To create a physical will. material world and then the greatest sacred text that to a new level, and so then you really got to say that I am a ghost soon, but easy, ray aid. Anything I want really so easy because if we have a belief it's hard than it can be, how do you know and so answer it? Has everything to do with our mind and what we believe and sorry
we believe it thought it will manifest and story manner If we believe we, serving of great love than he well manner If we believe we are whore, we're gonna stay poor and we believe would only deserve something. It's not gonna come to us. I mean it. just because, because for all of us you know, and we ve been condition, do you know? I mean you very fortunate because knew you had a childhood where you were Mind was opened, a new were opened on, your heart was opened and that's the biggest spears thing is to open yourself to the possibility that everything is the way it appears to be and so even if you can just type in itself to that possibility just for a moment, you can pick up at all the next day, you can take it all with you next day that it's all real and everything that you saying, but if you just for a moment open to the possibility that things
I'm not be the way that you think they are. Then you have the greatest opportunity to really discover something incredible credible. You are so, sir. with the sacred yeah I describe it really, and so I really simplify it and the law of attraction, because I would say to anybody if you would just think about what you want. That's all you ever get in the simple respect, but a lot of people are people think a lot of negative things tat easily it's on a loop that just hold them into this negative pattern. So how do we break that negative thought pattern? right. So sorry, I'm in the mind, is like a computer program so and and the fact that it on the negative loop is because we programmes on the negative load, but but you know we could have been influence from your children and things like that. So so what The things that the man loves, loves repetition, loves it.
If you really want she thought this is the same old thoughts arrive again. You know, she's gonna condition at the same old thing, so loves repetition said the way you can override a programme is to put in the opposite. and when you start out, you know like a lying. You know, you say something like you know, you might be really brought Gee. I was when I was making a sacred email not have any money and new trying to instil. You know. Well them, sparingly and riches and time you say you feel a contraction in your body cause. You know you don't have it, but you know because I did it myself after while you change, you read, you really begin to change it and you don't have that contraction anymore then you start to see money coming in meaner in in different ways and ethnic and and or you can be given things that you are going to buy a now. You don't the buyer or so
you begin to say you start to see signs of land. You know is one of the great one of the great new thought for Tom right. This would say talk about a sign of land, so you start to see signs of land. Now that's what I did in the sacred you can do gratitude that will turn everything around that will make you you got that will get you off the negative round, those negative thoughts, a coming from beliefs held in the subconscious, mind right, that's where you can leave stem from for most of us. They stem mostly from our childhood conditioning, somebody's appearance it something to us. We just swallowed a poor planets inca, you know we're like right. And so we take it in and then we have all these believes that that You can hear you know if you'd be talking to somebody like it is If somebody says oh, I believe that under the auspices
the time or somebody says I think, those two again behind them. these statements are going to be a belief, the really interesting thing they had to spot, because we believe the true I really think you don't think they're believe You think they're real, you know, and so that can be hard to spot. But if you start to me, and you yourself, you know I believe, all I think, or especially look at the things that you have really strong opinion. because we have a really strong opinion is a belief that summit that so some one of the things that, in the light of sport, is that I share your heart to arm how to dissolve. Does those beliefs and really by some of the things that I have just mentioned: under an u can resolve them and you just feel free every time it believe goes out. You feel completely free
you know. It's amazing amazing feeling too, This family life is a fear that actually feel invincible. can. You imagine like if we have that, for example, the up the feeling of doubt right gas announced didn t now doubt and then certainly played a part in most people's lives, and that can be power, I, those two things so imagine living alive, zero, dad zero uncertainty. I mean incredible. How do we get a place of not doubting ourselves can, because you need to know who you are. You need to know who you are so that you don't act itself because they the want the one that is doubting as the eager, the one that is doubting as the mind and not reveal so then gonna become very aware of your thoughts that one starting than what the negative thoughts they all coming from the eager right. All of them
because you are, would never have a negative thought ever ever? Who you are would never. I urge you you are doesnt have who you are is allowing in accepting answer you didn T. So all of those things from the ego and they're, not who you are voice in your head that you hear that that boys that unites us familiar to you and seems to know an awful lot about you, sounds like you. That voice is not you that noise is just a programme. What was the voice that was in your head, consistently pre secret, though, had overcome that belief and then and then what's been the programme. because I feel like every new evolution of us, has got to be some type of faint overcome. So, as has been said, then you ve had overcome in the last fifteen years. Postsecret to get to the next level. Definitely negative,
They want at least secret. You had a lot on the whole. This aims. I was like a paper about, like everybody, always like. I was pointing out all the things that were wrong and I was kind of brought up and I think a lot of aside that you're good person, if you, if you point the things that are wrong. You know you have to speak up and that's wrong. You know shouldn't be happening in and so I suppose- could have brought up with that too, and so that's brought up with judgment, and that does not help us at all judgment we need to put it in the trash, because that does that does not belong with us and the one who is judging is the eager lax is the eager Judging the one it's negative thoughts as the agar is so so I had all of that going on you know I had doubt I had uncertainty. I had feelings of unworthiness. I had anger heaps of stress, oh my god,
hey. This is dr. Like crazy pray, the boy sacred living on the edge you know I was like this we'd lie flat whiteness. What's happen next year, something bad gonna happen and being really afraid. You know He's gonna happen to somebody I love, or so I mean live my life, let that an unearthing everybody does and it and they just kind of peace. No squash down, you know, and but most people their life. That way I mean you know in the last year, if you ve been terrified You know in the last year and really fearful in the last year. You know all that fear has been given as this lovely gift, you know when maybe a child and, like he's a whole lot of things to be fearful about and and then we go through fear, an army, it's very easy to say that there's no pandemic, that is fear of fear, based pandemic.
