thousand give or take, you were trying to get the exact number here, but it might be somewhere in that ballpark. There would be an opportunity there for mccormick to make up properly. If it's nine points, not all of that gap with but gap with cut severely into that gap with us, because this is one of the things after republic in primary republican primary after trump endorsed primary this year, the trump endorsed candidate has been doing worse with the mail in votes than with the same dave
the same day votes? So if you've got a batch of mail in votes that are uncounted, we see Mccormack doing better with them here in pennsylvania, we've seen candidates like Mccormack doing better with them in other states before this. So there is an opportunity there, I think, with. However many mail in ballots, there end up being an opportunity for mccormick to cut into that us lead. And finally, just the key here is this: wherever it does end up, pennsylvania law is within half a percentage point difference between the candidates recount each two tenths of a point. Right now and again, there are some possibilities on the board here for us to add same day vote. There are some possibilities here from mccormick to add nail vote
yeah, hey steve, I I just I I'm looking at the pennsylvania map, I'm comparing it to the ohio map from a couple of weeks ago and and Dave Mccormack fits the bill of, say: Matt Dolan, an ohio guy, that's more a main mainstream republican, a guy who is very successful as a business person and we saw how horribly Dolan did in in rural ohio. I must say looking at the map It surprised, Mccormick did extremely well in rural,
in rural pennsylvania. That is something that I don't know how many people would have predicted beforehand. But again, if you look at the trend lines, how well did trump back candidates still in rural pennsylvania, eyes, underperformed greatly Mccormick did extraordinarily well. I did garnet to do with all that, yeah and- and perhaps Barnett took suppose away from us, but also same day. Voting when Mccormick was ahead by was a boats after the melon voting, I thought algae eyes is gonna overwhelm him with all the same they voting, but They writing, but I must say Mccormick showed a lot of resilience that I just backed by donald trump this year during the inside. As why he outperformed in so many ways a year, it depends what you're looking there are
we are looking. There are some regional differences in this race. One thing I think is we were saying: was there are going to be in east west divide because one of the things they do in pennsylvania is they put the candidates, poem county right next to their name,
cool make use alleghany county he's the only candidate to heavy western pennsylvania home county on the balance. That was one of the things they are looking for was in western pennsylvania. Would there be a boost from Mccormick and you could see Mccormick a lot of these western pennsylvania counties very well here that full county, a dynamic, I think, also came into effect. Look at this one place where I think people are most surprised to see. Merou for barnett on this map is right here in montgomery carry this is one of the biggest most high college. Education density carries intense obey. It is one of the suburbs. That's been trending more and more democratic barnett lists. Montgomery county is our home county causeless, montgomery canny as his home county barnett in oz, running one too in Montgomery county. So I do think there's a geographic element to based in the home counties. Votes were using on their backs, but yes, OZ, rural western pencil of actually I've mccormick in rural, western pennsylvania, idiot central pennsylvania put up some good numbers. The other thing the jumped out at me.