Why do we know that? Because there are many people who were not afraid and so If the pandemic was you, in the world was actually a real fear. manifestation than ever. Single person on the planet would be fearful em all there a lot of people fearful there is still a, but who were not that you should that the fear was already here with us. You know before the pandemic came along. Brian What was the? What was the belief that you still had to overcome? Postsecret, because you had your became a lot to be done to create something might at those but then what they, rather, please that still held you back the biggest one, the biggest one was that I was abundant. Tat was the biggest Does your letters are limiting belief or arabic I was the one I had been brought up with. We can't afford. We don't have enough
and money would come into. My answer would slip through my fingers. You know things would break down the unit. Would do all these things to get the money I might take. It arise because I had this belief that I did not have an abundant and of money and are I was always in struggle and that came from my parents bless them. You know thou beautiful, but that came from them. You know we can't afford it and all of those things I was brought up with that, as many of us are seldom the one one that I the biggest thing to overcome the believed. The biggest thing to overcome was the if, in lack of money, and I knew I needed to overcome, not for the sacred to sweep the world to be at our attract and brain. because, if I didn't know overcome that, how could it possibly? Why would not come to use them I had to overcome it. However, how did you ever called them
you're gonna, give you the floor, of lack of the night big enough. Never I'm not worthy of money. Had a we finally transition into abundance. I did by many many things I tried many things all kinds of of his experimenting with it. So I will just walk down the street insiders prosperity, airdrop, breathing in prosperity on dual these after me gee, I'm breathing in prosperity with every breath. I take my substances, prosperity, I'm abundant, I am worthy, you know, I'm sorry, we say all these affirmations. I would have them all Pindar around the appeal given that I was staying in answer that I would say them and read them every day. So that was just one thing. Then what I would do the beers thing was because at the time I was incredible. Debt I was, making the sacred- and I just Didn'T- have the money to make it why
started out two million dollars in debt mind you because of It shows that when really wrong, and so reproducing tv shows that yeah I was, and so I mean in dollars in tat, makes it sound. Like I had a lot of money, I never had anything locked up money, but we these you'll movies that we're making they ran over budget, and so I started with two million dollars in debt I remember I discovered the sacred and I went to my accountant and I said you have to do whatever it takes to keep my company afloat, I'm going to make something. That's going to change the world, I'm going to make. you keep my company going, and so the you and he just said he just said: ok and so I took out oh my gosh, I maxed every credit card. I had to the limit I I mortgage my home to the absolute limit actual overdrafts out on my company, so I could make the documentary
and so I had rushing debt. coming in on me- and I knew more money to keep making it, so it was a journey of absolute lock. You know and the like it was just an expression of what being brought up with I'd turn that around so one of the things I did like the When I was growing get used to get, then you get your bills are accounts in the mail. You not wasn't all online and so join them to speak. and strode. When I start my stomach worldwide and if any he's been in that situation, where you just have enough money, and you ve got all these this. It's a horrible feeling, you know and mine, My whole body worked contract and I would know that is attracting a lack of, and that not attracting abandoned. So I used to do this thing whereby I would
You gratitude and an eye would listen to music and I would do all of as many I could, until I felt, really really good and origins myself, I am abundant and nothing would object. No thought would objected. Unlike right now, as the time to open the male right. I'm feeling really really good, and so then american? There the bills, and I would be look at each one- I was a check, I would imagine it's not a bill, so you play the game you're mine did you live under any other man, so powerful.
The, although you cannot change conditions or circumstance. You don't have to let them control you. We can't control what's going on outside, but we can control what's going on inside and, unfortunately I don't think many of us have been raised to really understand that yeah and it's a lack of understanding that it's causing all our problems, but I mean how can you say that to someone who's like well, I don't feel like I have control on the inside when it seems like everything has power over me. What's something that gets shift, you see the truth is for for that person. That would be true that they're being, Told by outside. We look at it this way. We are the only creature on the planet. That's totally disoriented. In our environment, a little squirrels the bird
every all the animals are completely at home in europe. Environment. They blend in you and I are totally disoriented- enter environment. We ve been given the mental faculties. To create our own environment. However, we go right use we ve never learn that we have higher faculties and the average first has no knowledge of how to operate with how to develop them. We're perception, will reasoned imagination, memory and intuition know those mental faculties. There not just words there Actually, mental faculties that we can use to take control over our world danger create environment that we want, but unfortunately we grow up. We don't know that we ve been raised to live through by what we see here, smell taste and touch our physical senses and where we ve been raised to be controlled by. What's
We're not outside as little kids will listen to what I'm telling you. We all look at this and it outside and we get our report card and that tells us what kind of student we are, but it really tells us where reminder is that for a few minutes three weeks ago got nothing to do with who we are so. I think, where we're raised in ignorance, actually there's a very small percentage of the population that have a reasonably clear understanding of who they are and what they're capable of doing, but the ones that do are in the minority. Our whole company has been dedicated to teaching that to people for the last fifty some years powerful. You talked about the five faculty to five mental faculties and I eat
in this briefly in our in our previous interview, but I'm curious. I have a new question for you, which of the faculties typically is the hardest to. I guess master or you become efficient in to use to your advantage in a positive way in which is the one that you feel like hurts us the most. When we don't well. I think reason, is probable. Boy is someone that spoken about by. Most all the great leaders, yeah and they've all been complete, unanimous agreement that we become what we think about it's our reasoning. Factor that enables us to saint and ford says thinking is the hardest work there is, which is the probable reason. So few people engage in it
doctor can make farland who's gone for a long time now, but he was a great educator down in Kentucky. He one time said two percent of the people think three percent think they think and ninety five percent would actually rather die than think. You know that sounds cute, but it's true. If you stop and listen to what most people are saying, it's going to be fairly obvious, they're, not thinking. If you stand back and watch what most people are doing, it's fairly obvious they're, not thinking or they would never say, or do what they're doing most people today have their tv on the news and they're just soaking up all the stuff. That's going on that dominate
in the media right now shall they become a plaything for what's going on outside and that's why they are living in such fear by consuming the media of whether its true or accurate are not true, you're you're. Being now yeah, it's not a matter of whether its true or not. It's how you want to spend your life just listening to that that this then you should deny it. It doesn't mean that you should say well, that's all false. I don't know either it's true. Boss he's just bad news. I dont want to be involved in it. Am I that is their well you'd almost have to be dead, not to be aware that is there, but that doesn't mean you have to spend your time. Thinking on that, one would much rather activate someone my creative faculties and do something that.
constructive time and a time on under crisis and worry and in fear for a lot of people? What should we be thinking about? How should we be a using our imagination in different ways, as opposed to fixated on the bad news, The I get asked a lot about easy ways to have more money at the end of the month and there are tons that I can think of, but this one is for my fellow fans of ordering delivery living in L. We're going to be,
the same world when this is all blown over them ran right now, you can be quite different. if people are not going to be rushing out to big events, where there's a lot of people that give me rushing to restaurants, I think they're going to be very careful about what they do where they think of where they're going I was listening to Senate can be, If you're a public speaker dont, look for a stage for a little while, because you're not gonna have one. Now. This also present rate opportunities it sam, for us for my company we're m going online first beta ahead. Now, fortunately, we built the studio,
more five years ago, so you're prepared workload, real, quick and we're ready. We can we can broadcast. We were. Let a training class going in here on this last week with about three hundred of our it's small over the world. We had a three day, training programme for them and it was very effective. All I have to come to gather data. Did it from right here yeah, I mean you you're known for doing these powerful transformational workshops in person. So far
someone I mean it's very inspiring for me for someone at your age. Where would be the excuse of most people, your age to say? Well, I don't understand this technology thing and I've been doing this this way of business for so long. It's always worked this way and I'm not going to try to reinvent or evolve and pivot and grow in this way. So it's really inspiring to see somebody your age with your level of experience and say you know what I'm embracing it. Maybe I don't like it. Maybe you do like it, but you're embracing it and making the most of it as opposed to resisting is what happens when we start to resist and our life? What what truly happens well? Well, we resist and we created our mind. That's all we think about you see. I guess my age really has nothing to do with that, but it I form that attitude a long time ago. Yeah I didn't like the idea that, when you lived for so long, you gotta cut out you gotta, stop by