Good numbers. The other thing that jumped out at me is, if you go to northeast pennsylvania, you know who's doing real well right there. It was men that us take a look at like lackawanna county near where scranton is mehmed as by double digits. Here you know Wilkes barre Hazleton right around. Here again, I was putting up good numbers here I was looking at our spreadsheet. We were trying to track this based on Donald trump's performance in the two thousand, and sixteen republican primaries in the next trump swept pennsylvania in the two thousand and sixteen republican primaries. But it's really the only competitive republican primary trump ever ran in pennsylvania, and if you index this vote to Donald trump's performance being the sixteen republican primary the places where trump got the highest share of the vote in the two thousand and sixteen primary best in those places. So I think there was a boost for eyes, but again that doesn't mean it's gonna be definitive here, because state light, as you can see, this is how close mccormick has made it stay valise here
with a number with balance number of ballots to be still we counted mail in, and you said that your David Mccormick is running about nine points ahead of eyes when it comes to mail and do think that it's going to be enough for him to eke out a victory and not trigger a recount. The recount thing it's hard to see this getting north, either way of half a point
and that's what we have to be to be to avoid a recount. So, like I said, the question for the morning is exactly how much and where is there any same day vote that has not been counted and there's a little bit of confusion around that and I think delaware county, a pretty big one there. This is delaware. County right outside philadelphia is one of the places where our model is saying there might be. You know, ten. Fifteen thousand more same day votes to be counted their their website is suggesting something a little bit different, so we need to nail that down from them exactly how much is left there. There are a couple of places like that, but there could be opportunities in that for us potentially to build this lead a little bit but, like I said, even if oz pads this lead by one then you ve got the male ballast. the mail ballots to be counted and mccormick, as I said, leave
Oh it's been carried so far. What we ve seen in other primary suggest candidates like Mccormick, tend to do better with veil. The male looks like an opportunity for whatever lead, as emerges with four mccormick too, to eat into it enough, potentially certainly to get it inside that point five. It would take a lot for us when you factor in everything, that's left here, who take a lot for us to get this above zero point five. point five percent. I think the interesting scenario is if we can all the same day up eyes has the lead, then up count mccormick leap. Frog We're mc lean, frogs him and tat. And then days of war deja vu all over again you're talking about donald trump's, backed candidate in pennsylvania, being overtaken after the election on this barracks, that's what it would take for mccormick right now that was a dynamic we certainly saw play out and twenty twenty that the former president had some trouble with, will put it that way. Why did you stevenson
Hey Steven, John full, Amir yeah, I'm sure former president trump won't say a word about that scenario. But let's, let's turn the page said north carolina. If we could and another high profile race, madison car thorn, the young congressman has been in, shall we say a few headlines of late and he You did a concession, tell us what what
what went wrong for him. Get breaks down that race for us. If you will yeah what went wrong for medicine costs there and obviously some terrible headlines for him in recent weeks and a pretty solidly coordinated campaign in the eleventh district of north carolina you're, seeing it here. It's far western north carolina, beautiful mountain country out there and take a look here. This is these: are the component counties within the district? This is chuck edwards who beach cos on the margin here, ends up at thirteen hundred votes and what's interesting, cloth or nearly pulled this out. I think the reason coauthor ultimately is going to fall short see the golds here. These are the counties that Edwards won. This is buncombe county. That's where asheville is. This is Henderson county. This is where hendersonville is. This is two things home county, but this we're just circled here- is the political base in the state legislature of chuck edwards so ultimately would ended a path
Ultimately, what ended up happening was fun. He was interesting to watch. These results come in last night because we were watching the same day. Get counted up in all of these rural counties right along the tennessee border in cauthen was killing it in those counties, and so there was a moment last night when Edwards had jumped out to a big lead and I'm watching one county after another, specifically along the border come in, and I'm saying you know, I think cartoons going to catch them. I think quarter is going to overtake them, but what ended up happening was the final outstanding votes just about all of the final standing. Votes ended up coming, particularly in Henderson county edwards, represented in the state legislature, and it was a totally different story there, the folks that knew edwards as constituents, the folks that knew him as their state legislator and that also knew caught on as their congressmen. They broke decisively for edwards and there's enough population enough votes in that area. That's what carries edwards, that's what puts them over the top, because in the rest of this district, cawthorne ended up cleaning up