hell? I don't like that idea at all. First of all, I think where worry, I believe, we're here to do. Gods were god's work. Is creation, expansion, fuller expression, greater goodness, And they were going to do that we to be working at it all the time we're here on this planet. We never stop so aid should have no bearing on. I do not want to give us a guard to build this place. We put a couple of million dollars into this somebody's of how old are you a nice guy was probably eighty three it when they started
fragrant. You said you're eighty three and spent two million dollars illness studio. I said yeah like why not I mean you see we let things that really have no concern. We let them bother if we let them control us and ages, a dumb thing to let control you. It's our thinking that controls everything. That's the one point every great leader of return. We become what we think about, or what the person's thinking I'm taking. If I get all I gotta stop while then you'll stop or I thinking well, I've been here a long time. I've got a lot of experience. I want to utilise our experience to keep me going as long as I am here. I mean anybody had their head screwed on right a few years ago. We know that this thing is going to take over
yeah, and if we don't learn how to use it, we're toast shut you down our joint seminars on my ipod gazillion run it right manager and out through the universe yeah. What should we be thinking about the most right now in europe? if I'd anguish, most importantly about our future, I think we should be thinking about the great ass like it to the school of greatness. I think we ought to be thinking about the great asset we brought locked, got locked up within it and bring it to this as everyone has deep reservoirs of town and ability within and again break through the service joy publish anything they want now to sit in fear. and wonder. What's gonna happen, that is a dumb waste of your talent in your time and, unfortunately, that's what
the media is promoting right now to believe in fear, is to believe in something you can't say to believe in faith is to believe in something you can say. Well, if you have a choice, I think I'd choose it's over being absolutely, I think I believe were. I can really see something happened, Believe we're gonna have a phenomenal year and our company, in fact I read, I am I'm business partner sandy gallagher and very bright lady. You was a securities attorney prior to joining us. She ran a programme this morning for a run. Our entire company we have about seventy people and the company she was Masterminding tell them all and saying how this is important, that every one of us get involved in this, that we learn the basics of masterminding
Then napoleon hill brought to the world, let's say way back in the thirties. Now I think that's what we should be taking People sandy was on the right track there, so I think we ought to be thinking about what we're gonna build hub, Are we going to do or where are we going to do? When are we going to start our goals have not changed, they're, very big or very ambitious, and we're not letting this virus slow us down one bit, as matter of fact we're trying to figure out. How can we use this to speed up here, and you can't I can't get rid of it. Use it to your advantage. There is a way we can use dry advantage. People are more dependent upon the phone. I've got a computer here are dependent on their phone, their computer, more than they
remain? We can reach them anywhere in the world through those making the unity or to advantage. You tell you talked about fear, for a second I'm curious when we live in a state of fear. What does that do to us? And when we set part of this, when we feel that fear Become aware of it, what should we be thinking or doing are acting on in order to shift into a more positive spin state you now? That is one hell of a good question. And it's a question. Most people are not able to answer. First of all, the cause of fear is ignorance. That is the cause of fear and show you follow the ignorance it does. You start out is fear the ignorant start joke and a conscious level as doubt and worry that's on a conscious level where doubting or worrying, then.
I take. Whatever image comes into our consciousness of that don't worry and we turn it over to our emotional mind, that's what causes the fear. Well, that fear, then, has to be expressed through the body. The only instrument it can be expressed through our physical body. It sets up up asian known as anxiety, anxiety is not expressed, anxiety become suppressed, we suppress it and the suppression then turns to depression, which turns to disease which turns to decay. You see you're talking about a track. A person gets on it's a very negative track, its ignorance. Don't worry, fear, anxiety, suppression, depression, disease, disintegration. Now the pole
percent of all that the opposite of ignorance is knowledge. There is only one way to get to knowledge, and that is to study now, unfortunately, and school didn't do the job that it was designed to do. For most of us, schools should teach us to love to study not really what I did not a dread studying at home. Mortem tests should teach us to love it. We go daddy leads to the opposite of, don't worry, which is understanding, I study that leads to understanding. We understand how to handle the fear he gets understanding and that neighbors us to cause us to understand. Where the fear starts the understanding, then we want to say what do we understand? We want to understand this,
Universe operates by law. One of the law is the law of opposite. The opposite of don't worry is understanding now, if they don't work, leads the fear. Once understanding leads to understanding leads to faith. The faith leads to expression, it well being and expression. It's not depression. It's not suppression slot anxiety. The faith leads to well being the well being then his expression acceleration, because work at ease we're not up. There is not, mrs scheele. Your deal with power opposite church do different sides do things, and when we understand that our world starts to change this, understanding that we learn how to deal with these pandemics one day here and there?
we'll head there'll, the others there always has been all down through history. If you look back, there's been things like this happened in the past and, unfortunately, the masses are sort of paralyzed. By what do we do? That is people. Why do we feed but more of what scares them as opposed to what you an idea, which has run out of my c mon, what that's right they buy p. I don't buy good news people by bad news. Why do you imagine if everybody to gender cnn send into the school of two dead to the school of greatness every week? The amazing can you imagine if everybody the tunes into fox, to dinner here we of greatness every week. Have you any idea, the impact you can have on the world or try to would be enormous and the enormous people want bad news it resident
where there are their mind is programme. The programme with negative information. There paradigm is all bad news. It's what we're programme with now is everybody knew there's a small select group of people, but don't fall into that category, and they are always working diligently. Trying to lift everybody up is not an easy thing to do. but every once in a while, the lowest house would come along and started school of greatness and he'll call in different people that feed into that concept that are in harmony with that that resonate with that, and so it makes it interesting for the listener and then that's how it goes and that's what you're doing
What I'm doing here and it's not a losing battle? It just appears like it. It I've just any. I think you're winnie now we're not we're not drawn the numbers and cnn dry, but the ones we draw us and absolutely you got it. You got or make an impact on them for sure. I'm curious. I want to ask you more about self doubt, because this is something I ve been fascinated with for the last few years as I I spent most of my life dealing with trying to understand how to overcome, doubting myself and achieve the sports goals, business goals, relationship goals that I had throughout my young
years, and I became obsessed with learning how to eliminate doubt and I've been researching this more and just trying to learn from people like yourself on how you have dealt with self doubt over the years and how you think, anyone who feels like they're doubting themselves, what can they do to go from doubt into confidence? What do you think is the path? Hey. That's a good question. It ties in with previous question. Yet what did we do with fear? Fear comes from the doubt, so the doubt becomes the cause of the fear, which is the cause of the anxiety, etc. The doubt is, the cause. Fear is the effect. What is the polar opposite to doubt, understanding it understanding that is the opposite of the
So what is it we want understand? Well, if it's me, that's entertaining doubt why a manner tat need go. If I were to find out who I really am- and I believe everything that's been talk down through the centuries, I would I have no doubt I would be realizing that I could do anything and the only thing that causes the doubt is the lack of understanding. So I'm going to keep studying to gain a better understanding. I don't doubt myself, I don't do what I can do. Does that mean that I can do everything now when doubt appears, are eliminated and eliminated by cause I'm gonna viagra. how to do whatever it is. I'm doubting- and you see if it's me that I am voting is because I dont understand me well enough.
I need a broadcast the other day. It was all over the place where thousands thousands went on self image and we ve got to get a better image of yourself. We have to get a true image of ourselves understand who we are, how our mind functions. Realises physical instrument. We're living in is nothing but an instrument is the instrument of the money and the mind expresses itself within. Through this thing, we call our boy Well, let's understand that better. This thing, you're going power in your one hand, light up that building europe for probably a month
there's about eleven million kilowatt hours per pound potential energy locked up in the electrons, the outcomes of the body? Well, that's the invisible power. That's in me. I want to understand that better how what that's the physical side was. The higher side higher site is my intellectual side, and that is the intellectual factors that I referred to earlier perception: well reasoned imagination memory in it imagine, there's six of them and then, as I understand those more as I understand my intellectual factors, I'm using the things that I'm utilizing and developing the things that separate me from all the rest of the animal kingdom, of which I'm a part, then I can tap into the spiritual essence of who I am because we're spiritual beings and that's where the greatness lips, how you hypnotizer itself for success. What that was like
and I guess that process in look. I think I think the vision at a young age wasn't, I wouldn't call it is mine, it was. It was the early development of manifestation name in and it was drawing have self portrait of myself from when I'm fourteen years old. Where it's me, I visit no joke. It is me, the matching hat and shoes like leg, with escape more on the side, all these like this art, easel and then just stacks and stacks of money, and drew the hand drew it right leg. The most fascinating aspect is its: this bizarre matching had two shoes combo, you know and into me, like always like could feel intuitively the law of attraction. In sum, Even when I look at like I needed, I was lost at twenty