much will be seeing you again in our fourth, our if you're, still standing and really all of these races put together was the first it kind of initial test as we as we had toward them in terms of troms power. So an endorsement from donald trump job in these races and these races translated to what you want it. Obviously, if you're a republican, and you want a wound in your primary, unfortunately, I think that the cost is too high. if the cost is too high for most decent people, but there are a lot of indecent people out there that will do anything to win. I've kept the news vance exist, you get you a good, a good christian vote for donald trump and then he decides to wants to get elected and suddenly donald trump is the greatest president. Ever despite the fact, he compared him to hitler. Just a few years ago same thing with DR oz, Dr Oz,
what about a shape? Shifter, here's a guy that was was so conservative, with a small c on coven that it may doctor voucher, blush and now suddenly he's he's. Mr now he's mister a super maga, it's just it's an absolute joke. I do wonder I look. I look at these people and I do wonder just this. Their complete sense of shame Love for you to talk about that, but I wanted love for you to talk about that, but I want to know what more thing really quickly and that is that here we find ourselves in pennsylvania again, where we're having to wait to see who's going to win I just want to remind everybody here. This it's by design this it's by design by trappist know by design, because they do. if they're going to do badly in early voting and those are the first results that are going to come in and they think that's going to shape the coverage through four twenty. Sixteen you can go back and get. You were google machine people,
we can legislatures in wisconsin and pennsylvania in Michigan. Please do what line to satisfy florida dies count the early votes, early votes early will way action as we always do in florida by nine or ten o clock at night there, we'll be no controversies. Everybody can go to sleep, knowing who the next presidency going to be in this case, if they count in all the votes, early willie that everybody would now before they went to sleep, this as people act like all my god, it's been this, applicant nominee for the senator was but again like all my god, it's pennsylvania, this is romania. This is just how it is Let me say again: it's not a communist we say again: it's not a communist can actually do things that makes We do things that make sense riot count. Your like they do in florida, like they do in florida like they do. in the polls, clothes and floor
at seven clothes when the you now in florida, you moving where the elections moving, because the early votes- and there only question- is: are there catch up. This is again but again, but again, they keep it this way. like donald this way, so said. Follow and donald trump will lie again weeks that Mccormick wins here. You'll start is lying again, Dave Mccormick will start the lying again. Oh, it's really go we're having to wait two weeks who, in the world waits two weeks the people. The way two weeks are state legislators who do it intention our state legislators who do it so their voters don't know who Well that night? They need to go and do it the way floor? to go and do the way Florida does it and yes was governor flora. It's not a communist consumers, The governor was governor in florida. It's not a communist conspiracy. It's just the smartest practice saying this most practical
thanks, as you say, it doesn't have to be this way. But it's designed to be this way because in the space from election night till two three four five days a week out that gives all the oxygen in the space for donald trump and others conspiracy theories to say, they're, trying to steal this from doktor ass. We know why they're doing it, it shouldn't happen, you're right and there it it's gonna, take a different, the legislature to change the rules, but there's a republican legislature for and they do it there. I can legislature in florida and they do it there. So I dunno why they don't have it in pennsylvania, at least just before. We wrap this up want to go to you quickly on the way some of these candidates have run. Let's just take pennsylvania as an example towing the line between, let's, take David more, who knows This man called jane. Swell business man you're, an american history, all of that and then in the process of trying to court the endorsement of donald trump move back over it. Well, we shouldn't blame donald trump. The january six. There was a lot going on talked about himself, as you know,
america first agenda, it's a line, they walk and it's just doctor as to watch mccormick to watch these other candidates. It's a little bit painful to watch them, try to get down trumps endorsement and then, when they dont get it to try to swing back a little bit, but also to keep his voters to try to swing back a little bit, but also to keep his voters yes, and also, if they didn't get it, maybe they would have been better off not trying for it in the first place and keeping a more cautious distant add. The Glen young can playbook so to speak. If we're really going to hit the next phase of this great twenty twenty two election experiment you look at has contenders are getting knocked out and who's victorious in these primaries. It's really going to get a bit more existence when they have a candidate who marched in january six for governor of pennsylvania on the geo p side,
How much is the geo p actually going to support dogma? Austrian oak candidates, like that, I'm looking at The next phase now and it's gonna, be the stakes are sir, a little bit higher than just votes. Alright, still I had on mortem still. I had on morning, Joe the justice department investigation into the january sixth attack on the capital appears to be widening, will explain that brand new reporting plus present Biden makes a somber trip to the buffalo grocery store, where a gunman opened fire on Saturday will show you his message concerning the racist, based on the latest on those ukrainian soldiers. It back, evacuated from the steel plant. In mary, a poll the ukrainian government it, be part of a prisoner swap, but russia may labour them members of a terrorist group.
arrest group and as we mention John fatter, men want pennsylvania, democratic senate primary, but it was his wife who gave the victor. Was his wife, who gave the victory speech last night after he suffered fishermen joins Us- I had, and the fda gives the green light after gives the green light for some younger children to get kovac booster shots, but how many will actually get that third dose here? watching morning, Joe will be right back The hey guys, willie geist here I need you to check out this sunday sit down podcast on this week's episode, a conversation with a comedy legend mike myers talking about his it s an l, the phenomenon in the future, perhaps of austin,

Sixth, the capital capital attack, appears to be widening. We've learned d, o g of a deal
officials have asked law makers on the house select committee for transcripts of interviews? The panel has conducted as part of its probe committee chair, benny thomson indicated his panel isn't ready to hand over those documents. Here's what I told reporters yesterday. The au J officials have asked law makers on the house select committee for transcripts of interviews. The panel has conducted as part of its probe committee chair, benny thomson indicated his panel isn't ready to hand over those documents. Here's what I told reporters yesterday reality. We opened up now, obviously one
is now one of the first reporters who broke this story congressional reporter at the new york times: luke broad water. Also with us former. U s attorney and and emerson bc contributor, Barbara MC wade fluke. We want to dig deeper into your reporting, but first barbara. Can you just give us overall ascents explain what this means? the broke this story congressional reporter at the new york times justice department is looking at war. Within just the physical attack that occurred on January six at the capitol, but the full scope of all of the things that the january the committee has been investigating that includes aids. To my pants, who talked about the pressure donald trump put on him to stop the certification it include, tells us that J, high level officials who are pressured by trump to declare that there was fraud in the election. I think it is it's an expansion of the investigation. Now I don't scope it means necessarily that only now are they beginning that expansive? to gain. I think they have just reached a point where they ve done.
sure donald trump put on him to stop the certificate I've been doing over J high level officials who are pressured by trump too, to get the content of email, for example, is the kids and expansion of the investigation necessarily that only now are the beginning How are they beginning that expansive investigation? I think they have just reached a point where they ve decided it's ok to go overt. It's likely they have been doing over investigation before now. Search warrants that are sealed to get the content of a mail, for example, is likely already completed and are now ready to proceed to this phase. Lucas's your reporting in the new york times too Well, obviously, different aspects of the investigation has been moving at different places there there quite far along in an rounding up rioters right, there's more than seven hundred people
who came into the capitol that day or or came onto the capitol grounds that day who have been arrested, but what they're doing is, from my sense of it as they're, starting at january six then working backwards. So they started with the attack itself. An rounding up, rioters right, there's more than seven hundred people who came into the capital that day or or came out of the capital apple grounds, that day who have been arrested, but what they're doing is from my sense of it. People in lots of different aspects of the plans to overturn the election high ranking officials in the white house, people who are involved in the so called fake electors scheme? All the way down to domestic delete the leaders of domestic violence, extremist groups, so there are many entities should the justice department would be interested in seeing if only pheasant, maybe pre, free information before they do their interviews of these same people, perhaps
all the way down to domestic delete the leaders of the the think. It shows pretty clearly now that the justice department is so there are many enemies. The justice department would be interested in seeing if only it's really what the core of your reporting in this new pieces that they want. The transcripts from the select committee from trump associates from people around donald trump, who may have spoken to him that day, who may have planned the event on January six, who may have helped him try to stage the coup in the days after january. Six, do you have any idea or any sense of who exactly the justice department is looking at specifically that committee from trump associates from people around We may have spoken to him that day, who may have planned the event on January six, who may have helped him for a two stage: the coup in the days after january. Six, do you have any idea