five years old, when I was like searching for some sort of way too, I was like a fixed to help like redirect me and give me ray motivated and refocused, and that's why I was looking for hypnotist right then I found a hypnotist who was at the scripts lawyer hospital one leg and so to me and my okay, this this is like a clinical psychologist, it is. This is real right, and so, when I got in at some stage performer yeah yeah, so to me it was like, like when I got in there. I was like looking for, like you know, give me make me focused on skateboarding, so I can win contests like you know, whatever my vision was, and he immediately did this test and said you don't believe you meant to be successful or so just level and so does anyone he discovered. After doing this, I say it has, and then the initial hypnotists hitler hypnosis was just reinforcing the subconscious level that I was meant to be successful right that I believe
that right have you believe you learn to believe that if you hadn't believe that until that look, I I would say that I I had I I grew it and built it at an early age and was starting to lose. It got major professional at sixteen and kind of go to the next level, but then somewhere you lost right. He reinforced it and then boom. You know, and most recently I went to his house. You know like a year ago really yeah- I went to his house he's like this hypnotist now his lifelong friend, you know what I mean. I found him in the yellow pages of what the internet, the great doctor, george Pratt, and so you know, I would have sent friends there. I go see them all the time. You know, and my five year anniversary he presided over the five year anniversary of our when we renewed our vows, but I'm like hey. Can you just give me a check real, quick? I just want to verify
When I'm going to be a billionaire or he's like come on, stop it. You know that's going to happen. Why let his like psychological power? Stop it and it's just like you're right, DR george, but look, I think, even You know we were both in in thinking grow, rich that I had we had shot before we did the initial interviewed together too, woogie. None of you mean anyway, I gotcha ass, bright and in it was even back then like now an evolving. and getting more intuitive of things being attracted to me, but it wasn't too two thousand and eighteen, I was in a bit of a you know like a bit of a pit of chaos right because here's these great plans that I have built that were unfold, in two thousand and sixteen it was all coming alive right. Our interview was at peak youthful energy of. Like me, the world is mine. I just moved to beverly hills, I'm having my first child got my its new office.
Beverly hills. Like my forever states just law, the machine that month right. I'm of these things, like I'm gonna, build themselves. These companies still had never done it just a vision. The hope then, the energy of what was going to become big, an answer. the

The energy aside. We ourselves, as the analyses, show that didn't work now. This was them talking about like ridiculous ness going away. I really am:
I had built super jacket for it to be acquired, and it was just like wow. It's like this entire thing that I've got like built up, and this is the first company I'm building to sell, is going to kind of drift away here in my wife suggested like why? Don't we just watched the secret while, and so, unlike you know, like what you know, and I kind of remember the secret. You know I sort of like remember the secret and then. I mean the first fifteen minutes. It just shifted, my being it shifted. My being and way of thing have legs like stop it like look at who you are, what you've done and look at like, like the good that has constantly like found. It's way to you, don't lose sight of that like in IB. And to practise belief in literally like a month later my mind
internal medicine specialist is talking about meditation and I'm, like I have to meditate and she's like. Oh, I in my office, we have this new company that has these meditation pods, the soma dome right and I'm like. Can I try it out, and inside this summer down its guided me information about manifestation really and so when I started doing in two thousand a chance I was like I'm not going to like hope for the law of attraction, I'm going to begin to practices, so I would go to sleep, every night watching the secret, so it was the last thing I went to bed and then, when I would get up in the morning, I would get in my dome right and I would just like think of all the things I wanted to. right, and so, instead of thinking in two thousand and eighteen, when they were talking about ending ridiculous news- and I was in season twelve, I wasn't. I
and I decided I wasn't going to manifest season thirteen I was go. I kept manifesting walking on the stage introducing so in thirty castle, the next season, you're thinking about wanting seasons away right, an end so for me like, like it then evolve. and like it literally began, it was like the d, the sea he began to part right, because what happened is because I own the production. Now I was able to go she directly with the head of the network on the unit economics of the show, rather than talent and producing fees, and so we got to place where we decided from a business perspective. What was best for the network, any of the ever changing landscape of linear, cable, and my gave him the prom like give me the price you want and
Let me go and try to make it happen because you used to have it, I feel that was bigger than you say. Let's somebody else would produce it. Now I produce the entire thing on the entire production sigh understood where all the opportunity was to get. It is asked in that its new ass now so I negotiated with him on the union economics where most like even big celebrities, producers, are still public like its fees like you, don't have the ability to get in it that in the death, because you don't you don't understand or on the production company that let level, and so it goes, from right there. I got it to his number. We negotiated, and I was getting thirty eight- so seasons at a time back then- and I said I can we do this price if we get to forty two episodes and you gotta pick up mould
seasons. Why, and I was hoping for two he picked up for right, and so it went from thinking that it was completely leg. I'm gonna have to regroup and leg like televisions over here, now you shoot a hundred and eighty seven and the beauty of it was. Is I had built the company up to that point? You needed three years of e better to take it to market and sell it. The entire plan was like we gotta get to the third year and take it to market and on the third year they were like. We don't think too shows come back. Basically, like ok remains the production companies going out of business after I was getting ready to take it to market, be my big first win and instead that one eighty six order a ticket straight to market. Now I took it to market here's the three years and even that and we have the biggest order in the history of cable television right? Let us today s order one of the biggest water
and so that is how should that that that changed and then what happens now they have more episodes that air, more it gets this new, entirely new life. Then there like. Can we get more then by the by the following year. You know and keep in mind in that time I sold the company says now the company was acquired in two thousand and nineteen okay so and then it was like it had this explosion. So then it's like how many can you give us, and, unlike so I went through all time management all aspect because keep in mind, I'm still doing all of this while living super bow and snappy normal life, so I could do two hundred and fifty max it's what I say to a year yeah and then I was like. But in order to do that like can you pick up two years and then they were like no brainer. Let's do it so they then
five hundred five hundred apps yet is two years in two years, and that put me to thirty seasons right so late. So you know, oh my you're not send a huge lies in thirty visual some. Thirty and I'll. Tell you one thing I actually spent in time we re doktor joey decides a rise in in the one thing I heard from him. Is this idea of don't try to think it try to feel it you know: don't when you're, when you're, trying to to like tap into the quantum field and and and generate Jeanne the law of attraction, the things that you are thinking about think about the feeling. That's why I thought if I went through the feeling of like what it feels like to beyond state welcome to season thirty right, so it's a much more richer sort of
so now now it's like. I practice it every single day I am I am in. Do you know that soma do meditation pod like feeling what I want to happen seven days a week, almost never miss a day, writing a track at super extensively and, like literally it's like ninety seven. Ninety sit like almost every like, like ninety seven percent of this entire year. I have been they're just visualizing what I want to happen. I know you're, one of his dogs, low fat body, will give her mind, like that's, think our usages meditate every day I saw it I think about how hard it is to just do anything healthy for a five ten minutes. Then it's a I didn't do it overnight. I had to grow into it. It's a muscle getting that level of discipline being able to commit to it. You need to do it over and over you. You go through your highs and lows. You stop for a little bit. You go back to it. You stop.
Like it. It goes like that till you finally grow, the muscle of the consistency and the discipline to where it turns into a way of life, though I just don't I now, I can't even imagine not doing if I don't do it and then like. Oh, we're all my dreams about how important is it for people to feel their what they want to manifest on a daily basis, then, as opposed to once in a while, I mean look, I'm I'm living proof that you can exponentially accelerate towards it. If its part of your focus What do you think he'd be if you didn't do that on a daily basis, since its time go to sleep, I must have been. I watch the city senior but like, but I look, I've been, can fall asleep to a lot of Jim Rome is Jim Rome, this old school sort of his sort of philosophy. That's also super sharp, because, because what I have just found is is like you're like this, you know I'm going to fall asleep instantly right, like I sleep period
work but its leg leg. Let me be in this lake sort of growth mindset, as unlike drifting off sleet too, like set the tone right for it for what it is. So I dont know in its begin. I think, with a lot of stuff tat. I do it extreme that it's, like so extreme, like attract every minute of your life, like tracking all every minute of my life, having the qualitative data of every single day, asking myself how I feel about my life, zero to ten right and a of life work and health. The beauty of that is it is. It is a clear indication of the quality of your life. Yes, I see direct correlation to my discipline on my quantitative stuff that I'd get up at five. Did I break training? Did I meditate? Did I get in the gym to have a clean diet that I not drink? You could look straight up the law
and look at the qualitative numbers they are. They are one for one right in its scale right, it's you see you ve game of hide your discipline, this right in and send you game fide driving the quality of your life right, which what does that ooh. What are all those things actually delivered to your just happy, you're, more fulfilled. You feel better about yourself. You have more confidence. You have more belief right, like all of these things, but again I started it in two thousand and fifteen I was. I was never able to do an entire year until two thousand and twenty. It took me five years to do an entire year now and two thousand and twenty one, and I set my goals in two thousand and twenty one based off of having an entire year of this data to be like I'm going to average twenty points above on the quality of life, qualitative data, and I'm going to be eighty percent on my health balance, quantitative stuff and that's what I