broad is the way I understand it. It was it's the sort of start of a negotiation with the committee. First, they tell them week. We might want access to all of your transcripts. The committee is going to say. Well, maybe you can have access to some of them. Maybe there's some information. We want from the justice department that we'll use, broad. Is it the way? I understand access to this? If you give us access to that, They first they tell them week. We might want access to all of your transcripts and the committee is going to say: well, maybe you can have assets maybe there's some information, we want from the justice department that we use this as a negotiating tool and will give you access to this. If you give us act do you know, I think many thompsons comments were interesting yesterday after thing, and then we her more from some more sources connected to the committee that this is part of a discussion and
I do think you know that the base of the democratic party is gonna want to see strong justice department investigation, and I think they will probably want the committee to turn over the interviews, so whether that happens immediately right now or in a matter of weeks or months, remains to be seen. Hey Barbara Jonathan, I want you to pick up louis is going. There has been a lot of growing pressure on depart, injustice, two to act on this and certainly the politics involved. We don't have to weigh in on that, but if indeed the agenda was agreed for some of the more bold face names in trumps orbit, not just those who actually were storm the capital that day. What would that look like what sort of charges could they face? What's wrong time line might whistling, as LISA Monaco is the deputy attorney general. She gave a talk last week that I think that how this roadmap plays out one names in trumps war, not just those who actually we're storm the capital that day, what would that look like what sort of facts tell you where to go. You start
we just said with a crime, that's in front of you and then build from there. So the facts are going to matter, but I have to imagine that when they're looking at the attack, they have to be looking at some of the plays out. One thing that she said: that's really is attack, began, continue its crimes and not people opening the certification, which I think opens the they are so the facts you gonna matter, but I have to imagine that when there looking at the attack, they have to be looking at some of the communication and that opens the door to the letters that Jeffrey after the attack began. again continued to pressure mike pence in into stopping the sort of which I think opens the door to all of those members that he wrote and what their effort was to try to. I too, for the counting on that day, and that opens the door to found a ball anyone, at any level who, even if they were not at the capitol that day, I hear that to my ear. I hear that donald trump.
Its of for the electors that had been elected by the voters. Elected by the voters. So I think these facts one leads to another and, as least Thank you both so much. We greatly appreciate it and we'll have more on this big development later in the show before we get to the next story, though Jonathan Mayer, I wanted to talk about another investigation that I think there's a growing growing movement, certainly in the new england area, to launch an investigation that is exactly what's happening to the boston red sox white. appreciate it will have more on this big development later in the show before we get to the next story, though genital me, I wanted to talk about another investigation that thus the air that I think there is a growing growing movement. He was pulled in that area, which team the red sox played last night, exactly the Houston astros one wonders if perhaps they got the big trash cans snuck into fenway park. It's going to be a lot like the nineteen sixty world series, where the yankees crush the pirates in three games, but mazur roski. Wanted then remember when I told you that willing, just like the french election that will never forget going to squeak by tonight back in sixty, I have to say, though, it's nights where we can find common ground, red sox and yankee fans. It's not often, but when we're talking
the Houston astros, we sort of lock, hands, lock, arms and move forward together on the great cheaters who owe the yankees a world series title. They owe aaron judge and mvp award, not that I'm bitter, but it's nice to see america's team. The scrappy new york yankees bunch of kids who were playing stickball in the bronx while their moms hung the laundry out on the line and they call them into the stadium and they're playing baseball. Now majorly, big league baseball and they're doing just great and we're so proud of them, with the best record in baseball. Who would who would have ever believed, stick ball and then loosen up the fire hydrant as little aaron judge, run and run through the streets of the bronx and all the way to where you know it's all. They don't believe that what they're, fighting and and they're, not particularly successful where the russians still have strength, is in artillery but equation is starting to change. The ukrainian military is building up their their counter battery. There are counter fires and with the addition of western ammunition western in short, comments further together. If they can do that, they can slowly advance against ukrainians. The prom question, as you out and start to look down here to the south, the russians still whole curse and what it seems like they're trying to do is create sort of fake government.