I made it to only I am currently at, like twenty one and like ninety five, it just wow it like once a game of find it and now I'm playing I'm playing the stats like it we even that much more disciplined in an excited and energetic to stay more discipline. Which in turn gives you more Energy, more discipline and more cell belief, more socially, more successful. All these things that compound on top of each other cause. That's you know it. It really is a compound, the fact in all aspects of your life, if you're, if you see your life as all of these different systems have the ability to expand right because as they expand and ate their their harmonious, you you
this extraordinary energy and build this, this great foundation that you grow into the ideal version of yourself, because that's ultimately everybody's goal. You know if you could only do five things on a daily basis that would set you up for freedom, success abundance. What would those five things? Be I mean I I'm to me I with you know it is my decor five that I do I'll skip brain train, because that's just more like a discipline thing for fun, but you get up early. You know like lately. I've been getting up at four four thirty, because it's like you, you get so much out of being highly organized and having time to get a ton of stuff and executed before the chaos starts right cause. I don't care who you are. The chaos starts. You know, in my case, it starts at seven the moment, my kids
Everything that I can get done ahead of them is is essential right and including free thinking and idea aiding and all these things that that get lost when you're just going from thing to things being exhausted and then leg their job get our voting. The think, the thing right like you do that forces constantly re, calibrating and and getting clarity on where your head, it is, as part of but one for sure get up, get up early meditate, you know, and everybody does it and a lot of different ways, but, like I don't I meditation for me, isn't get quiet and breathe it I put headphones on. I get in a dome and I listen to a guided manifestation. Meditation that's like basically dry like reinforce
in my drive and ambition and hopes and dreams, rather than trying to lay grandly bring peace and it's a different style, but I think any time you just take that leg. Twenty minutes to be outside of your body and ultimately the reality, if you will is, is, is a great reset, and you know I think, number one for foreign above is is diet man. I'd do sell to. I don't I don't care donal. There is if I could boiled down the core of my happiness, the core of my execution, the core of at it, is literally clean guy right in in it also compounds in its entirety was it compounds back and forth right because leg, you, you can get clean and get it a big momentum and you can just started lightly bad and you just level off.
meaning. Definitely can't go a layer deeper, but it is, of course, the hardest one to maintain a battle between the upper self and lower self right, as is that that debt, the war battle of like you know. You know you shouldn't be doing it, but, like you, just can't, Stop it then, once you start it weird ears, the problem for someone like me. I have to create this discipline aim of fire to protect me from me, because I was starting to dip down justify, I just yeah I'll get down and then I'll do like fake health for a while and then I'll be like after my wife's birthday, then I'm going to get focused again you're always leg. You always like, like break that battle between my upper and lower self is. Is you know
I say even this year's probably the the only year and I was committed to it again cause I had the data and and and and like now seeing like game of fighting it is like. I just want my body compensated. This year I mean like as nor I swear like normally with it like a literally summer, did back over a winner. starting over january, one december, it's just pizza and wine and cheese in in in to me, it's like how do you do an eighty twenty approach to that? Do you have a cheat day like how do you make sure you're, not this discipline, yeah freak of nature, you're all day long and not also enjoying moments of yeah. I try to lake lake, not put a. I just try not to lose control right in and I keep a foundation of my foundation is just chicken vegetables right in inner minute fasting.
So I just know rice, no bread, snacks, chicken and vegetables. At like ten or eleven chicken in vegetables like three or four in in and then ok, it's date, night leg, I'm gonna go with the wife and we're gonna go move your have popcorn right leg. It's it's your base line can commit to, and then it's you'd now it's a battle between the upper and lower self. Where do I lose it? I'm in the spring, when I went on vacation so I had to go and I got back into that same mould. Were my leg. I I did so quick and it was a they took the animal and I'm in a dog fight it, like always like fighting till I get back to that extraordinary discipline right in, even even with this much discipline. I was still fighting you know, in wavered throughout the summer, but stay commit committed to like,
that's it. That's all right, let's be this year, look at that and look at how disciplined how much better you feel about life, all the things that are happening to lake leg, let this be the beginning in at year five, I finally had like a pure year that I envisioned in two thousand sixteen that trying to sell to you that I was going to develop and be in it took five years it in, and I just think it's another testament of leg, you're talking, I'm so discipline I'm so committed. Yet I still. and laws and k like it took me five years before what really for years into the fifth year before I really got there. You know in a man which is is just A testament to like having a plan and knowing that hey it say: you're gonna grow into this over the next twenty five years and not try to do it over six months. One year to year
